Abstract

Penelitian ini mencoba menganalisa persoalan inflasi dalam perpektif islam dalam area Pendekatan Keuangan Fiskal Dan Moneter. Sejauh ini inflasi selalu menjadi ukurang yang digunakan dalam berbagai indikator kemajuan perekonomian suatu negara, Maka dari itu Pentingnya dalam memahami Penjabaran Inflasi dalam islam serta mengontrolnya. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif merupakan jenis penelitian studi pustaka (library research). Sumber data serta hasil penelitian berupa deskripsi. Hasil Analisis menunjukkan Biaya pendanaan hanya menjadi faktor penekan pergerakan moneter, sehingga yang dibutuhkan adalah mendorong pengembangan kawasan asli dengan kerangka pembagian manfaat daripada biaya pinjaman. Karena dalam skala besar, permintaan moneter masyarakat umum yang dijunjung kerangka Ribawi tidak akan pernah sempurna

Abstract

Companies in the face of increasingly advanced business developments, a company that is founded must have a goal in order to make the company live in One form of investment is fixed assets that are used in the company's normal activities, researchers conducted a study aimed at comparing the method of depreciation of fixed assets based on PSAK against financial statements at PT. Marinal Indoprima is long term, meaning that the company must maintain its viability in achieving its goals. The research method used is descriptive quantitative research type, and the type of data used is quantitative data sourced from secondary data and primary data as well as data collection procedures through documentation. The results showed that the company has applied the method of depreciation of fixed assets based on PSAK. In its application, the company has distinguished fixed assets and how to obtain them by way of cash or credit purchases and built themselves. And the way the company assesses it considers all the costs incurred by the company to get fixed assets until they are ready for use. Represents the acquisition cost of its fixed assets, for depreciation of its fixed assets the company uses the straight-line method. And the researcher compares with the method of the number of years and the double declining balance method. With the sum of years digits method, the depreciation expense is compared with the straight-line method. Smaller the number of years, whereas with the double-declining balance method compared to by the straight line method. For the termination or disposal of fixed assets must obtain approval from the board of directors and disclosure and reporting is done at the end of the year.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of spiritual leadership on intrinsic motivation, the effect of spiritual leadership on organizational commitment, the effect of intrinsic motivation on job satisfaction, the effect of organizational commitment on job satisfaction, and the effect of spiritual leadership on job satisfaction. This research is classified as explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sample used was 130 employee at Regional General Hospital of Pamekasan Regency with purposive sampling technique. The type of data used is primary data, namely collecting data using questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is SEM. The results of this study indicate that Spiritual leadership has a positive and significant effect on intrinsic motivation, Spiritual leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, Intrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and Spiritual leadership has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

Today's culinary world is growing very rapidly, making competition between culinary companies increasingly fierce. So that companies must pay attention to their employees so that employees work optimally and have a high organizational commitment to the company. With high organizational commitment, employees will not easily leave the company, this is an advantage for the company because it reduces recruitment costs. For this reason, the company must have a strong organizational culture and continuously improve employee job satisfaction. Data collection was done by using a questionnaire. This study uses a saturated sample because all the population is sampled. Saturated sampling is a technique of determining the sample when all members of the population are used as samples. The unit of analysis used in this study is the employee at Asela Restaurant. Namely as many as 64 employees who will be the sample in this study. Data analysis in this study was carried out with 2 types of analysis, namely Descriptive Statistical Analysis and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using the SPSS program. The result of this research is that the first is that organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance, and the second is that job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The  results  of  the  company's  work  will  depend  on  the  results  of  the performance of its employees. The company will try to improve the performance of its employees by encouraging its employees to work optimally with one way, namely  the  provision of  compensation.  This  is  in  accordance  with  the  theory which  says  that  satisfaction  with  compensation  can  affect  employee  behavior  to work more enthusiastically and spur high performance. This  research  is  classified  as  explanatory  research  with  a  quantitative approach.  The  sample  used  was  64  respondents  with  saturated  sampling technique. The type of data used is primary data, namely collecting data using a questionnaire.  The  data  analysis  used  is  Multiple  Linear  Regression  with  SPSS version 21 tool. The  results  of  this  study  indicate  that  compensation  is  able  to  have  a positive  impact  on  employee  performance,  with  a  significance  value  of  0.000 which  means  below  0.05  and  has  a  positive  coefficient  value  of  0.698.  Job satisfaction  is  able  to  have  a  positive  impact  on  employee  performance,  with  a significance  value  of  0.000  which  means  below  0.05  and  has  a  positive coefficient value of 0.522. Compensation is able to have a positive impact on job satisfaction, with a significance value of 0.000 which means below 0.05 and has a positive coefficient value of 1.334. and Compensation has a positive effect on employee  performance  with  Job  Satisfaction  as  an intervening  variable,  with  a significance value of 0.000 which means below 0.05 and has a calculated F value of 5486.521 which means above F table is 2.36.

Abstract

In the current era of industry 4.0, the competition for various businesses is increasingly dynamic, for that companies are required to always improve their management so that they can survive and run, so they do not lose in the competition. In order for the company's goals to be achieved, it is necessary to improve the quality of the employee's performance itself, one of the factors that affect employee performance is the leader. A leader who is able to control organizational processes by providing motivation that is able to influence employee performance to achieve organizational goals. The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence transformational leadership has on employee performance through work motivation. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The sample used was 50 respondents, with saturated sampling technique. The type of data used in the form of primary data in the form of questionnaires and secondary data in the form of documents. Analysis of the data used is a path analysis model with SPSS version 21. The results of this study indicate that Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Motivation, and Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with Motivation as an intervening variable.
