Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of the educational model in the development of zero waste skills at the Change Archipelago stall in Jati Sampurna Village, South Bekasi. The research approach is descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The results showed that the profile of the changes in the archipelago stalls in the Jati Sampurna Village were stalls that sold various types of used goods and had implemented the zero waste principle well. However, the zero waste skills possessed by lapak members still need to be improved. Implementing an educational model for developing zero waste skills at the Simpan Nusantara lapak has proven to be effective in increasing the zero waste skills of lapak members. Obstacles in implementing the educational model include the lack of support and awareness from lapak members. Based on the research results, it is suggested that the implemented educational model can be improved by involving experts and zero-waste practitioners. The Archipelago's Change Static is expected to continue applying the zero waste principle and strengthen customer communication. Future research can explore a more appropriate educational model to improve zero waste skills in lapak members and involve a more comprehensive sample.

Abstract

This study examines the challenges and strategies faced by job seekers in the digital era through a qualitative analysis of personal narratives and real-life experiences. By conducting in-depth interviews and collecting personal stories from individuals such as Rina, Ahmad, and Lisa, this research reveals the skills mismatch between formal education and industry needs, the challenges of adapting to recruitment technologies, and the significance of a robust portfolio and professional networking. The findings indicate that job seekers experience considerable pressure in an increasingly competitive labor market. To address these issues, the study recommends curriculum reforms in education to align more closely with industry requirements, enhanced access to digital skills training, and adjustments to recruitment processes to be more inclusive. Furthermore, practical experience and career mentoring are critical factors in preparing a competitive workforce. The limitations of this research include the subjectivity of the qualitative approach and the challenges of generalizing the findings. Therefore, further studies employing quantitative methods and research across various regions in Indonesia are necessary to strengthen the validity and reliability of these findings. This research provides valuable insights for policymakers, educational institutions, and job seekers in designing effective strategies to tackle unemployment and enhance workforce skills in the digital era. Consequently, close collaboration among government, industry, and educational institutions is essential to create a more inclusive and adaptive employment ecosystem in response to technological changes and labor market dynamics.

Abstract

Amid rising economic uncertainty, this study explores the strategic role of budgeting in managing corporate financial risk. It examines budgeting as a critical management tool for identifying, mitigating, and controlling risks within a business environment. Utilizing a qualitative approach grounded in literature review, data is gathered from prior studies to demonstrate the positive impact of a well-structured and flexible budget. Findings reveal that companies capable of integrating risk management into their budgeting processes are more likely to mitigate impacts from market, credit, liquidity, and operational risks. Additionally, various studies suggest that adaptive budgeting enhances a company’s resilience in responding to market fluctuations. This study also highlights specific strategies, such as contingency planning and reserve allocation, which effectively support financial stability. These findings contribute to financial management literature while providing practical guidance for companies to optimize budgets as strategic tools for addressing economic challenges. Future research is recommended to broaden the scope across sectors and undertake longitudinal analysis to deepen understanding of budgeting’s role in financial risk management

Abstract

This study rigorously investigates how implementing team-based reward systems affects workplace collaboration and innovation. By employing a robust case study approach and a synthesis analysis of articles published between 2018 and 2023, this research provides compelling evidence that team-based rewards are a potent incentive, motivating team members to collaborate and achieve desired outcomes. This approach also effectively mitigates internal competition, which can impede the flow of information and knowledge sharing. The findings underscore that reward structures centered on collaboration bolster innovation and cultivate a more inclusive and productive work culture. Integrating financial and non-financial rewards, transparent and structured recognition, and transparency in performance evaluations has elevated employee motivation, performance, and loyalty. The study further emphasizes tailoring rewards to individual employee values and goals to enhance job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Moreover, transparency in the performance evaluation and reward distribution processes is pivotal for augmenting productivity and fairness in the workplace. The recommendations advocate for integrating team-based reward strategies as a fundamental component of human resource management policies. This study's implications suggest comprehensive and equitable reward strategies can enhance individual, team, and organizational performance. This study's reliability in the human resource management literature lies in exploring reward strategies for fostering collaboration and innovation within organizations.

Abstract

The world of work has undergone a fundamental shift, with post-pandemic phenomena such as "The Great Resignation" revealing employee burnout as a critical operational and financial challenge. Addressing burnout—a syndrome characterized by emotional exhaustion, cynicism, and professional inefficacy—has become crucial to organizational sustainability. Burnout is not an individual failure but a response to a dysfunctional Organizational Climate. This systemic approach contrasts with traditional research, which is often fragmented. While the burnout literature is extensive, research frequently operates in "silos," focusing on a single stressor (e.g., only social support or only role overload). Understanding the interaction between financial, bureaucratic, and social stressors remains limited. This article explores the roles of Salary, Administrative Burden, and Workplace Relationships in relation to burnout, using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) analyzing a final corpus of N=50 articles (2015-2025) through thematic analysis. Findings indicate that burnout is an ecosystem failure requiring holistic intervention. Thematic analysis confirms that Salary is perceived as 'justice' and 'reward,' Administrative Burden as a cognitive 'hinderance demand,' and Workplace Relationships (especially POS and leadership) as the strongest 'protective resource.' However, the primary challenge lies in the interaction of stressors: high administrative burdens and toxic workplace relationships can demonstrably nullify the positive effects of adequate compensation.
