Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi jenis praanggapan yang terdapat dalam novel Negeri di Ujung Tanduk; memaparkan hasil praanggapan yang terdapat dalam novel Negeri di Ujung Tanduk; dan membuat bahan dan kegiatan pembelajaran menulis teks eksposisi untuk tingkat SMA. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik studi dokumen. Teknik analisis datanya yaitu analisis isi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dalam novel Negeri di Ujung Tanduk terdapat 77 jenis konteks, dari 77 konteks yang terdapat dalam novel tersebut. Selanjutnya, hasil penelitian dimanfaatkan sebagai untuk membuat bahan dan kegiatan pembelajaran menulis teks eksposisi di SMA.

Abstract

Abstract The COVID-19 epidemic has been declared as a pandemic by WHO since March 11, 2020. The determination was based on the geographical spread of the virus which has reached 114 countries including Indonesia. This is the aim of community service (PKM) Faculty of Engineering, University of Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya, this time, taking part in socializing how to tackle and prevent COVID-19 pandemi. The theme of this PKM is the socialization of the role of social media in order to help cope with the COVID-19 and give procedure how to make and at once distributed of hand sanitizers and hand soap in the village of Sukaraja, Tambelang, Bekasi. The method used is education by using a media pamflet which contains the role of social media in providing information about the COVID-19 outbreak, prevention and how to overcome it and the use of social media wisely. Also given additional knowledge about how to make hand sanitizers and hand soap. This method was chosen, as a form of social distancing when the implementation of large-scale social restrictions (PSBB) in Bekasi. The results of the PKM were seen from the enthusiasm of the community in accepting the pamflet, and the distribution of hand sanitizers and hand soap. It is expected that from this community service activity, the people of the village of Sukaraja, Tambelang can be smarter in utilizing existing social media and understanding about the COVID-19 outbreak, how to prevent and know how to make hand sanitizer, hand soap so that it triggers the entrepreneurial spirit. Keywords: covid-19, WHO, pandemic, hand sanitizer, psbb Abstrak Wabah COVID-19 telah dinyatakan sebagai pendemi oleh WHO sejak 11 Maret 2020. Penetapan itu didasarkan pada persebaran virus secara geografi yang telah mencapai 114 negara termasuk Indonesia. Hal ini yang menjadi tujuan program pengabdian masyarakat (PKM) Fakultas Teknik Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya kali ini, yaitu ikut terjun mensosialisasikan cara menanggulangi dan mencegah pendemi COVID-19. Tema dari PKM ini yaitu sosialisasi peranan media sosial dalam rangka ikut menanggulangi wabah COVID-19 dengan pembuatan dan pembagian hand sanitizer serta hand soap di desa Sukaraja, Tambelang, Bekasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah edukasi dengan menggunakan media pamflet yang berisi peranan media sosial dalam memberi info tentang wabah COVID-19, pencegahan dan cara menanggulanginya serta penggunaan media sosial dengan bijak. Juga diberi tambahan pengetahuan tentang cara pembuatan hand sanitizer dan hand soap. Dipilihnya metode ini, sebagai wujud social distancing saat berlakunya pembatasan sosial berskala besar (PSBB) di Bekasi. Pamflet ini diserahkan kepada warga bersamaan dengan pembagian hand sanitizer dan hand soap. Hasil dari PKM dilihat dari antusias masyarakat dalam menerima pamflet, dan pembagian hand sanitizer serta hand soap. Diharapkan dari kegiatan PKM ini, masyarakat Desa Sukaraja, Tambelang bisa lebih cerdas dalam memanfaatkan media sosial yang ada dan memahami tentang wabah COVID-19, cara mencegah dan menanggulanginya, serta tahu cara pembuatan hand sanitizer dan hand soap sehingga dapat menjadi pemicu bagi jiwa kewirausahaan. Abstract

