Abstract

Program Pembinaan Mahasiswa Wirausaha (P2MW) dirancang untuk membantu mahasiswa mengembangkan keterampilan kewirausahaan melalui bantuan dana, pendampingan, dan pelatihan usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh P2MW terhadap pertumbuhan kelompok usaha Woolivers Domba. Woolivers Domba adalah kelompok usaha yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur dan teknologi, khususnya pada fashion kulit domba. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan berpikir desain. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan kelompok usaha terkait, kemudian dianalisis dengan pendekatan berpikir desain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan berpartisipasi dalam P2MW membantu menggali potensi dalam mengembangkan bisnis terutama dalam pemahaman terhadap aspek bisnis, mulai dari pencarian ide hingga kepatuhanterhadap regulasi yang berlaku. Meskipun begitu terdapat beberapa hal yang tidak optimal sehingga mempengaruhi Woolivers dalam menghadapi tantangan. Studi ini memberikan wawasan tentang peran P2MW dalam memfasilitasi perkembangan kewirausahaan mahasiswa, dengan implikasi untuk mewujudkan Indonesia Emas pada tahun 2045.

Abstract

Online learning is increasingly being implemented in higher education institutions, including Universitas Sangga Buana (USB) YPKP through the Kulon application. However, there are still challenges in using this application, such as difficulties in operating features and an interface that is not user-friendly. This study aims to explore the implementation of design thinking, which focuses on user needs, in developing innovations in the Kulon application as an online learning technology at USB YPKP. The research method used is qualitative, including observation, interviews, and prototype evaluation of the Kulon application involving students, lecturers, and staff as users. Through design thinking stages such as empathy, problem definition, ideation, prototyping, and testing, this research is expected to identify user needs and produce innovative solutions to enhance the quality and effectiveness of online learning at USB YPKP.

Abstract

Amid rising economic uncertainty, this study explores the strategic role of budgeting in managing corporate financial risk. It examines budgeting as a critical management tool for identifying, mitigating, and controlling risks within a business environment. Utilizing a qualitative approach grounded in literature review, data is gathered from prior studies to demonstrate the positive impact of a well-structured and flexible budget. Findings reveal that companies capable of integrating risk management into their budgeting processes are more likely to mitigate impacts from market, credit, liquidity, and operational risks. Additionally, various studies suggest that adaptive budgeting enhances a company’s resilience in responding to market fluctuations. This study also highlights specific strategies, such as contingency planning and reserve allocation, which effectively support financial stability. These findings contribute to financial management literature while providing practical guidance for companies to optimize budgets as strategic tools for addressing economic challenges. Future research is recommended to broaden the scope across sectors and undertake longitudinal analysis to deepen understanding of budgeting’s role in financial risk management

Abstract

This study aims to assess the impact of administrative management on cash flow at PT Kimia Farma Trading & Distributor Bandung. During the internship program, the author was involved in various administrative tasks within the General Affairs division, including managing tax invoices, inputting operational cost data, and summarizing drug liabilities. The findings indicate that effective administrative management is crucial for ensuring smooth cash flow within the company. Delays in customer payments, often due to external factors, negatively affect the company’s liquidity and hinder its ability to meet financial obligations and invest in new projects. To address these challenges, several strategies can be implemented, such as enhancing administrative efficiency through the use of technology, tightening receivables management, and diversifying funding sources. The study concludes that optimizing administrative management with technological support can significantly improve the company’s financial performance and ensure long-term financial stability.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence and extent of the impact of price and product reviews on online purchasing decisions in Shopee’s E-commerce platform, specifically among students of Sangga Buana University YPKP Bandung in 2024. The research applies a quantitative approach with a correlational research method, using multiple linear regression to analyze the data. The sample consists of 100 students and Shopee consumers who have conducted purchase transactions on the Shopee platform, selected through random sampling. Data collection was carried out via a questionnaire. Results indicate a multiple linear regression model Y=13,530+0.095X1+0.515X2Y = 13,530 + 0.095 X1 + 0.515 X2Y=13,530+0.095X1+0.515X2. The F test results suggest that all independent variables collectively do not significantly affect online purchasing decisions. Additionally, a simple linear regression model was applied as H1 was rejected, resulting in Y=14.039+0.571X2Y = 14.039 + 0.571X2Y=14.039+0.571X2. The R Square value of 0.198 signifies that price and product review variables contribute 19.8% to online purchasing decisions, while the remaining 80.2% is influenced by other unexamined factors.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze marketing strategies and Nextday postal services at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Main Branch Office 40000 Bandung City. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. This method is used to explore in depth various aspects of the marketing and service strategies implemented. Data was obtained through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and analysis of related documents. The research results show that PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Main Branch Office 40000 Bandung City implements various marketing strategies including the use of effective information distribution channels, such as websites, social media and mobile applications. The next day postal service also applies delivery speed and good service quality. The conclusion of this research is that the company's effective marketing strategy continues to innovate and develop technology to speed up delivery and ensure timeliness and customer engagement, through feedback and interaction, plays an important role in the service improvement process. These findings provide insight for developing marketing strategies and improving service quality in the future.
