Abstract

Mata Pelajaran Simulasi Digital sebagai salah satu mata pelajaran yang dipelajari di SMK Negeri 3 Gorontalo pada kurikulum 2013. Simulasi Digital merupakan Mata Pelajaran pada jurusan TKJ, Desain Permodelan dan Informasi Bangunan dan dan Jurusan Bisnis Konstruksi dan Properti [1]. Dalam Penelitian ini di rumuskan permasalahan yang terjadi adalah Kurangnya interaksi antara siswa dan guru karena keterbatasan waktu penyampaian materi saat berada di sekolah sehingga sebagian besar siswa cenderung pasif dalam mengemukakan pendapan dan pertanyaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan alternative solusi pemecahan masalah dengan mengembangkan konsep pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi yaitu aplikasi e-learning pada mata pelajaran simulasi digital sehingga siswa memiliki peluang belajar lebih setelah mendapatkan materi dikelas, aplikasi dirancang guna mendukung proses pembelajaran secara konvensional. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Aplikasi E-Learning berbasis Webiste ini dapat membatu guru dalam malakukan interaksi lebih aktif dengan siswa meskipun  diluar jam mata pelajaran dengan cara memantau proses evaluasi yang diberikan guru mellaui media E-Learning,  dan Pembuatan Pengembangan Metode Pembelajaran berbasis E-Learning ini terdiri dari beberapa form input yakni inputan data Guru, data Siswa, Data Kelas, Data Materi, Data Tugas, Data Evaluasi dari sisi server dan inputan Pengisian Proses Evaluasi dari sisi client yang dibuat sesuai kebutuhan user

Abstract

The development of smartphones often makes students abandon the habit of reading books. Many dictionary books the term midwifery is outstanding but it actually feels difficult and time consuming. Manual search is one reason why reading a dictionary is the last choice compared to searching through the Google search engine. No doubt the existence of smartphone technology, all information is growing very quickly. For this reason, a midwifery dictionary application is needed to make it easier for users to understand the meaning of words and midwifery terms. The dictionary must be easily used by smartphone users for this application.

Abstract

The development of information technology that exists today, making the utilization of information technology energy developing. Mootilango Sub-District is one of the districts that have enough land to make the area of palm oil land is about 182.170 (Ha) for the location of oil palm land owned by 90 people. Monitoring of plantation land is still less rapid, consequently it still takes a long time to obtain information about the state of the palm oil itself. During this time the data and location information of plantations presented are still in the form of reports containing numbers and texts. This method used is Research and Development method, this application is designed using PHP programming language software and HTML, Macromedia Dreamwever, Java programming language using Android Studio, and tools for modeling using Unified Modeling Language (UML). The conclusion of this research is the geographic information system can be applied and petrified the monitoring of plantation land more effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

The Honorary Staff Appointment and Assignment Program initiated by the Education Office of North Gorontalo Regency is one of the regional responses to overcome the shortage of teachers in remote areas and islands [1]. The purpose of this study is to build a decision support systemv that is used to assist the Education Office of North Gorontalo Regency in the process of appointing and assigning honorary staff. This study uses the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. This method is based on the concept that the best chosen alternative not only has the shortest distance from the positive ideal solution, but also has the longest distance from the negative ideal solution. This method is widely used to complete practical decision making [2]. The results of this study are by using the TOPSIS method in a decision support system that can facilitate decision makers related to the issue of the Handling and Assignment of Honorary Personnel at the Education Office of North Gorontalo Regency, especially in the assessment process according to predetermined criteria. The results of this assessment took a sample of 3 honorary candidates with the best score alterative obtained by a total value of 0.74 with the results being accepted as honorary

Abstract

Radio Republik Indonesia is a radio that has a strategic position, because in reality RRI is still the only national network and is able to reach almost all parts of Indonesia. RRI Gorontalo currently still needs a system in news and advertising management. Currently, it still uses conventional services where the process of broadcasting news and advertising services still requires a fairly complicated and time-consuming flow for reporters and advertising services still have to be submitted directly by visiting the RRI Gorontalo office. The purpose of this study is to design a news management information system as a result of reporter coverage for managing news that goes to the editor and advertising services through the website. A proposed system is expected to be able to provide access rights to all related parties, so that reporters can add, edit, and delete news directly. While advertising can be submitted via the web without the need to come to the RRI office. The results of the study concluded that a website-based news and advertising Management Information System was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database with 3 different user accesses, namely the administrator user as the master data manager, the reporter user and the RRI client as the user client on the system. This website-based information system is expected to help RRI Gorontalo in the process of submitting news services from reporters and receiving advertisements from clients, so that they can run more effectively and efficiently. Based on the results of system testing on the whitebox method, it is concluded that the calculation of V(G) = 2 and Cyclometic Complexity (CC) = 2, so that it can be concluded that the logic flow for the Member Input module carried out by the admin is effective and efficient

