Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of social assistance provided by the government to the community towards philanthropic activities during the pandemic. This research belongs to qualitative research. The method in this research used descriptive analysis approach, with data collection techniques using interviews and direct observation. The results show that the emergence of corona has forced residents to save on expenses, including in philanthropic activities, however, residents can still provide social assistance, but not in large amounts. There is rationality infulfill life's needs and applying the concept of philanthropy during the pandemic along with changes in income, where the main priority remains to fulfill primary needs first, then the social needs of generosity can be carried out. Apart from that, the social assistance received from the government by the community, especially Kuripan Lor residents, can be said to be right on target and very helpful in meeting their daily needs. However, for philanthropic activities, residents are more satisfied with using personal money because they feel that there is a special sensation from the the activities he carries out to earn income can help other people's burdens.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the influence of independent variable (price, product, and brand image) on Yamaha mio seriesdependent variable on famous motorcycle dealer with questionnaire method to 100 respondents of Yamaha mio series motorcycle consumer in Karahanyar Papers obtained by purposive sampling (judgedment). Based on the results of the analysis shows that thevalidity and reliability test of all items of the questions submitted proved valid and reliable. The results of the classic assumption test show that initerdistribusi research normally, does not occur multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation in theregression model. The result of multiple linear coefficient equations shows that the independent variable (price, product and brand image) positively influence the dependent variable (purchasedecision) Yamaha mio series on the famous motorcycle dealer in Papahan Karanganyar. The result of t test shows that the independent variable (price, product and brand image) has significant effect on Yamaha mio series dependent variable on Dealer of Motorcycle in Karanganganyar. F test results show that there is a significant influencebetween the independent variables (price, product, and brand image)simultaneously to the dependent variable (purchase decision)Yamaha Mio Series On Dealer Motorcycle In PapahanKaranganyar.Meanwhile, the test result R2 (coefficient of determination) obtained Adjusted R Square value of 0.695, which means that the independentvariable (price, product, andbrand image) contributes 69.5% to the dependent variable (purchase decision) Yamaha Mio Series At Dealer Kondang Motor In Papanganyardanan 30.5% is influenced by other variables such as service quality, promotion and insurance costs.

Abstract

Cost of Production is a number of costs incurred to process raw materials into finished products that are ready to be sold. There are 17 eating places that sell the best-selling crispy bananas in Sidoarjo. So, in order to remain competitive, KYKA MSME players must be able to create prices that are considered reasonable by consumers and of course do not cause losses by using appropriate calculations. Determining the Cost of Goods Production at KYKA MSMEs uses the full costing method in determining the selling price, because the full costing method takes into account all components of the production budget. The full costing method provides more accurate and precise calculation results, so it can be used to improve business at KYKA MSMEs. This research aims to find out how KYKA MSMEs calculate the cost of production. This research is a type of qualitative research. The results of calculating the cost of goods manufactured by MSME KYKA using the full costing method have a difference of 55,332 and 1,229.6 for each package. The research results show that by using the full costing method the price determination obtained is more precise and accurate.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of location and café atmosphere on Consumer Satisfaction at Belikopi Sidoarjo, right on Jl. Untung Surapati No. 11, Sidokumpul, Sidoarjo. The population in this study were Belikopi consumers who were 100 respondents using a Likert scale. The methodology used in this research is to use descriptive quantitative metode. Determination of the sample in this study using accidental sampling, namely anyone who happens or incidentally meets the researcher can be used as a sample. The results of this study indicate that the location variable partially has a negative effect on consumer satisfaction, while the café atmosphere variable partially has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction. But simultaneously the location and café atmosphere variables positively affect consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of viral marketing and online reviews on purchasing decisions for Bakso Pitung Sidoarjo. This research method uses a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis. The sampling technique used an accidental sampling technique with a total of 100 respondents using a Likert scale. Respondents to this study were users of the Tiktok application and also consumers of cak pitung meatballs. This research instrument has met the criteria of validity and reliability. Data processing using SPSS software version 26 and using multiple linear regression. Based on the research results, it is known that the viral marketing variable (X1) has a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). The online consumer review variable (X2) has a partially significant effect on the purchase decision variable (Y)

Abstract

Abstract This research is useful in order to be able to know the cost of the product and the ordering product price method at the Fahmi Gemurung Printing. Research that we apply using descriptive analysis. This evidence is presented using an interview process. This study presents that the cost of products made by Fahmi Gemurung Printing already uses the order principal method. The direction of this research is to find out the price of the product in each order and the total cost of each order and each unit. Characteristics of job order costing at Fahmi Gemurung Printing For special order production, each product unit needs to be calculated separately, and the expenses incurred during production can be divided into direct production costs and indirect production costs. Direct production costs consist of raw material costs and labor costs which are calculated based on realized costs. This order will obtain a price by calculating the orders that have been received divided by the total cost of production.
