Abstract

Abstract This study aims to measure the accuracy in predicting time series data using the LSTM (Long Short-Term Memory) machine learning method, and determine the number of epochs needed to produce a small RMSE (Root Mean Square Error) value. The result of this research is a high level of variation in RMSE value to the number of epochs needed in the data processing. This variation is quite difficult to obtain the right epoch value. By doing an iteration of the LSTM process on the number of different epochs (visualized in the graph), then the number of epochs with a minimum RMSE value will be easier to obtain. From the research of BBRI's stock data prediction, a good RMSE value was obtained (RMSE = 227.470333244533). Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur ketelitian dalam memprediksi data time series menggunakan metode mesin belajar LSTM (Long Short-Term Memory), serta menentukan banyaknya epoch yang diperlukan untuk menghasilkan nilai RMSE (Root Mean Square Error) yang kecil. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah tingkat variasi yang tinggi nilai rmse terhdap jumlah epoch yang diperlukan dalam proses pengolahan data. Variasi ini cukup menyulitkan untuk memperoleh nilai epoch yang tepat. Dengan melakukan iterasi dari proses LSTM terhadap jumlah epoch yang berbeda (di visualisasikan dalam grafik), maka jumlah epoch dengan nilai RMSE minimal akan lebih mudah diperoleh. Dari penelitan prediksi data saham BBRI diperoleh nilai RMSE yang cukup baik yaitu 227,470333244533. Abstract

Abstract Tax Period Notification Letter (SPT) is submitted by the Taxpayer to the Directorate General of Taxes through the Tax Service Office (KPP) manually so that there is often a buildup of queue reporting services for submitting Periodic Tax. To reduce delays in submitting a mobile-based system or application was built to improve services in delivering the Annual Tax Return report. Periodic SPT features are available complete including Income Tax Article 21/26, Article 22, Article 23/26, Article 25, Article 4 paragraph 2 and Article 15 which are designed using the Extreem Programming method. The research method uses descriptive methods that are carried out to get a picture or description of a situation objectively, systematically, factually and accurately. Keywords: Taxes, tax returns, queues, taxpayers, Tax Service Office Abstrak Surat Pemberitahuan (SPT) Masa pajak disampaikan oleh Wajib Pajak kepada Ditjen Pajak melalui Kantor Pelayanan Pajak (KPP) secara manual sehingga sering terjadi penumpukan antrian layanan pelaporan penyampaian SPT Masa. Untuk mengurangi keterlambatan penyampaian maka dibangun sistem atau aplikasi mobile berbasis Android untuk meningkatkan pelayanan dalam menyampaikan laporan SPT Masa. Fitur-fitur SPT Masa cukup lengkap tersedia meliputi PPh (Pajak Penghasilan) Pasal 21/26, Pasal 22, Pasal 23/26, Pasal 25, Pasal 4 ayat 2 dan Pasal 15 yang dirancang menggunakan metode Extreem Programming. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif yang dilakukan untuk mendapatkan gambaran atau deskripsi tentang suatu keadaan secara obyektif, sistematis, faktual dan akurat. Abstract

Abstract The Government of Indonesia took steps to change the system to improve public services in traffic violations by implementing the e-ticketing system. This system is a solution for disciplining motorized motorists from committing traffic violations. The existence of e-ticketing is also a solution to prevent the delinquency of law enforcers from illegal levies, peace terms in place, to accountability of fines. In this study, sentiment analysis of the e-ticketing system or opinion mining to classify the variety of public comments that give a positive, negative or neutral impression. Twitter social media is one of the objects to express opinions because it is user friendly, updated topics, and openly accesses tweets. Opinions on Twitter are collected, then the preprocessing stage is performed, then the selection of information gain features helps reduce noise caused by irrelevant labels, the next step is the classification of sentiments with the Naïve Bayes algorithm and finally polarity sentiments. This research resulted in an accuracy of 41.82%, a precision of 50.51% and a recall of 45.45%. Keywords: Sentiment analysis, E-ticketing, Information Gain, Naive Bayes Abstrak Pemerintah Indonesia melakukan langkah perubahan untuk memperbaiki sistem pelayanan publik dalam pelanggaran berlalu-lintas yaitu dengan menerapkan sistem e-Tilang. Sistem ini menjadi solusi mendisiplinkan para pengendara kendaraan bermotor dari banyaknya melakukan pelanggaran berlalu-lintas. Keberadaan e-Tilang juga menjadi solusi mencegah kenakalan penegak hukum dari pungutan liar, istilah damai ditempat, hingga akuntabilitas uang denda. Dalam penelitian ini melakukan analisis sentimen tentang sistem e-Tilang atau opinion mining untuk mengelompokan ragam komentar masyarakat yang memberikan kesan positif, negatif atau netral. Media sosial Twitter menjadi salah satu objek untuk menyampaikan opini karena user friendly, topik ter-update, dan terbuka mengakses tweet. Opini pada twitter dikumpulkan, lalu dilakukan tahapan preprocessing, selanjutnya dengan seleksi fitur information gain membantu mengurangi noise yang disebabkan oleh label-label yang tidak relevan, tahap selanjutnya adalah klasifikasi sentimen dengan algoritma Naïve Bayes dan terakhir sentimen polarity. Penelitian ini menghasilkan accuracy 41,82%, presisi 50,51% dan recall 45,45%. Kata kunci: Analisis sentimen, E-Tilang, Information Gain, Naive Bayes