Abstract Today, web-based applications more accessible because it can be used in various computer platform only by running the web browser. The developers of the website create some applications that are accessible to all people normally by installing the application in the server. Modern web hosting system, in each of the server, manage multiple web applications. Along with the increase in quality when the presence of high availability requirements of a web service then the server load will increase. Each web application has a dependency on one operating system specific versions of packages including intact as well as well as the provisioning system into application problems for the server. Software engineering with Docker container has been recognized by many developers because it is considered as a solution to current trends. In addition, Docker has a simple application deployment process. This research used Docker Container with the result that Docker container can provide solutions to web applications developers who need to perform a maximum spread of Docker application. The analysis of the information systems was used as a research method in developing a Docker container-based application. The result showed Docker Container could increase developer productivity, reduce server load and the storage. Keywords: Web, App, Docker, Container Abstrak Aplikasi berbasis web semakin banyak digunakan karena dapat diakses di berbagai platform komputer hanya dengan menjalankan web browser. Para pengembang website agar aplikasi yang dibuat dapat diakses semua orang biasanya melakukan install aplikasi ke dalam server. Sistem web hosting modern, di dalam setiap servernya, mengelola banyak aplikasi web. Seiring peningkatan kualitas saat hadirnya kebutuhan high availability dari layanan web maka beban server akan meningkat. Masing-masing aplikasi web yang memiliki ketergantungan dengan satu sistem operasi utuh termasuk paket versi tertentu juga serta aplikasi bawaan sistem menjadi masalah untuk server. Software Docker dengan teknik container banyak dilirik para pengembang aplikasi karena dianggap sebagai solusi trend saat ini. sehingga Docker telah memudahkan proses penyebaran aplikasi. Pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan pembahasan teknis kerja Docker Container, melihat teknis kerja Docker Container dapat memberikan solusi pada pengembang aplikasi web yang membutuhkan Docker untuk maksimal melakukan penyebaran aplikasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis sistem informasi yang telah dikembangkan dan dilakukan penyebaran menggunakan teknologi Docker container. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan adalah Docker Container dapat meningkatkan produktivitas pengembang, membuat beban server berkurang, dan mengurangi jumlah penyimpanan. Abstract

Kujang merupakan salah satu senjata tradisional yang menjadi ciri khas Jawa Barat. Namun masih banyak masyarakat yang belum mengetahui makna dan jenis-jenis dari kujang. Untuk mengenal kujang saat ini sangat sulit, dikarenakan sedikitnya masyarakat yang mempunyai atau mengkoleksi kujang. Dan juga tidak semua museum mempunyai jenis-jenis kujang yang lengkap, seperti Museum Pusaka Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII). Museum tersebut hanya memiliki 4 jenis kujang yang dapat diperkenalkan. Informasi yang diberikan kepada pengujung juga tidak terlalu banyak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi pengenalan senjata tradisional kujang menggunakan augmented reality, sehingga memudahkan pengunjung Museum Pusaka Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII) untuk mengenal kujang dengan melihat bentuk secara 3D serta menambahkan materi mengenai kujang. Penggunaan aplikasi augmented reality ini menggunakan marker yang nantinya akan dideteksi oleh kamera dan memunculkan objek 3D. Pembuatan aplikasi augmented reality ini menggunakan tools vuforia. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa aplikasi yang dikembangkan sangat diterima dengan baik oleh pengguna. Hal ini diperlihatkan dengan nilai system usability scale dari 58 responden yang menghasilkan skor rata-rata SUS sebesar 82,97. Skor tersebut termasuk ke dalam grade scale B, adjective rating good, dan acceptable ranges high. Kata kunci: kujang, augmented reality, marker, vuforia.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the education landscape around the world, resulting in the cessation of in-person teaching and learning activities and encouraging the adoption of online learning systems. Many Indonesians express their opinions and thoughts about online courses through the social media Twitter. Therefore, this study aims to analyze people's sentiment towards online lectures on Twitter using Naïve Bayes and Support Vector Machine (SVM) methods. Data for sentiment analysis is taken from Twitter using the keywords "#college", "#daring", and "#kuliahdaring". This study limits data collection to the range of 2021-2022. A total of 1,260 Tweets were analyzed, with 633 Tweets having positive sentiments and 627 Tweets having negative sentiments. This study uses Naïve Bayes and Support Vector Machine algorithms to classify positive and negative sentiments in Tweets. The results showed that Naïve Bayes algorithm achieved the highest accuracy of 72%, while Support Vector Machine achieved 66% accuracy.

Abstract

PT. Patco Elektronik Teknologi, a leading company in the Electronics industry, urgently needs to enhance the security of blueprint mold data in its Moldshop division. The process of mold repair using CNC machines requires secure access to the company's standard blueprint drawings. Hence, this study aims to develop an Android-based application for encrypting and decrypting blueprint images using the Rivest Shamir Adleman algorithm. It also addresses challenges such as budget constraints, Android device availability, and data security. The method chosen, Rivest Shamir Adleman, is renowned for its asymmetric cryptography and will be implemented in the Android application for securing blueprint images. The research successfully resulted in the creation, implementation, and testing of the Rivest Shamir Adleman Android application. Testing demonstrated that the program can efficiently encrypt and decrypt blueprint images, with encryption averaging 4 to 15 seconds and decryption 2 to 5 seconds using this method. By employing Rivest Shamir Adleman, the application ensures high-level security for blueprint image files.

