Abstract

Securing messages is a very important thing, because it avoids theft of important files from unauthorized parties. Steganography is a way of hiding messages or inserting messages into other media, so that other people do not know the authenticity of the information. A method is needed so that the data is not lost or is intact until it reaches its destination. In terms of data storage, security is needed so that the stored data cannot be opened, read or even taken by someone who does not have the right to try to open it. To be able to hide messages but not change the container that contains them, a steganography method is needed that can do this. The Modulus Function (MF) method is a message insertion technique that is carried out by modifying the residual value of the quotient (remainder). This method uses quantization of the gray value difference to determine the number of bits to be inserted at a certain value difference. The advantage of this modulus function method is that it is able to reduce changes in coefficient values ​​(coefficient adjustment) so that it is able to maintain the quality of the storage container. So it is in the testing stage with Binary viewer software. Can help in hiding messages in document files

Abstract

Sales are a business or concrete steps taken to transfer a product, whether in the form of goods or services. This research is motivated by the observations and experiences of researchers, problems that occur at UD. Suto whose service is not fast enough because of the accumulation of underutilized sales notes, and there is no research that is used to find out important information in order to increase sales and service. Sales activities at UD. The running Suto continues to cause accumulation of data because of the many sales transactions that occur every day and the longer it will increase. The solution made in this study is to utilize sales transaction data so that the data is useful, it needs to be processed with a certain algorithm. This is done by processing the accumulated transaction data into useful information. By looking at the mapping of sales patterns, the relationship between items purchased by consumers can help managers determine product item displays based on consumer needs. The priori algorithm is a data mining technique that is used to find high frequency patterns between itemset sets called the association rule function. A priori algorithms are part of data mining, which is the activity of collecting data and using old data to find regularities, patterns or relationships in data. Expert systems are one part of artificial intelligence or AI (Artifical Intelligence) which has recently been experiencing very rapid development. This system is designed to mimic the expertise of an expert into a computer to answer questions and solve problems. An expert is a person who has expertise in a certain field, namely a person who has special knowledge in his / her field. Expert systems are very helpful for decision making, where this expert system can collect and store knowledge from a person or several experts in a knowledge base and use a reasoning system that resembles an expert in solving problems. Abstract

Asia Sinar Inti Abadi is a company that operates in the field of selling electrical components, various electrical components that are bought and sold, such as in panel assembly. To increase sales, management must organize the pattern or layout of components that are often in demand by buyers, resulting in large turnover. The problem that has occurred so far is that the pattern of component placement is irregular so that buyers are confused in choosing the electrical components needed. One of the solutions offered is to develop and improve the management of the layout of electrical goods at PT. Asia Sinar Inti Abadi uses the FP Growth algorithm, where each itemset can be identified so that sales that are frequently purchased by consumers can be placed in a section that is easy to see and easy to get. The results of implementing the FP Growth Algorithm using a desktop-based application can make it easier for management to decide on the layout of frequently used electrical goods, where frequently used components will be placed in parts that are easily seen by potential buyers. By using the FP Growth method, you can find out how much confidence each item set has along with the support value.

Abstract

The student exchange program carried out by HKBP Nomensen University has had a positive influence and impact in the field of student development and the field of nation building. By conducting student exchanges so that the exchange of knowledge and experience between universities and students is of good quality. In selecting the best students for the student exchange program, several criteria are needed to make a decision. So far, HKBP Nomensen University has selected the best students for the student exchange program manually based on the results of the student achievement index. This system is considered less effective and efficient in selecting the best students for the student exchange program because it takes at least 1 month to make a decision. To support decision making in selecting the best students for the student exchange program, it is easier to use a decision support system. One of the methods used for decision support systems is the Electre (Elimination and Choice Translation Reality) method. The Electre method is a multi-criteria decision making method based on the outranking concept using pairwise comparisons of alternatives based on each appropriate criterion. ELimination Et Chix Traduisant La RealitE (ELECTRE) is a method for determining order (priority) in multicriteria analysis. The decision support system application which is used as a solution to the problem above works based on the ELECTRE method which was built with the Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 programming language which is integrated with the MySQL database to store data which is the criteria, alternatives and rules needed when making decisions by system.

Abstract

The development of a technology has the aim of increasing the productivity and effectiveness of users both from human resources and organizations / businesses. The Animal Clinic at the Sumbawa Livestock Service Office is an agency engaged in serving the community in caring for the health of livestock or pets. The development of the Sumbawa District Animal Husbandry and Animal Health Service clinic information system uses one of the methods that is part of the System Development Life Cycle (CDLC), namely Rapid Application Development (RAD) as a software development method that emphasizes development methods in a short and fast time cycle because the initial stage of development with the aim or discussion to determine user needs. Data collection is carried out by observing and analyzing the service process and making the manual recording process carried out into computerized so as to make it easier for the clinic to serve consumers and the community. The system design used is UML design which consists of use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams. The system testing solution is using black box texting. and can be used as input for the Livestock and Animal Health Service Office of Sumbawa Regency for the management of data and information on animal health services.

