Abstract

Speaking is one of the important aspects that is taught to students because speaking involves students' productive activities in conveying verbal utterances so that it becomes consideration for teachers about the importance of using learning techniques that are fun and not boring, in conclusion speaking skills are skills that must be honed and trained by students. Student.The interest of students at SMK. Nahdlatun Nasyiin Kadur in using the Indonesian language can be said to be low. This is evidenced by the fact that their daily activities still use their first language instead of using Indonesian. Besides that, in storytelling activities students tend to be afraid and nervous, so that it is necessary to use appropriate learning techniques to arouse students' enthusiasm and enthusiasm. Let's tell a story technique can be used as an alternative for effective and modern learning to improve speaking skills.The results of student responses to improving speaking skills using the Let's Tell a Story technique have increased, this is usually evidenced by the let's tell a story technique applied to you making your interest more interested in improving speaking skills.

Abstract

Forgiveness is the attitude of someone who is hurt not to take revenge for the perpetrator, on the contrary, there is a desire to make peace and do good even though the performer has done hurtful behavior. The goal of this study was to find out the description of forgiveness for infidelity by a partner and the factors underlying the provision of forgiveness to a partner who committed infidelity. This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of phenomenological research. The subjects in this study were six people with details of three husbands and three wives who were both victims and had children. The results of the study showed that even though the partner had committed an affair, the victim still gave forgiveness. The supporting factors for giving forgiveness are; 1) Situational factors, the victim feels bored with the situation that occurs due to the infidelity committed by the partner. 2) The relational factor, there is a direct apology from the performer to the victim. 3) Personality factors (religion), forgiving, patience, sincerity, and considering the incident of infidelity are temptations that must be faced. In addition to these three factors, there is a more basic factor in providing forgiveness by victims to the performer, namely is a responsibility for the continuity of children's education. Children will be displaced if their parents' divorce, on that basis the victim gives forgiveness to the performer who committed the affair.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see the financial management of mosques which is still not done in mosques. Literature study becomes a reference in collecting data on mosque financial management. This research is a descriptive qualitative research, in which the researcher observes and analyzes the existing data The role of mosques according to Al-Quran and Sunnah explains that mosques can be optimized as a place for community empowerment both from an economic, social, cultural and so on. The problems that arise in mosque institutions are regarding the ineffective management of mosque finances. Where there are still many flow of use of mosque cash only for the operational needs of the mosque without being developed for the empowerment of the community. Mosque cash must be divided into two allocations of funds, namely productive and consumptive funds. The allocation of these funds is intended so that the cash flow of the mosque can be used to improve the economy of the ummah. For this reason, the fatwa regarding the allocation of mosque funds must beimmediately relocated in order to strengthen the foundation of mosque financial management.

Abstract

Economical concepts and policies based on capitalism and socialism have proven to have failed to create a just economy. This is caused adhering to capitalist and socialist ideologies, macroeconomic imbalances and national instability occur. So far, the capitalist and socialist economic system is clearly incompatible with the Islamic value system. Both are more exploitative and unfair in treating humans not as humans. Both systems are also unable to respond to the economic, political, social and moral challenges of today's era. This is not only because there are ideological differences, moral attitudes and socio-political frameworks, but also for reasons that are more worldly economic in nature, resource differences, changing international economic situations, respective economic levels and high socio-economic costs of development. (high cost economist). Therefore, it is urgent to review how the concept of economic growth and equity according to Islam can be a solution for the creation of community economic justice. This research methodology uses a qualitative approach with an interpretation pattern of developing ideas through data collection techniques from participant observation, interviews, and directed discussions. So, it can be help maximally of the economic problems development in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the differences in student learning outcomes using online learning strategies with face-to-face learning, and to determine the learning outcomes of students who have different learning styles and to determine the interaction of learning strategies and learning styles on learning outcomes. This study used a quasi-experimental research design (quasi-experimental). While the experimental design used in this study is the nonequivalent control group design. This study uses a 2 x 2 factorial design involving two groups in this case the researcher uses 2 classes. The first class is as an experimental class, this group learns using blended learning, and the second class is face-to-face learning as a control class, this group uses conventional learning to learn. The disaggregating factor is the moderating variable of learning style (active learning style and reflective learning style) while the dependent variable is understanding the concept. This study uses a 2-way Analysis of Variance (Anova) to test the hypothesis, in the form of the Univariate Test of Between- Subject Effects. The results showed that there were differences in results between students who applied online learning and face-to-face learning. The second is that there are differences in learning outcomes between students who have different learning styles. Third, there is an interaction between online and face-to-face learning and learning styles with learning outcomes