Abstract

Product reviews play a crucial role in evaluating user satisfaction and overall performance. Vidio, one of the over-the-top (OTT) media platforms, offers a wide range of entertainment content, including movies, TV shows, sports events, music shows, lifestyle programs, and more, accessible through its application. Users have the opportunity to provide reviews and feedback on their experience with the Vidio application. Therefore, this research was conducted to analyze user sentiment towards the Vidio application on the Google Play Store platform using the K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) method. Data for sentiment analysis were randomly selected from the Vidio application based on the most relevant reviews. A total of 3,000 data were analyzed, with 2,238 data in the negative class, 508 data in the neutral class, and 254 data in the positive class. This research used the K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) method for classifying reviews based on negative, neutral, and positive classes, and the Multiclass Confusion Matrix for model evaluation. With a data split of 70% for training data 30% for testing data, and several n_neighbors of 10 data, the results in an accuracy of 81.6%, precision of 79%, recall of 81.6%, and F1-Score of 77%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine how much influence the interview technique has on the ability to write argumentation essays for grade 2 students of SMP Negeri 3 Karawang The research method used is an experimental method with control design.The sample was randomly taken from the affordable population of second grade students of SMP Negeri 3 Karawang for the 2022/2023 school year. \ The analytical techniques used in this study are normality test, homogeneity test and hypothesis testing with t-test at significance level a 0.05. Scores on experimental class  scores reached 63 for the lowest grade and 90 for the highest grade with an average score of 78.43. Meanwhile, in the control class, 47 for the lowest value, 79 for the highest value and  62.63 for the average value After analysis for the normality test, the results of the control class calculated L of 0.0996 and in the experimental class of 0.148 smaller than the table L with n = 30, that is, 0.161. The results of the study with the t-test showed t count of 3.78 and t table with n-30 and significance level a = 0.05 obtained a price of 2.04 because t count is greater than t table (3.78 > 2.04), then Ho was rejected.  Thismeans that the interview technique in this study affects the ability to write argumentation essays for students of SMP Negeri 3 Karawang.

Abstract

Public awareness of traditional West Javanese musical instruments is still limited, resulting in the loss of cultural identity, the decline of traditional music, and the weakening of national spirit, innovation, and economic potential. This research aims to overcome these problems by developing an interactive smartphone application that introduces and preserves the musical heritage of West Java. Using the Multimedia Development Life Cycle(MDLC) method with the stages of Concept, Design, Material Collecting, Assembly, Testing, this AR application integrates the Speeded-Up Robust Features Algorithm for marker recognition, by ensuring robust image processing stages such as Integral Image, Grayscale conversion, Interest Point Detection, and Feature Matching. The InmusWJ AR application successfully introduced eight pages including the main menu, music list, application information, five AR camera pages, and menu buttons. This application displays 3D models of five traditional musical instruments (angklung, calung, celempung, kecapi, tarawangsa) along with their cultural background. Testing on markers with 10%, 30%, and 50% scratches shows that the marker can be read and is able to display 3D objects of musical instruments. and testing with 20% and 50% closed markers can be read and display objects, but cannot be read when the marker is 100% closed.

Abstract

This study analyzes sentiment from user Reviews of the FLO app, Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII), and public comments on infidelity cases on Instagram, using Naïve Bayes and Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithms. FLO, an app that helps users track reproductive health, was analyzed based on 1,393 Reviews on Google Play Store. Of these, 796 Reviews expressed positive sentiment, while 597 were negative. Although both Naïve Bayes and SVM achieved an accuracy of 74%, SVM performed better in recall (74%) and precision (71%). For TMII Reviews, the analysis involved 1,616 Google Reviews, with 1,263 showing negative sentiment, indicating complaints about facilities and services, and 353 expressing positive sentiment. SVM outperformed Naïve Bayes, achieving an accuracy of 85% and an f1-score of 87%, compared to Naïve Bayes’ 82% accuracy and 83% f1-score. Additionally, the analysis of 1,200 public comments on Instagram accounts @lambe_turah and @awreceh.id revealed 918 negative comments and 282 positive ones. SVM once again demonstrated superior performance with an accuracy of 91%, precision of 87%, recall of 96%, and an f1-score of 92%, surpassing Naïve Bayes, which achieved an accuracy of 86%. These findings confirm that SVM is more effective for sentiment classification across various digital Platforms, including social issues and service evaluations. The results can be applied to develop public opinion analysis systems that support strategic decision-making and enhance service quality based on user feedback.