Abstract

Abstract Climbing in Indonesia from year to year has increased the demand. More and more climbers are interested in this activity but increasingly also accidents that occur in the mountain due to lack of knowledge and discipline of climbers. The mountaineering guide app is made to help climbers to plan preparations before climbing and while climbing the mountains, this app also features a mountain position layout and path from basecamp, climbing posts to the top, and can request evacuation requests at TimSAR. By using the technology of Global Positioning System and Location Based Service climbers can easily find the point where it is located, and can minimize accidents and even death that can occur in the mountain. Keywords: Mountaineer, Location Based Service, Global Positioning System, Mountain Climbing Guide. Abstrak Pendakian di Indonesia dari tahun ke tahun mengalami peningkatan peminatnya. Semakin banyak pendaki yang meminati kegiatan ini tetapi semakin bertambah pula kecelakaan yang terjadi di gunung akibat kurangnya pengetahuan dan kedisiplinan pendaki. Aplikasi panduan mendaki gunung dibuat untuk membantu para pendaki untuk merencanakan persiapan sebelum mendaki dan saat mendaki gunung, aplikasi ini juga dilengkapi dengan tata letak posisi gunung dan jalur dari basecamp, pos-pos pendakian sampai ke puncak, dan dapat meminta permintaan evakuasi pada TimSAR. Dengan menggunakan teknologi Global Positioning System dan Location Based Service pendaki dapat dengan mudah mencari titik posisinya berada, dan dapat meminimalisir kecelakaan bahkan kematian yang dapat terjadi di gunung. Abstract

Abstract One form of entertainment that is familiar and indeed much in demand in our lives is the game. Games are applications that are familiar to the community and also early childhood from all walks of life. But the development of the game itself is currently still dominated by productions from abroad. In this study the authors chose early childhood as a sample of game users because remembering children prefer playing games rather than learning theoretically. From the existing problems, in this study the authors built an educational game application so that children can learn while playing. The purpose of this study is to facilitate children in the learning process in the form of games and the existence of educational guessing game pictures of animals and puzzles is expected to improve the ability of children in the learning process. The method used in this study is the method of data collection consisting of observations, interviews, and literature studies, for supporting tools used, namely UML (Unified Modeling Language) while the algorithm used by Fisher-Yates which functions to change the order of questions in educational game applications. With this educational guessing game application, guess the picture of animals and puzzle can make it easier for children in the process of learning to recognize the animals that exist on this earth. Game merupakan aplikasi yang tidak asing lagi bagi masyarakat dan juga anak-anak usia dini dari segala lapisan. Namun perkembangan game itu sendiri saat ini masih di dominasi oleh produksi-produksi dari luar negeri. Pada penelitian ini penulis memilih anak-anak usia dini sebagai sampel pengguna game karena mengingat anak-anak lebih suka bermain game dibandingkan belajar secara teoritis. Dari permasalahan yang ada maka pada penelitian ini penulis membangun sebuah aplikasi game edukasi agar anak-anak bisa belajar sambil bermain. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mempermudah anak-anak dalam proses pembelajaran dalam bentuk game dan dengan adanya game edukasi tebak gambar hewan dan puzzle ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan anak-anak dalam proses belajar. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode pengumpulan data yang terdiri dari observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka, untuk tools pendukung yang digunakan yaitu UML(Unified Modeling Language) sedangkan Algoritma yang digunakan Fisher Yates yang berfungsi untuk merubah urutan soal pada aplikasi game edukasi. Dengan adanya aplikasi game edukasi tebak gambar hewan dan fuzzle ini dapat mempermudah anak-anak dalam proses belajar mengenal hewan-hewan yang ada di bumi ini. Abstract

The Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) is one of the work units of the Ministry of Religion which is tasked with fostering and providing services to the community at the sub-district level. The Pasar Minggu Subdistrict Religious Affairs Office as the government agency coordinates activities and carries out internal and cross-internal activities in the sub-district area. To that end, the Office of Religious Affairs carries out documentation of marriage statistics, builds mosques in its territory, monitors zakat, waqf, baitul maal and other social services, monitors population and develops sakinah family programs. In carrying out the registration of marriage, the KUA of Pasar Minggu Subdistrict still has shortcomings in the system for recording marriages that are carried out. The drawbacks include the manual marriage registration process, making it less effective and inefficient. The manual recording is still making marriage reports which are still recorded in the ledger, so if you want to find data, the staff will manually look for the report data. Seeing this obstacle, the authors have the idea to create a system that can process data easier and simple in use so as to save time and streamline the work of KUA staff. In this study, the authors used several stages of work, starting from the process of analysis, planning, design using the PHP programming language and MySQL database, to the implementation stage with an object-oriented approach using UML (Unified Modeling Language). The results obtained from a system that the author created can help KUA staff in inventorying marriage data, helping them also in making systemized marriage reports and in finding registrants and marriage reports to be given to the Head of the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA).

Abstract

Inventoring have a function to report the budget realization in the municipal region. SIMSEDIA is an application that helps SKPD on Pekalongan city shall administer the inventory. The purpose of this study was to measure the quality of software SIMSEDIA to determine which features are likely to be developed. The measurement method referring to ISO 9126 models and object-oriented metrics. Measuring the quality specified in the aspect of changeability.The research method consists of:(1) Business Process Review, (2) Module Review, (3) Tools Selection, (4) Modul Measurement, and (5) Result. The results of this study will be a barometer of changeability of SIMSEDIA at the Municipal Government in the development of inventory system to be more optimal. Abstract

Medical record is a file that contains records and documents about patient identity, examination, treatment, actions and other services that have been provided to patients in health care facilities. Problems that occur in the Clinic PT. Nippon Paint Jakarta is an ineffective and efficient management of medical data. This information system aims to manage medical data quickly and accurately. This system development method uses SDLC by making UML diagrams such as use case diagrams, class diagrams, activity diagrams, entity relationship diagrams as stages of system design. This information system is based on WEB using the PHP programming language supported by SQL database. The results of the design of this system are expected to be one of the solutions to the problems that have occurred so far. Keywords: Clinic, Medical Records, Informations Systems Abstrak Rekam medis adalah berkas yang berisi catatan dan dokumen tentang identitas pasien, pemeriksaan, pengobatan, tindakan dan pelayanan lain yang telah diberikan kepada pasien pada sarana pelayanan kesehatan. Permasalahan yang terjadi di Klinik PT. Nippon Paint Jakarta yaitu pengelolaan data medis yang kurang efektif dan efisien. Sistem informasi ini bertujuan supaya pengelolaan data medis dapat berjalan dengan cepat dan tepat. Metode pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan SDLC dengan membuat diagram-diagram UML seperti use case diagram, class diagram, activity diagram, entity relationship diagram sebagai tahapan perancangan sistem. Sistem informasi ini dibuat dengan berbasis WEB menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP yang didukung basis data SQL. Abstract

The research objective is to introduce Betawi customs and culture with an android application system that makes it easier for people and the younger generation to continue to preserve Betawi culture. The research method uses grounded research, which is a research method based on facts and uses comparative analysis with the aim of making empirical generalizations, establishing concepts, proving theories, developing theories, collecting and analyzing data at the same time. After the author analyzes and collects data, finally the author can draw the conclusion that with this application system, it can help introduce and educate the public more broadly in the introduction of Betawi customs and culture.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to help students get learning outside the school environment, this is a better education because in addition to school children also get education from private lessons. In addition, this application also functions as a forum for private tutors to boost the economy. Gathering the information students need to do computer learning which is currently all done is easier. So it is hoped that with the design of this private computer tutoring application, it can help students get learning outside the school environment and around the student's residence. The research method used is grounded research, which is a research method based on facts and uses comparative analysis with the aim of making empirical generalizations, establishing concepts, proving theories, developing theories, collecting and analyzing data at the same time. After the author analyzes and collects data, finally the writer can draw the conclusion that with this application system, it can help students get the learning they need easily and efficiently.
