Abstract

The development of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) can be considered as a strategic force in accelerating regional development. The growth of MSMEs is increasing every year and this is of course a strength in itself in economic development. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises whose existence cannot be denied are home industries, most of which are dominated by housewives. This includes home-based Muslim/Muslimah swimwear businesses. Small businesses which were initially for personal consumption, developed for local community consumption, and ultimately moved to foreign consumption. This of course has an impact on increasing labor absorption and community welfare in the region, especially in the surrounding environment. What is the best development so that this business can run better and be more effective for economic development? Improvements must be made both in terms of management, technical production, marketing and logistics. So that in the end this business can compete well with other large industries.

Abstract

This paper just to remind, that the Acts of repression still valid in Malaysian democratic life, although the Acts is always met with resistance from opposition groups , NGOs , students and independent groups, but the Malaysian Government to enforce the Acts of the grounds , that the decision was made to maintain the stability and peace of the country. The implementation of the Acts is also used to arrest the demonstrators, NGO and student activists, democracy activists, opposition party activist who fought against the policy of the Government. Source analysis of this paper consists than official reports (Malaysian Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights and Labor Malaysia), books and articles in scientific journals, online media, and the author's observation to political developments in Malaysia. This paper can provide some measure of information or a description of the implementation of the Acts of repression by the Malaysian Government that is always met with resistance from the power of oppositions in Malaysia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop and test the effect of Trust, Tax Morale and Power of Authorities towards the level of Tax Compliance and Tax Evasion. This study uses a slippery slope framework assumptions in determining the tax compliance which consists of two dimensions : Trust and Power of Authorities. However, to further develop the framework slippery slope this study adds one independent variable is tax morale. The respondents in this study is an individual taxpayers certain employers who are registered as taxpayers in KPP Kebon Jeruk Dua. Methods of data collection in this study used a questionnaire using convenience sampling technique that is distributed to respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study using a statistical test SPSS version 20.The results of this study revealed that the variable of Trust, Tax Morale and Power of Authorities has a positive and significant effect on the level of tax compliance. The variable of Trust, Tax Morale and Power of Authorities has a negative influence and significant to Tax Evasion.

Abstract

Organizations in the era of fierce competition requires people who have high confidence in large quantities as well as the level of freedom, independence and capacity of high initiative. Confidence as the ability to cope with the basic challenges of life. People in the organization should be ingrained confidence in the ability to learn, make choices, decisions and manage change, so that organizations create a culture of learning in all functions. Leaders and other members should be an example for behavior that supports self-confidence, then spearhead to all functions of the organization. People who have high confidence are more able to make creativity and innovation. Furthermore, innovative creative people tend to be more prepared to take risks with new ideas that counts sharply to overcome the various problems tasks and organizational challenges of the future.

Abstract

The Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) is a high-ranking regional institution whose position is very strategic in the regional government structure in formulating legal policies at the regional level. To support its performance, the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) forms work units, and these work units are called DPRD equipment. The equipment remains composed. Leadership of DPRD members, DPRD Commissions, Deliberative Body (Bamus), Household Affairs Agency (BURT), Legislative Body, Inter-Parliamentary Cooperation Agency (BKSAP), and Budget Committee. The DPRD apparatus has the task of assisting the DPRD institution in every policy making, as a legal prerequisite for a regional regulation. Apart from that, he also has the authority to serve in the DPR's internal environment and duties in the DPR's external environment. The duties of the internal leadership environment are: Develop work plans and divide work between the Chair and Deputy Chair, and announce them at the Plenary Meeting. This writing method is a qualitative method based on a causal-effectual model. The discussion used is to explain phenomena or describe variables and then analyze the relationship between the duties and functions of DPRD equipment in the formulation of regulations and legislation in the region. Pandeglang Regency. Research shows that the DPRD equipment is a very important institutional unit, a prerequisite for ratifying a regional regulation in the Pandeglang Regency DPRD.

