Abstract

The design and design of this three-dimensional printing machine concentrates on robotics enthusiasts who are very difficult to find prototype machine covers. The purpose of this research is to create a 3D printer machine design for users in order to shorten the time of making prototypes and be faster and more precise to make a container for robotic prototype needs. The supporting equipment used in the manufacture of the 3-dimensional printing machine in this research is Arduino Mega 2560, Ramps 1.4, A4988 Stepper Motor Driver, ESP8266 WIFI Module, HotEnd, HeatBed, Stepper Motor. The author conducted a test test of several different types of filaments. The research method used is an experimental quantitative method by providing input from the designed tool and then observing the results of the output. The stages of this research are analyzing the problem, defining problems and needs, designing, and measuring the level of accuracy and strength of the type of material used for printing between PLA (Polylactic Acid) filaments and ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) filaments. From the two results, PLA requires a hotend temperature of 195 degrees Celsius with a heatbed temperature of 65 degrees Celsius, while ABS requires a hotend temperature of 250 degrees Celsius with a heatbed temperature of 110 degrees Celsius and it can be concluded that the strength level of ABS is stronger than PLA.

Abstract

The company's success in maintaining its business is inseparable from the company's role in managing inventory (inventory) of goods so that it can meet the demands of customers as much as possible. During this time at PT. Enesis Group for data collection in warehouses is still carried out by keeping a manual in the book, which causes the accumulation of documents and the risk of loss or damage to documents when the item data is needed to make a report to superiors and also as a performance evaluation aterial. Often there is a lack of goods / reject goods. Do not have a computerized system. In the case of this study, the K-Nearest Neighbor method can be applied to the prediction of goods going out at the warehouse of PT. Enesis Group because it can predict the goods out correctly so that there is no shortage or excess stock of goods in the warehouse. The results of the calculation of the prediction of goods going out with the KNN method with an optimal value of K (9) are for ordering goods with a shipping distance of more than 1000 km and the expiration of goods more than 1 year, as well as for ordering goods with a distance of less than 1000 km and the expiration of goods is less from 1 year, the item is eligible to send.

Abstract

The purpose of determining the best employees is as an appreciation for employee performance so as to motivate employees to be able to work optimally and be able to survive in the organization for a long time. Although the goal is very simple, however, the process turns out to be very complex, takes quite a long time and costs quite a bit so that this creates the opportunity for errors to occur in determining who is the right person. Especially if the company has employees with abilities that are not much different from other employees, the determination is sometimes very subjective. Actually there are several assessment criteria in the decision-making process for selecting the best employees, namely: an assessment based on the criteria for attendance, loyalty, and tardiness and employee performance. Because it is necessary to build a system that can assist decision making to determine the selection process objectively by using the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method.

Abstract

Pharmacy has a lot of transaction data on the distribution of pharmaceutical supplies, especially drug management. There are several obstacles that occur in the drug supply management system at this pharmacy, one of which is the accumulation of drug stock, where pharmacists find it difficult to determine what drugs should be in stock or not in stock. In order to avoid the accumulation of drugs that exceed the user limit (expired) which will result in losses for pharmacies. For this reason, the authors want to deal with these problems through the Design of a web-based Drug Inventory Prediction Information System using the Itertive Dichotomiser Algorithm method which will predict the stock of drugs that are expected to manage drugs at pharmacies to be wiser in choosing products to sell. In designing information systems Supporting software is also used, namely PHP and MYSQL databases. The final result of this research is, with this information system, it can help pharmacists in supporting drug management so that they can be more selective in choosing the items to be purchased for sale so as to minimize losses that will occur in pharmacies.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to classify the impact of covid-19 on the world of education. Covid-19 is a virus that has had a major impact on politics, economy, culture, sports, education and other fields. The impact in the field of education is the closure of schools, universities, and institutions so that learning activities are carried out online from home. The method in this study begins by taking a dataset sourced from the public dataset https://www.kaggle.com/ to obtain data on the impact of COVID-19 on education. The next stage is preprocessing the data to filter the attributes that have the most influence on education using excel and python programming, the dataset has been continued to create patterns using machine learning algorithms, namely hierarchical clustering and k-mean clustering the clustering algorithm used. Clustering is the process of grouping similar objects into different groups or dividing a data set into subsets based on distance measurements. The expected result of this research is the comparison of the k-mean and hierarchical clustering algorithms which will have the highest accuracy in classifying the impact of covid-19 on education.

Abstract

Yayasan Masjid Miftahul Jannah Cibitung is one of the organizations engaged in religious worship, which has developed and always wants to keep up with the developing information technology. So far, the area of mosque administration still feels difficult to do because it uses a manual format. This has attracted the author to research and develop a web-based mosque information system. Therefore, the researcher proposes a web-based information system that will replace data collection and distribution of zakat and infaq management financial funds at the Baitul Maal Masjid Miftahul Jannah by using a web-based information system. The purpose of this research is to design and build an information system needed by Baitul Maal officers by using the Rapid Application Development method as a development method. The supporting software used in designing this youth information system is PHP and MySQL database. The final result of this research is that the existence of this information system can assist Baitul Maal officers in processing data recording and funding transactions of incoming and outgoing funds. And can reduce the risk of loss and damage to activity data because this application data that has been inputted will be stored in the database server.
