Abstract

Karakter fiqih mempunyai ciri khas diantaranya karena referensi utama dalam kajian fiqih adalah wahyu ilahī dan As-sunnah, kemudian dalam kajian fiqih komprehensifnya telah mencakup kesempurnaan interaksi dalam berbagai sisi kehidupan, yaitu interaksi dengan tuhannya, interaksi dengan dirinya sendiri kemudian interaksi dengan komunitas sosial. Pada prinsipnya mencakup aqidah, ibadah, akhlaq, serta muamalat. Lebih dari itu dari sisi panduan hukumnya karakter kehidupan yang memisahkan antara halal dan haram. Karakter Madrasah Ra’yi dan Madrasah Hadits, Dalam fiqih dikenal dengan Madrasah al hadīts dan Madrasah ar ra’yi, Madrasah al hadīts adalah sebuah metodologi yang disimpulkan oleh para ulama atas pengaruh yang diterima Tabi'in dari para Sahabat ternama seperti Zaid ibn Tsabit dan Abdullah ibn Umar, generasi berikutnya dilanjutkan oleh imām Mālik berikut murid muridnya, yang menjadi ciri khas dari metodologi ini lebih cenderung atas tekstual hadits dan fatwa ahlul madinah, karena dalam metodogi ini segala sesuatu yang berkenaan dengan cara beribadah penduduk Madinah tidak mungkin dilakukan kalau bukan hasil dari melihat perbuatan Rasulullah yang diturun-temurunkan generasi ke generasi.mereka sangat enggan menggunakan metode kontekstual.

Abstract

Knowing the legitimacy of the rules for the movement of a thousand for productive zakat beneficiaries and to find out whether there are sanctions or not for beneficiaries who do not obey to fill gebu tubes. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The types of data used are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study, namely interviews, observation, and literature study. The data analysis technique used is the inductive analysis method, because the data obtained is a description in the form of a description. The results of the research achieved are the legality of the existing rules in BAZNAS in the form of legal foundations in the form of laws, regional regulations, presidential instructions, Jambi Governor instructions and SOPs that have been set by BAZNAS Kabupaten Merangin and sanctions for zakat recipients who do not comply with filling gebu tubes have not been implemented in BAZNAS Kabupaten Merangin.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze whether OHSMS pt. Industrial chemitomo nusantara is in accordance with government regulation number 50 of 2012 and analyzes whether OHSMS is pt. Industrial chemitomo nusantara has maqashid sharia value in it. This research uses a qualitative method with a research approach using case studies, where case studies are a comprehensive explanation of various aspects of an individual, a group, organization, program, social situation and with this approach can be used to analyze policies and regulations. Data collection is carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study show the findings that, the OHS Management System in PT. Industrial Chemitomo Nusantara is in great accordance with Government Regulations in terms of OHS policy, OHS planning, OHS planning implementation, monitoring and evaluation of OHS performance as well as reviewing and improving OHS performance. In addition, OHSMS has a maqashid value in it.