Abstract

The Mentoring of Islamic Education is one of development method as part of character and increment of insight perception. Islamic education mentoringhasbeen widely aplicated in several education institution such Primary High School till university level. Thisesearch focused on mentoring of islamic education subject for student of STIA Banten. by the limitation in focusing on the problem by submitting the research question in how the mentoring model of islamic education in STIA Banten, how the mentoring model of islamic education in STIA Banten carried out, and how the result of implementation of islamic education mentoring in STIA Banten. The Objective of this research is trying to find the mentoring method of PAI, effective and efficient concept at mentoring model of islamic education. This research used qualitative methode by compiling the data such as interview, observation, documentation and document analisis. The result show that 1). The design of educational of islamic education subject was not different with other subject, caused by both have had the same lesson plan which is could be implemented in learning process. 2). The mentoring model of islamic education has been technically changed in view of organizing, in which in the previous time being organized by academic and then organized by LDK STIA Banten. 3). The attitude changing of student had become more well mannered and more islamic, as well as had an advantage in academic aspect especially in islamic education subject. Thus, the existence of islamic education mentoring in university is positively needed by student. The conclusion of the research is that the mentoring model of islamic education is still relevant to be implemented in university. Along with it, there is still needed an evaluation of mentoring system progressively.

Abstract

Education policy is public policy, and is one of the state policies that serve as a guide to decision-making in the field of legal education-neutral and adapted to the environment. Along with the reform era and regional autonomy, education policy direction generally directed towards the decentralization of education. Government policy in the field of higher education stipulated in Law No. 12 of 2012 on Higher Education. Law No. 12 of 2012 was a response to the problems of higher education both micro and macro. The important thing was carried in the law is the governance of the college and university autonomy. Crucial issues that arise from this law lies in: the autonomy of higher education and liberalization of education, government responsibility, etatisme, half-hearted implementation of decentralization, autonomy restrictions, and commercialization of college. In the implementation of higher education policy implementation, the Government encourages the implementation of governance better colleges and universities autonomy in accordance with the rules, norms, and the main purpose of education.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the social responsibility programs implemented by Pelindo II Tanjung Priok in Koja sub- istrict and Lagoa. The problem often faced by their firm rejection by the people in the surrounding area of the company. Their CSR program will help empower the people so that the welfare of society for the better. The activities planned by the company generally involve the community and the government. In order to maintain the existence of the company, then the company should be able to maintain a balance between the desire of companies to the understanding of the community. The way to do is look at the potential social, economic, cultural and security around the company.

Abstract

As one of the government agencies serving various public interests, every SKPD in Pandeglang Regency is included in the Pandeglang Regency Integrated Licensing Service Agency. It should be enthusiastically to improve the work effectiveness of its employees, so that there are no more complaints and even strong protests from the public. Organizational climate describes the internal environment of the organization. Generally, organizational climate is very easily controlled by leaders or managers. Organizational climate is the perception of members of the organization regarding the dimensions of organizational climate that are felt directly. Thus it is believed that the working atmosphere or organizational climate greatly influences the effectiveness of an organization. The better the organizational climate, the more effective the work of an employee or organization and vice versa. If we relate it to government organizations, effective organizational performance will have a direct impact on improving services to the public/community. The main design in this study is explanatory research which focuses on testing between hypothesized variables, then aims to measure and test the causal relationship of the variables that have been determined. While the population used as respondents was 58 respondents who were employees of the Pandeglang Regency Integrated Licensing Service Agency. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence of organizational climate on work effectiveness, that through a significance test using the t test statistic, the tcount value for β1 is 6.152 and ttable with degrees of freedom with a numerator of 2 and a denominator of 56 at ɑ (0 .05) of (1.980 to 2.00). Thus tcount (6.152) > ttable (1.980 to 2.00) shows that organizational climate can increase work effectiveness at the Pandeglang Regency Integrated Licensing Services Agency.

Abstract

Based on the results of the author's observations during the pre-survey at the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of Pandeglang Regency, there are symptoms which illustrate that it is suspected that the performance of employees at the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of Pandeglang Regency is suspected. This is presumably due to the influence of work motivation factors. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance at the General Section of Regional Secretariat of Pandeglang Regency. The research method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive analysis method that tries to describe the condition of work motivation in its effect on employee performance in the General Section of Regional Secretariat of Pandeglang Regency. The results showed that 0.187 or 18.7% of employee performance was influenced by work motivation.
