Abstract

this research aims to show the influence of Brand Image and Word Of Mouth in Kopi Maning Bekasi Coffee Shop purchase decisions . There are three variables in this research including Brand Image, Word Of Mouth, and purchase decisions. The researchist used quantitative methods and the sample used in this research amounted 144 respondents who had bought at Kopi Maning Coffee Shop. . The technique used in this research is purposive sampling which is part of non-probability sampling. The research data is analyzed with SPSS 25 shows that Brand Image have an influence on Purchase Decisions, Word Of Mouth have an influence on Purchase Decisions, and together Brand Image and Word Of Mouth have influence on Purchase Decision.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy and financial behavior on investment decisions of private tertiary institutions in Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach through the distribution of questionnaires with samples taken as many as 105 respondents obtained using non-probability sampling techniques and purposive sampling methods. The research data were processed with SPSS, where hypothesis testing was analyzed using t test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the financial literacy variable has no significant effect on investment decisions, based on the results of the t-test which shows the t count is lower than the t table (1.962> 1.98350). Likewise, the variable of financial behavior has a significant effect on investment decisions, which is indicated by the value of t count higher than t table (3,791> 1,98350).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Liquidity, Profitability and Leverage, on Firm Value. The method used in this research is panel data regression method. The sampling method is purposive sampling method. The sample studied 14 food and beverage companies. The results showed that liquidity has a tcount of 1.158838 <ttable 2.00575, it can be interpreted that liquidity has no significant effect on firm value which means H1 is rejected. Profitability has a tcount of -0.77472 <ttable 2.00575, so it can be interpreted that profitability has no significant effect on the value of the company which means H2 is rejected. Leverage has a tcount of 4.898083> t table 2.00575, so it can be interpreted that leverage has a significant effect on the value of the company, which means that H3 is accepted. Simultaneously H4 in this study was accepted, which means liquidity, profitability and leverage significantly influence the value of the company with an Adjusted R Square value of 85.06% and the remaining 14.93%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of prices, sales promotion and store atmosphere on consumer satisfaction at Starbucks Coffee Mall of Indonesia in May 2019. The research was proven by a series of quantitative methods using the SPSS application. There are 100 respondents selected data based on the experience of consumers who have made a purchase transaction at least twice. The results show prices, sales promotions and store atmosphere affect consumer satisfaction. The accepted hypothesis was decided based on t value analysis. So based on the research findings, Starbucks Coffee Mall of Indonesia must increase the comfort of consumers and provide prices in accordance with the quality in order to create satisfaction for consumers.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain the influence of the Price and service quality towards costumer satisfaction on Metrotrans Bus of PT Transjakarta Pulogadung – Pondok gede Route in partial and simultaneous. This research use quantitative approach. The amount of samples taken are 100 people using purposive sampling technique. The measurement used in the form of a questionnaire distributed through google form and data analyzed by SPSS. The analysis used is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, and hypothesis test. The result of the research found that: according to the partial result on price have not influence to costumer satisfaction , according to the partial result on service quality have influence to costumer satisfaction , and according to the simultaneous test result on price and service quality have together influence on costumer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence service quality and location have on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable in bakmie akim. This research is a quantitative research with a total sample of 120 respondents who have bought bakmie akim in the first and second branches using purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that service quality and location influence customer satisfaction, service quality and location affect customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction affects customer loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and to analyze the influence of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on purchasing decisions using Go-pay at Warteg Uun Taman Galaxy. This research uses quantitative methods through questionnaire survey with non-probability sampling method. This questionnaire was distributed to 100 respondents who were processed using SPSS. Hypothesis test results (t test), perceived usefulness effect on purchasing decisions with t count 3.986> t table 1.984. Perceived Ease of use has an effect on purchasing decisions with t count 2.725> t table 1.984. The coefficient of determination is 50%. The implication of this research is that Warteg Uun pays more attention to perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use in the use of Go-pay as a payment medium.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence organizational commitment, individual characteristics, and work environment have on organizational citizenship behavior in the XYZ automotive company. This type of research used in this research is to use quantitative methods. In this study, researchers used quantitative data with a descriptive approach and distributed questionnaires through Google Form. The sample of this study were 50 respondents who were employees of the XYZ automotive company. The results of the collected data were analyzed with the help of the SPSS 22 program and it can be concluded that organizational commitment has a positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, individual characteristics have a positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and the work environment has a positive influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect oh tax avoidance, foreign ownership, the level of IFRS implementation and profitability on firm value. The study was conducted on LQ 45 companies that were consistently listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2018. The number of samples obtained was 30 companies using purposive sampling method and the amount of research data obtained was 120. The data analysis method used is multiple linier regression. Simultaneous test result indicate that tax avoidance, foreign ownership, the level of IFRS implementation and profitability simultaneously affect the firm’s value. The partial test results show that tax avoidance, foreign ownership and the level of IFRS implementation have no effect on firm value, while profitability has a positive effect on firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence advertising and sales promotions have on buying interest of Shopee users in DKI Jakarta. This research is a quantitative study using the SPSS Statistics 25 program with a total sample of 120 respondents who live in the DKI Jakarta area who know and use the Shopee application using nonprobability sampling and purposive sampling techniques. The results of this study indicate that advertising and sales promotions affect buying interest. The benefits of this research for Shopee companies are as input or evaluation materials to continue to improve and develop advertising and sales promotions so that Shopee can compete with other competitors.