Abstract

Improving the performance of civil servants (PNS) is a significant focus for the government, and the evaluation of PNS performance is regulated in government regulations. However, the process of evaluating PNS performance still faces challenges such as manual record-keeping and time-consuming data collection. Therefore, a technology-based system is needed to overcome these issues. The designed E-Kinerja Pegawai (Employee Performance) application is expected to assist PNS in recording and reporting their performance, as well as facilitating the performance evaluation process by the local government. With this system, it is hoped that PNS can focus more on their core duties and functions, while the performance evaluation process becomes faster, more efficient, and well-computerized. This research aims to design an Android-based E-Kinerja Pegawai application in Kabupaten Bone Bolango. The application aims to assist civil servants in recording and reporting their performance and support the local government in evaluating employee performance more efficiently. As the backbone of the government, PNS plays a vital role in serving the community and driving the government machinery in Indonesia. Based on the conducted testing, the obtained V(G) = 3 and Cyclomatic Complexity (CC) = 3. The testing results using test cases demonstrate that the designed system is more effective and efficient.

Abstract

Employees are people involved in the company organization to carry out their duties based on their position or position. The current employee performance appraisal process is still carried out manually so that the element of subjectivity is very high, in addition to the relatively large number of employees making the employee determination time longer and sometimes late. The purpose of this study is to design a Decision Support System for employee performance appraisal at Otanaha Hospital so that the appraisal process and the decisions obtained are appropriate. The method used is the Weighted Product Method because this method is more efficient and the time needed in calculations is shorter and easier. The system is designed with php and html programming. Database used MySql language, with modeling using Unified Modeling Language. The result of this study is that it can make it easier for Otanaha hospital to assess and view employee data information and the results of performance appraisals of honorary employees and civil servants

Abstract

The superior commodity fishing business assistance program is one of the Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Service programs aimed at fishermen in the Gorontalo area. Gorontalo Province has abundant marine resources, the fisheries sector plays a vital role in the regional economy and community welfare. However, fishing businesses often face various challenges, such as fish stock fluctuations, climate change, overfishing, and environmental impacts. Therefore, selecting superior commodities in the fishing business is crucial to ensure the sustainability of marine resources and optimal economic benefits. This research aims to apply the Analytical Hierarchy Process Method in selecting superior commodity fishing businesses in Indonesia. By identifying and evaluating various relevant criteria, it is hoped that this research can provide appropriate and sustainable recommendations for stakeholders in the fisheries sector. The results of testing the application of the AHP method in determining the selection of fishermen's fishing business on behalf of the senses with the alternative Fair on the Criteria for Receiving Assistance, the Alternative Good on the Equipment Ownership Criteria, the Alternative Good on the Criteria of Operational Skills and Total Income obtained a calculation result of 0.7648 > the Size Value namely 0.60, with the conclusion that these fishermen can be accepted as recipients of fishing business assistance. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the application of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method for fishing business selection has proven effective in assisting complex decision making involving various criteria and sub-criteria

Abstract

The potential of a village encompasses various aspects that can be developed to improve the welfare of the community, including natural resources, economy, society, and infrastructure. Tanjung Kramat Village has significant potential in the field of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), especially tuna-based processed products such as shredded tuna, tuna meatballs, crackers, sausages, dumplings, and pempek. Although these products are affordable, the main challenges are the conventional promotion and distribution methods, as well as limited access to technology. Most promotions remain local and have not optimally utilized digital technology, hindering local economic growth. Based on interviews, 75% of Tanjung Kramat Village residents work as fishermen and rely on the processing of fishery products. Therefore, a technology-based solution is needed to facilitate broader marketing. This study aims to design a digital application that assists MSME product owners in Tanjung Kramat Village in promoting and selling their products across Indonesia. The Rapid Application Development (RAD) method will be applied, involving users actively to ensure the application meets their needs. This research is relevant and important, as the designed application will serve as a digital tool for the community to expand markets and increase income, thereby positioning MSMEs as a driving force for the local economy
