KALBISIANA Jurnal Sains, Bisnis dan Teknologi adalah jurnal akses terbuka akademik yang bertujuan untuk mempromosikan integrasi sains, bisnis dan teknologi. Fokusnya adalah menerbitkan makalah tentang sains, bisnis dan teknologi. Makalah yang dikirimkan akan ditinjau oleh komite teknis jurnal. Semua artikel yang dikirimkan harus merupakan artikel asli, hasil penelitian yang sebelumnya tidak pernah dipublikasikan, eksperimental atau teoritis, dan akan ditinjau oleh reviewer. Artikel yang dikirimkan ke jurnal harus memenuhi kriteria ini dan tidak boleh sedang dipertimbangkan untuk publikasi di tempat lain. Naskah harus mengikuti gaya jurnal dan dapat ditelaah dan diedit.

PT VE is a general contractor company that supplies any tools in form of equipment rental for mining corporations in Indonesia. Nowadays, PT VE has an integrated IS for just a few and not for all Departement in the company. Based on this phenomenon some Departement may generates redundant data, and generates ineffectively work process because doing the same recurrent job. The purpose of this study is to make IS/TI Strategis Planning in PT VE by identifying business and IS/IT strategies then conforming them. A methodology this study use is Ward & Peppard verses and uses SWOT, PEST, McFarlan Strategic Grid, Porter’s Five Forces Analysis,Value Chain Analysis, CSF for analysis tools. The result of this study is an application portfolio that might become future reference for establish or developing systems to support the business objectives.

The openness of information is still not able to run optimally in meeting the needs of the community. This indicates the need for increased access to information provided by public bodies. PPID Ministry of Communication and Information is one of the public bodies that can realize the openness of public information. This research aims to find out the communication strategy of the Information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID) of the Ministry of Communication and Information in disseminating public information. This research uses a qualitative approach with case study research methods. Data collection techniques in the form of observations, in-depth interviews and documentation. The theory used by this research is systems theory. The results showed the communication strategy carried out by public bodies, namely ppid ministry of communication and information in disseminating public information through five stages. The planning is expected to run optimally on the ground so that the public can meet the needs of accurate, transparent, and accountable public information. Furthermore, at the end of the implementation of public information disclosure will hold a public satisfaction index (IKM) supsi aimed to be able to measure the extent of the success of public service programs that have been run.

The increase in population leads to an increase in the needs of the community, which results in companies increasing production levels in order to meet the increasing demand for community needs. Various companies currently still rely on raw materials for products that come from nature, this results in the exploitation of nature to meet these increasing needs. This exploitation results in environmental pollution and damage so that the environment is damaged as a negative result of the production process that is less concerned about the sustainability of nature. In response to the negative impacts caused by the exploitation of the production process and also products that are less environmentally friendly, many consumers have shifted their decision to buy environmentally oriented products. Based on the results of this study, it was found that green marketing has an influence on consumer behaviour. Green labelling variables, green product variables, premium, and price variables, consumer trust in the environment have an influence on consumer behaviour.

Nonverbal message is a message that packaged in a wordless form. The aim of this study was to determine the nonverbal messages in the video clip “Dunia Tipu-Tipu” Yura Yunita. This study was analyzed using the theory of Social Reality construction in the mass media.This research is using semiotic analysis methods were used to analyze nonverbal messages in the video clip “Dunia Tipu-Tipu”. The results of the study of nonverbal messages conveyed the meaning of a relationship without boundaries, shows the imagery as a construction of reality in the video clip. Reality is built as an image of a sincere nonverbal message. Deep closeness of mother and child who feel affection so that there is a fear of losing a mother and baby. A sense of dependence in the relationship. also a sense of mutual reinforcement and sharing in a friendly relationship.

Creative strategies of content need to be implemented to attract the audience. Musuh Masyarakat is an Podcast owned by Noice, released since 2019 with total of 139 episodes for 5 seasons. Podcast Musuh Masyarakat presents controversial content about current issue in society. This study aims to determine the Creative Strategy of Podcast Musuh Masyarakat’s Content Creator Titled: “Kami Mendukung Childfree (Bersama Gita Savitri)”. The method of this research is case study with in in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation as data collection techniques. Researchers use Peter Pringle program planning model. The results of the study shows several creative strategies used in Podcast Musuh Masyarakat. Noice determines the podcaster first before planning the program. The concept of program based on the big name Podcaster. In presenting Podcasts, Podcasters don’t use scripts so Podcasters can freely present topics. Childfree topic was brought up because childfree is becoming current issue because of Gita Savitri.

Playing intensity and anonymity are one of the causes of the tendency for toxic behavior in MLBB game players. The presence of this study aims to find out how much influence the variables of playing intensity and also anonymity have on the tendency to behave toxic behavior. This study uses a positivistic paradigm, a quantitative approach, as well as an explanatory survey method. The research data were obtained from questionnaires that were processed using the multiple linear regression analysis test method. The results of this study state that there is an effect of playing intensity and anonymity in the Mobile Legends game on the tendency of toxic behavior. Based on the coefficient of determination test conducted, it is stated that the effect of playing intensity and anonymity in the MLBB game has a significant effect that is classified as not high, namely 32.1% on a person's tendency to act toxic behavior.

Oreo is a brand that collaborates with a Korean girl group, Blackpink. Through the distribution of giveaway merchandise content on the official Instagram @oreo_indonesia. This collaboration through Blackpink merchandise that encourages researchers to find out the effect of Blackpink merchandise giveaway content on the Oreo brand image. This research uses a quantitative approach by conducting a survey of @oreo_indonesia Instagram followers. Using a simple linear regression test, it is known with a positive direction of influence. Which means, if the giveaway content increases, the brand image will also increase. The content indicators that most influence brand image are visual poster indicators that can cause long-term effects or central routes as one of the routes stated in the theory of the Elaboration Likelihood Model.

The purpose of this study is to see the effect of digital marketing content and brand trust on visiting interest (study on @jktbucketlist Instagram account). This research uses a quantitative approach. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale of 1-5 as a measurement of each statement. The number of samples applied was 115 respondents through the non-probability sampling method. The sample criteria are those who follow the @jktbucketlist Instagram account and have followed the @jktbucketlist Instagram account for more than 6 months. The results explain that digital marketing content affects visiting interest, brand trust affects visiting interest, and also simultaneously digital marketing content and brand trust affect visiting interest.

Differences in privacy and confidentiality exist from individuals or groups of individuals to protect their needs in personality. The purpose of this study is to analyze the perception of informants in the @Hezkiieltimothee regarding differences in privacy and confidentiality in comments from a netnographic study. Researchers used CPM, Netnography. Researchers used Analysis; comfortable living in a private relationship, choosing to live privately because they don't want their relationship to be seen by the public, private boundaries in relationships, namely five informants do not indulge in problems on social media, are always there for their partners, publish as necessary, one of the partners did not agree to live in a private relationship then one of them convinced. five informants chose their current partner because they believed their partner was much better than the previous one. informants accept the changes that occur because they are not excessive. Informants quarreled for less than 24 hours except Nadia.
