Abstract

This thesis was conducted to determine the influence Celebrity Endorser and Public Relations of the Image and Intention to Buy Private University, by giving questionnaires to students of Level III in Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta with a total population of 1527 students and samples taken 100 number of students. In this evidence using research methods by questionnaire distributed to respondents (students) as way to collecting of information about the research. Methods of statistical analysis supported by Lisrel application version 18.72, to determine the validity and reliability, the classic assumption test and doubled linear regression analysis test, path coefficients and T test to test the hypothesis necessary. The results of this research proven there is influence between Celebrity Endorser and Public Relations to imaging of Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta so that Hypothesis (Ha1) is accepted, there is influence between Celebrity Endorser and Public Relations to Intention to Buy Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta so that Hypothesis (Ha2) accepted. There is influence between Celebrity Endorser (X1) and Public Relations (X2) simultaneously to the imaging and Intention to Buy in Private University so that Hypothesis (Ha3) accepted. Whereas, the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.99 or 99%. It means that 99% of the dependent variable is Imaging and Intention to Buy can be explained by the independent variables is Celebrity Endorser and Public Relations.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) are one of the business fields that can develop and be consistent in the national economy. Pottery is one of the UMKM products that can play a role in economic growth. One of the famous pottery in the Banten area is in Bumi Jaya Village, Ciruas District, Serang Regency, UMKM. Pottery has not been protected by intellectual property. This study aims to determine 1). Strategy and intellectual property development of jaya bumi pottery products to improve the economy in Ciruas District, Serang Regency, 2). Application of intellectual property of Bumi Jaya Pottery UMKM products to improve the economy in Ciruas District, Serang Regency. This study uses a qualitative empirical juridical approach. The results of this study are as follows 1). Intellectual property registration process, Product marketing strategy through information and communication technology. Pottery product innovation, market share expansion, digitization, design, appropriate technology 2). The implementation is through the Intellectual Property registration process to the Directorate General of Intellectual Property.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are to ascertain the cost of tickets for the Aqualand tourist attraction in Serang City, gauge consumer interest in purchasing tickets there, and ascertain the degree to which pricing affects consumer interest in purchasing tickets. Using probability sampling procedures to select a sample of 100 respondents, the study employs descriptive quantitative research methods. Based on the correlation coefficient interval (0.600 – 0.799), the Correlation Analysis results showed a r value of 0.747, indicating the presence of a substantial level of association. In the meantime, the price variable contributes 55.8%, according to the coefficient of determination value of 55.8%.Next, based on the correlation significance test findings utilizing the hypothesis t test, it is established that the estimated t value, or 11.119 > 1.661, is more than the t table. This demonstrates that Ha is approved and H0 is refused. Price essentially has a favorable and considerable impact on interest in purchasing tickets for Serang City's Aqualand tourist attraction.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the performance of PT employees. Korindo Heavy Industry, Tangerang Banten. This research uses motivation, discipline and work environment variables to analyze the influence on performance. Apart from that, this research also uses commitment as an intervening variable to analyze the influence of the level of commitment on the company. The population in this study were employees of PT. Korindo Heavy Industry. This population is 110 employees. This research uses a census method, namely by giving questionnaires to the entire population of 110 employees. Data collection was carried out using the questionnaire method, namely by giving a list of questions or questionnaires directly to respondents. The data analysis technique in this research uses SEM (Structural Equation Model) analysis which is operated through the SMARTPLS program. The research results show that the variables of motivation, discipline and work environment have a significant positive effect on commitment. The variables motivation, discipline, commitment and work environment show a significant influence on positive results on human resource performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The village is one of the government institutions that provide frontline services to the community in the village area concerned. Therefore, the existence of villages is the spearhead of the development of the nation's progress. Along with the importance of maximum service in a village, it is expected that the village government apparatus has the capacity and capability in accordance with the main tasks and functions of serving the community. Therefore, the village has an important role in paying attention to service quality. The aims study of were to analyze the effect of Gerendong Village service quality on community satisfaction. Purposive samping methode is applied to obtain 95 respondents, then analyzed by descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS. The result showed that service quality of Gerendong Village have positive effect and significant on community satisfaction. Key Words: Community Satisfaction, Service Quality, Satisfaction

Abstract

Found of some local government leader who caught as corruptor make central government reformed the local leader election. One of the way is Omnibus Law's production. This Research using normative jurisdiction which is based on systematical law. The research method used is statute approach. The result are diversification between local government and central government already ruled by Undang-Undang Dasar 1945 as the highest Indonesia source of law, including the mechanism of local government.