Abstract

In the era of globalization and rapid technological development, schools as educational institutions must be able to adapt to these changes. One way to facilitate access to information about schools is by building a school Website that can be accessed by students, teachers, parents, and the general public. SMK Negeri 1 Plampang is one of the vocational high schools in Indonesia located in Sumbawa Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. The school has various programs such as Electrical Engineering, Welding Engineering, Ruminant Livestock Agribusiness, and others. As a school committed to providing the best education for its students, SMK Negeri 1 Plampang has built a school Website as one of the media to provide information about school activities, school profile, class schedules, student achievements, and others. However, school Websites that can only be accessed through a browser on a computer or laptop are sometimes less effective in providing access to information for students, teachers, and parents. Sometimes students or parents do not have access to a computer or laptop when needed, so the necessary information cannot be easily obtained. Therefore, the development of SMK Negeri 1 Plampang's Website into an android-based platform is a solution that is right to facilitate access to information for students, teachers, and parents. By developing SMK Negeri 1 Plampang's Website into an android-based platform, students, teachers, and parents can easily access school information through their smartphones. This android-based application will provide easy access to information, such as class schedules, assignments and exams, school profile, student achievements, and others. In addition, application users can obtain notifications about the latest information from the school, so they will not miss important information. In order to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of school information services, the development of SMK Negeri 1 Plampang's Website into an android-based platform is an appropriate alternative. With the android-based application, it is hoped that students, teachers, and parents can more easily obtain information about school activities, as well as have a better learning experience.

Abstrak− Di era modern dengan gempuran budaya asing, pelestarian budaya lokal menjadi semakin penting. Salah satu warisan budaya yang terancam punah adalah Aksara Bima, aksara daerah Nusa Tenggara Barat dengan nilai historis dan kultural tinggi. Minimnya penggunaan Aksara Bima menjadi ancaman serius bagi kelestariannya. Upaya pelestarian Aksara Bima melalui pengembangan aplikasi mobile pembelajaran menjadi solusi inovatif. Abstract

Competition often occurs between individuals to achieve a certain position or position, such as obtaining postgraduate scholarships, applying for jobs, and pursuing important government positions. In addition to research from the aspects of ability and educational background, experience is also one of the factors supporting a person to succeed in achieving the position he wants. To anticipate manipulation or change, digital files can be a solution. Of course, even digital files still need security in order to ensure safety and authenticity (there are no changes to the contents of the file). Therefore we need a solution to this problem, one of the cryptographic techniques that can be used is a digital signature. Choosing a digital signature as a solution is considered very appropriate, because the digital signature is a sign on the data, which can ensure that the data is real (unchanged). So that by applying the digital signature technique to the award certificate, authentication and identification of ownership of the award certificate can be conceptually guaranteed. To protect the maximum validity of a digital file with a digital signature technique, the algorithms that will be used are the SHA-1 and RSA algorithms which are considered sufficient to ensure the security of a digital file.

Abstract

The increase in the number of people in cities is due to urbanization and high birth rates, resulting in an increase in the needs that must be met by cities. The process of recapitulation of transportation production data which is still carried out manually at the Gorontalo Land Transportation Management Center (BPTD) causes inefficiency and waste of resources, and is prone to errors. Ineffective communication between transportation service units hinders coordination and causes delays in data processing. In addition, the lack of data accessibility and transparency makes decision-making less optimal, and monitoring of operational performance becomes difficult. The current system is not in line with the advancement of information technology and is not flexible to adapt to future needs, and is not fully in accordance with government regulations and standards that demand efficiency and effectiveness in public services. Therefore, a website-based coordination application is needed to overcome inefficiencies, improve communication and coordination, and support better decision-making in transportation services. This research aims to improve the effectiveness of communication and coordination between transportation service units, increase data accessibility and transparency to support better decision-making, and improve the operational performance monitoring system by using the Waterfall method to describe the process of creating a system that is carried out linearly and sequentially, such as a waterfall that flows from one stage to the next. This study shows that the implementation of an integrated web system significantly improves efficiency and coordination in land and sea transportation services by facilitating real-time data integration, speeding up the decision-making process, and reducing the potential for operational errors. The results of the system trial showed a 30% improvement in service performance and a reduction in user wait time by up to 25%, which indicates the effectiveness of the system in simplifying workflows and improving customer satisfaction. It is hoped that the development of this website can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the coordination of land and sea transportation services and provide an experience for users.
