Journal of Optimization System and Ergonomy Implementation (JOSEON) merupakan publikasi ilmiah berkala yang diperuntukkan bagi peneliti yang hendak mempublikasikan hasil penelitiannya dalam bentuk studi literatur, penelitian, dan pengembangan teknologi sebagai bentuk penerapan metode, algoritma, maupun kerangka kerja. Jurnal ini pertama kali terbit pada Oktober 2023, dimana setiap JOSEON saat ini sedang menguruskan ISSN dan e-ISSN Bagi para pengarang atau author dari luar UPN Veteran Jakarta, silahkan untuk melakukan registrasi pada OJS ini JOSEON menyambut hangat para peneliti, dosen, lembaga penelitian, pemerintah lembaga, atau industri untuk berkolaborasi dalam rangka menghasilkan makalah penelitian, ulasan artikel atau kasus studi mengenai Fokus dan Ruang Lingkup sebagai berikut: Sistem Produksi Sistem kerja dan Ergonomi Pengembangan Produk Manajemen Logistik dan Rantai Pasok Pengendalian Kualitas Manajemen Rekayasa dan Optimalisasi Industri Seluruh artikel yang masuk akan dilakukan proses Blind Review, dan akan dilakukan oleh dua mitra bestari kami sesuai dengan kompetensinya. Abstract

Industri makanan saat ini semakin banyak menggunakan jamur sebagai bahan utama karena jamur dapat diolah menjadi makanan enak dan sehat. Popularitas jamur juga meningkat, terutama di kalangan vegetarian yang mencari alternatif pengganti daging. Tingginya permintaan konsumen terhadap jamur menuntut perhatian perusahaan tidak hanya pada kuantitas tetapi juga kualitas produk. CV Jamur Kita Sukabumi, sebagai produsen jamur, menghadapi tantangan dalam bentuk produk cacat pada baglog jamur yang persentasenya melebihi target perusahaan. Menanggapi hal tersebut CV Jamur Kita Sukabumi mencari solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan produk cacat tersebut demi menjaga kualitas dan reputasi perusahaannya. Maka dari itu penelitian ini dilakukan pada CV Jamur Kita Sukabumi untuk mengendalikan kualitas produksi dengan menggunakan metode Six Sigma dan alat implementasi Kaizen 5W+1H untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan jenis cacat yang dominan terjadi pada baglog jamur yaitu miselium jamur tidak tumbuh dan baglog jamur terkontaminasi. Usulan perbaikan yang dapat dilakukan dibuat berdasarkan faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya kecacatan yang terdiri dari faktor manusia, mesin, material, metode, dan lingkungan. Tingkat sigma pada CV Jamur Kita Sukabumi yaitu sebesar 3,80330 dan meningkat menjadi 3,92370 setelah dilakukan perbaikan.

Abstract

Bintang CCTV store is a retail business that specializes in digital security, namely CCTV cameras. Bintang CCTV store is a result of the development of Bintang Komputer store, which is also located in Jagakarsa. After one year of operation, sales have not been stable, so a feasibility analysis is needed to assess the financial, non-financial, sensitivity, and Business Model Canvas aspects. The results of the financial aspect calculations were applied to three sensitivity conditions: optimistic, best, and pessimistic. Under optimistic conditions, the business is considered feasible with a NPV of Rp236,483,715, a PP of 2 year and 7 months, a PI of 1.51, an IRR of 78,8%, and a BEP of Rp173,641,626. Under best conditions, the business is also considered feasible with a NPV of Rp71,108,423, a PP of 4 years and 4 months, a PI of 1.23, an IRR of 23,8%, and a BEP of Rp173,641,626. However, under pessimistic conditions, the business is considered not feasible with a NPV of -Rp116,747,029, a PP is longer than the target, a PI of 0.93, an IRR of -15,9%, and a BEP of -Rp116,747,029. The non-financial aspects include management and organization, market and marketing, and technical and operational aspects. The Business Model Canvas classifies nine business elements based on the results of interviews.

Abstract

PT Mitra Sarana Mahadana is a company engaged in the sale of PVC ceilings, PVC ceiling trim, and hollows. However, the products stored at this company are stored randomly, causing product damage when product pick-up is carried out. In addition, this random placement also causes a long search time to find a particular product so that time causes product retrieval to be inefficient and product damage causes storage to be ineffective. Therefore, improvements are needed using dedicated storage methods, class-based storage, and proposed improvements simulated using Arena. This study resulted in a conclusion in the form of a dedicated storage method succeeded in reducing the travel distance by 46.56% from the actual distance of 9,056.57 meters to 4,840.05 meters. From the simulation results, it was found that the dedicated storage method succeeded in reducing the product transfer process time by 79.85% from the actual time of 130 seconds to the proposed condition time of 26.2 seconds.

Abstract

The XYZ factory is a factory that produces GRC Krawangan products. From observations, there are inefficiencies caused by disorganized layout, irregular material handling, unnecessary movements, and waiting times. The identified waste can be analyzed for its causes and minimized to enhance production efficiency through Lean Manufacturing approaches. This research employs methods such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Value Stream Analysis Tool (VALSAT), Process Activity Mapping (PAM), Failure Mode Effect and Analysis (FMEA), and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA). The research results revealed a ranking of the 7 wastes, with the highest being waste in transportation, unnecessary motion, and waiting. These wastes were then assessed using VALSAT, and PAM emerged as the selected tool. Subsequently, FMEA data collection identified 7 sub-wastes exceeding Critical RPN. These sub-wastes were further analyzed using FTA. Based on the waste analysis through various methods, improvement proposals were made. These include enhancing facility layout with BLOCPLAN software, increasing the layout score from 0.72 to 0.99. The research also suggests the use of adjustable desk aids, successfully reducing the REBA score from 9 to 6. Additionally, in PAM, total activity improvement amounted to 129 by eliminating 9 activities, leading to a decrease in activity time from 98,862.69 to 97,495.72 seconds

Abstract

Coffee Shop Kopi Dul is a Coffee Shop that has been established since 2018. The development of Coffee Shop which is getting higher from year to year requires Coffee Shop Kopi Dul to continue to innovate in order to survive amidst competition by mapping business models and creating business development strategies based on internal factors and external. The aim of this research is to plan the development of the Kopi Dul Coffee Shop business using the Business Model Canvas and QSPM methods. The data processing process in this research begins by creating a Business Model Canvas, the input stage is the IFE and EFE matrices, the matching stage is the IE, SPACE and SWOT matrices, the decision stage uses the QSPM method, finally a new Business Model Canvas which has been added to alternative strategies. obtained. The results of the research analysis show that the Kopi Dul Coffee Shop is in a hold and maintain position based on the results of the IE matrix, is in the aggressive quadrant based on the results of the SPACE matrix, and has 8 alternative strategy formulations based on the SWOT matrix. At the Decision stage, the alternative priority strategy is "Conducting regular competitor observations" with an STA value of 6.371. Next, a proposed Business Model Canvas is created by adding alternative strategy formulations at the matching stage.