Abstract

Rural and Urban Land and Building Tax is a regional tax that is material in nature in the sense that the amount of tax payable is determined by the condition of the object, namely land or land and/or buildings. The problems in this study regarding the collection of Land and Building Taxes include: (1) The target for Rural and Urban Land and Building Taxes has not been achieved in Muara Ciujung Timur Village; (2) Lack of socialization regarding Rural and Urban Land and Building Tax in Muara Ciujung Timur Village; (3) The performance of the land tax collector and rural and urban buildings in Muara Ciujung Timur Village is less than optimal; (4) Lack of public awareness in the payment of Rural and Urban Land and Building Tax in Muara Ciujung Timur Village. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method, the technique of determining the informants using purposive sampling technique, and data collection techniques observation and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the collection of Rural and Urban Land and Building Taxes had not run optimally. Suggestions from this research: conduct an evaluation, increase socialization that directly touches the community, should pay more attention and consider becoming a land and building tax collector in the village so that there are no more irregularities or mistakes.

Abstract

From the background of the problem, the researcher focused this research on how to implement the Street Children Development Program Policy in Serang City. The implementation of the street children development program is not yet optimal because there are still many street children's activities, especially in Serang City. The aim of this research is to find out how the Street Children Development Program Policy is implemented in Serang City. This research uses Van Horn and Van Metter's theory that the success of implementation is influenced by the implementation of a policy which is influenced by the characteristics of the implementing agent which includes bureaucratic structure, norms, and relationship patterns that occur in the bureaucracy in fulfilling resources, both human and human resources. non-human attitudes or tendencies of implementors include responses, understandings and value preferences held by implementors, communication between related organizations in the sense of coordination; as well as economic, social and political environmental conditions. The method used in this research is a qualitative method. Data collection techniques use interviews, observations and documentation studies. The informants for this research were the Serang City Social Service, Serang City SATPOL PP (Prajapati Police Unit), Serang City PSA (Child Social Workers), Serang City KPJ (Street Singers Community), Street Children and Street Children's Families. Testing the validity of researchers using triangulation of sources and techniques. It can be said that the research results in the Implementation of the Street Children Development Program Policy in Serang City have not run optimally.     Keywords: Street children, Implementation of the Street Children Development Program Policy in Serang City.

Abstract

One of Merdeka Belajar's products is the Driving School Program. In principle, the Driving School aims to improve the quality of education in Indonesia, and this Driving School is a program that focuses on developing student learning outcomes holistically through realizing and focusing on learning based on the Pancasila student profile. Driving schools have characteristics that are in accordance with the characteristics of the Education Policy. In its implementation, the Driving School Program in Pandeglang Regency encountered various problems such as the lack of a role for supervisors at driving schools in developing and improving school resources, lack of outreach and support from the local government and budget limitations which hampered program implementation. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of the Driving School Program in the Independent Learning Policy in Pandeglang Regency. The theory used is the theory of George C. Edward III. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research show that the implementation of the Mobilizing School Program in Pandeglang Regency has not proceeded according to the existing objectives because efforts are still needed to resolve these problems starting from ongoing communication between all parties concerned. Adequate resources, and the readiness or attitude of policy implementers so that the driving school program policy is implemented in accordance with the rules and is carried out well.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of trust in organizations on knowledge sharing in the context of the corporate world.  Trust in the organization was identified as a key factor that can influence knowledge sharing.  In developing the research framework, qualitative methods were chosen with a focus on empirical analysis. Data was obtained through reference literature, reference books, Google Scholar. The research results show that trust in the organization has a positive effect on knowledge sharing between superiors, subordinates and colleagues. The conclusion of this research highlights the importance of trust in organizations within the company to share knowledge with fellow employees. Research implications of the influence of trust in organizations on knowledge sharing in the corporate world (empirical and theoretical studies in implementation)
