Abstract

ABSTRACTS Basically the population administration system is part of the state administration system, which has an important role in the government to manage population data. Cikiwul Kelurahan is a government office in charge of managing, managing resources in village level government and has the obligation to administer population administration as a form of service to the community. The administrative data processing system in Cikiwul Kelurahan is still manual, which still uses Microsoft Office programs in data processing and archiving still using paper forms. Resulting in data storage that is still prone to data loss, ineffective population data search and reports that are still written in a ledger. By utilizing the development of information technology and information system, it is expected to be able to support the processing of administrative data in the Cikiwul District of Bekasi. A computerized system is the best solution, so that it can facilitate the process of recording, faster data retrieval, storage becomes easier to manage, and services to the population are more efficient and effective. Abstract

Movies are getting more popular as time goes by. This improvement in popularity is followed by the improvement of society’s interest in watching movies. However, with this improvement in movie’s world, the number of movies continues to increase over time, so the people need information that could help in determining the movie to watch. The result of trial scenario that has been done shows that K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm have successfully applied to the application. According to users’s satisfaction test, it’s known that users’s satisfaction with the recommender system that has been built reached 82.6%. The result of reliability test that using Cronbach Alpha reached 0.7, so it’s concluded that the questionnaire is reliable. Validation test that has been done also showed that the questionnaire is valid.

Abstract

The consumption of the people of Banjarmasin City towards fuel is very high. The transactions served by the gas stations are very much every day. Fuel sales transactions still use manual recording by the management of the Banjarmasin City SPBU. The problems are difficulties in controlling the fuel stock and takes a longer time to make a fuel stock report. This research has developed a fuel reporting system that has a feature that can be accessed at any time with an internet network to make it easier to monitor fuel supplies quickly. The system design using DFD (Data Flow Diagram) begins with the process of requesting fuel to PT Pertamina, selling to the public, and making reports for the head of the gas station. This report is also useful for gas station management in making decisions to determine the number of next fuel orders. Software development uses the method prototype which has the advantage of producing a system that is faster and in accordance with the needs of gas stations. The result of this research is a web-based fuel reporting system that can overcome sales constraints at gas stations in Banjarmasin City. Keywords: Reporting System, Web-based, Fuel, Gas Station

Abstract

PT.Swadharma Sarana Informatika is a company that provides Information Technology facilities and the management of Automated Teller Machines (ATMs), using an Application Operational System (SOA) to support website-based or online financial reports for 24 hours. In the implementation of input there are complaints by users or users of the SOA application. The user factor is a very important factor to consider in implementing a new system, empirical studies are needed to evaluate the real conditions of the user for the new application being applied. UTAUT (Unified Theory Of Acceptance And Use Of Technology). This method is considered suitable for understanding the level of user acceptance with the variables used are (performance expectancy), effort expectancy, social influence, faciliating conditions, gender and user behavior. Use Behavior) on the SOA acceptance rate. Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test using the One Sample Kolmogonov-Smirnov method, Linearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test and Simple Linear Regression Test were used to determine the results of this study, the results obtained state that there is a significant positive influence on the Performance Expectancy variable. ), Business Expectancy Variable (Effort Expectancy), Social Influence Variable and Faciliating Condition Variable have a positive effect on the Actor's Intention (Behavioral Intention).

Abstract

The process of selecting the Leader of the ISTN Information System Association is through general elections where the implementation is still manual which results in inefficient because it takes a lot of time, space and costs. In order to run elections more efficiently, e-voting is the best way to carry out the election and implement the system using a web-based computer so that it is guaranteed in terms of speed and data processing. In this study, face recognition with the lbphface method was chosen as an additional security so that web-based selection is guaranteed security. The results of the election will be immediately known because the calculations are carried out automatically by the computer system and can be seen by the admin.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The current parking system is still manual, manual data processing certainly cannot keep up with the need for a fast, precise and accurate presentation of an information system. And manual data processing is considered ineffective for providing reports and information for companies that are developing having various transactions. With these various problems, the idea emerged to create a parking system with Qr- Code. Qr-code is the evolution of barcodes from 1 dimension to 2 dimensions developed by Denso Wave. Along with the development of information technology, security parking arrangement activities have also increased according to the complexity of the existing work, the existence of web technology that can be used as data processing, turns out to be quite interesting for several conditions to use it, one of which is in the problem of parking. Abstract

ABSTRACT The rapidly of developing information system there does not have to support the business processes of companies as users of information systems for doubtful accounts at PT. Waskita Beton Precast to ensure that the application has made it easier for the company. Data were obtained through observation and patience questionnaire survey to employees of PT. Waskita Beton Precast . The research method used in this research is the method of quantitative analysis using primary data such as observation and questionnaires. The results achieved in this research is showing that the degree of compliance in the receivables management procedures to minimize bad debts is good enough. The flaws in the company is a contract and field surveys are not the same, change the payment term and the contract period is often wrong. Keywords: information systems, COBIT framework, receivables ABSTRAK Perkembangan Sistem Informasi sampai saaat ini telah mendukung proses bisnis perusahaan seperti pengguna sistem informasi piutang tak tertagih pada PT. Waskita Beton Precast untuk memastikan bahwa aplikasi telah memberikan kemudahan bagi perusahaan. Data diperoleh melalui observasi dan survey dengan menyabarkan kuesioner kepada pegawai PT. Waskita Beton Precast. Metode penelitian yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer seperti observasi dan kuesioner. Hasil yang dicapai dalam penelitian ini ialah menunjukan bahwa tingkat ketaatan prosedur pengelolaan piutang dalam meminimalisir piutang tak tertagih sudah cukup baik. Adapun kekurangan pada perusahaan adalah kontrak dan survei dilapangan tidak sama, perubahan jangka waktu pembayaran dan periode kontrak sering salah. Abstract

Information system rental studio 14 at the time was still running manually. transactions made still encounter many problems, such as during the booking process, where customers have to come directly to the studio to book a studio room. due to lack of information, the customer does not know at that time the rental schedule is full or has been ordered by another customer. This of course is very detrimental to customers who have come but do not order because the desired booking schedule is already filled or full. The research was conducted using the waterfall approach method which was carried out in succession in the software development process. To solve the existing problem, it will be implemented with a music studio rental system on a web basis at the studio rental14. This application is considered sufficient to provide convenience in the booking process for customers because it has obtained fast and accurate information and makes it easier to record music studio rental transactions so that reports can be made in a short time.
