Abstract

This thesis is entitled "Application of Islamic Performance Management in Improving Work Discipline of PT Employees. Indokarya Palembang Main Guard”. The purpose of this research is to determine the application of Islamic performance management in improving the work discipline of PT employees. Indokarya Palembang Main Guard. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach that examines and explains the problem clearly. Data collection techniques include observation, documentation interviews, then data analysis consisting of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions/verification. and disciplinary theory popularized by Malayu Hasibuan. The results of this research show that Islamic performance management aims to build performance in accordance with Islamic law, a job based on very strong sharia, and carrying out company management with good disciplinary rules as taught in Islam to become a good Muslim worker. PT. Garda Utama Indokarta hopes that employees can work wholeheartedly and diligently in carrying out worship, because work is also worship as Islam teaches its people to work diligently and seriously, solely hoping for Allah's approval. in accordance with the theory put forward by Malayu Hasibuan which states that discipline is a person's awareness and willingness to obey all applicable regulations and social norms, which consist of employee attendance every day, punctuality of working hours, employee relations or welfare, employee compliance with regulations. PT. Garda Utama Indokarya continues to improve discipline among its employees. Leaders provide motivational directions and guidance so that employees work in accordance with company regulations.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: This research is entitled "Psychoreligious Therapy in Controlling the Emotions of the Elderly at the Tresna Werdha Social Home in Palembang". Low emotional control will give rise to various negative attitudes and is not good for the physical and psychological health of the elderly themselves. Psychoreligious therapy is needed which is expected to be able to control the emotions of the elderly. Psychoreligious therapy as a treatment in the practice of caring for the soul using a religious approach. This research aims to determine the emotional description of the elderly and find out Psychoreligious Therapy in Controlling the Emotions of the Elderly at the Tresna Werdha Social Home in Palembang. This research uses a qualitative approach with field study methods. The subjects of this research were four people consisting of two elderly people, namely the client "NA" and client "S" and social home employees namely "M" and "P". Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques were data condensation, data presentation and conclusions, withdrawal/verification. The results of the research show that the description of emotional control in the elderly or "NA" clients, and "S" clients experience difficulties in establishing new relationships with other people or other elderly people who are in the orphanage. Application of psychoreligious therapy in controlling the emotions of the elderly in the Tresna Werda social institution Palembang which consists of three stages, namely takhalli (intended to empty or cleanse the heart of bad qualities that can cause emotions), tahalli (an effort to adorn oneself with commendable morals, by being physically and mentally obedient) and Tajalli (the final result obtained by a person after he succeeded in training himself and restraining himself seriously so that he achieved true calm and happiness in the form of a complete disappearance of emotions, pain and troubles in life.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: This research discusses “Service Management for Hajj and Umrah Pilgrims in Adjusting to the Increase in Hajj and Umrah Costs PT. Bumi Nata Wisata Palembang” This research aims to determine the service management that will be provided to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors in carrying out Hajj and Umrah services. This type of research is qualitative research, with secondary and primary data sources. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this research is descriptive qualitative by means of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results obtained from the research are that there are six stages of the theory put forward by Dr. H. Tata Sukayat, M.Ag: The management that has been planned: recruiting good, friendly and responsive human resources who have skills, providing training to employees, providing guidance and training to the congregation, as well as providing information services and ease of payment . The supporting and inhibiting factors in carrying out Hajj and Umrah services are the location of the office which is strategic and easy to reach for pilgrims. Meanwhile, the obstacle in the service process is the lack of human resources or employees at PT. Bumi Nata Wisata, lacks indoor facilities and the office is very cramped, and there are many personal documents out of sync with prospective Hajj and Umrah pilgrims, making the administration process difficult. Abstract

This research is entitled "Semiotic Analysis of The Series Betting Film". The purpose of this research is to find out the meaning of denotation, connotation, and myths in the film "Betting The Series", and to find out the message contained in the film " Betting The Series". The type of research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are primary data and secondary data. The object of this research is the film " Betting The Series" which has eight episodes. The data analysis technique used is Rolnd Barthes semiotic analysis. The results of this study are the meanings of denotation, connotation, and myth in the film "Betting The Series". Denotation is the first stage that uses the Rold Barthes semiotic analysis method, connotation is the original nature of signs, and myth is a second level system of meaning. The messages contained in the film "Betting The Series" are hard work, passion, sacrifice, never give up, and be responsible for solving problems.    KEYWORDS:

Abstract

This research is entitled: "The Role of Islamic Da'wah in Creating Religious Moderation Values in Adolescents in Bukit Sangkal Subdistrict, Palembang". The issues discussed in this thesis are: What is the role of Islamic preaching in creating values of religious moderation in teenagers in Bukit Sangkal Village, Palembang and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in creating religious moderation values in teenagers in Bukit Sangkal Village, Palembang. The aim of this research is: To determine and analyze the role of Islamic da'wah in creating values of religious moderation among teenagers in Bukit Sangkal Village, Palembang. This research uses qualitative research. The data collection technique in this research uses interview, observation and documentation methods. The data analysis technique used in this research is the technique from Miles and Huberman, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that while there is still a generation that does not accept an attitude of religious moderation, we must be able to provide a deep understanding of what religious moderation is, and explain that we do not live alone, we live together with other identities, which are based on the concept of our beliefs. different, our understanding is different, but in matters of togetherness it contains good values which actually do not conflict with what we believe in, we must unite to succeed in building harmony in differences. So the thing that needs to be avoided is coercive behavior in inviting someone to believe in what we believe in. In a life of diversity we must be able to make religious moderation into our character, so that it is easy to apply to everyday life.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: This thesis is entitled "Strategic Management of the Banyuasin Student Association (HIMBA) UIN Raden Fatah Palembang Commissariat in Increasing Members' Religious Knowledge" This research aims to examine the role of strategic management in increasing the religious knowledge of members of the Banyuasin Student Association. Strategic Management is the right solution to overcome this problem. Strategic Management is a series of decisions that lead to the preparation of long-term strategies using the SWOT analysis technique. This research is qualitative research used in this research is field research. Because data collection is carried out directly at the research location. Meanwhile, the method used is descriptive research. This means that the research only presents the data as it is without intervention or relationship with others, so the data obtained is in the form of interview transcripts, field notes, photos of documents and so on. The data refers to the behavior and responses of respondents. The results obtained from this research indicate that effective strategic management can play an important role in increasing the religious knowledge of members of the Banyuasin Student Association. Several key factors in strategic management that contribute positively are good planning, structured program implementation, and continuous evaluation. Apart from that, collaboration with related parties and the use of information technology also have a positive impact in increasing the effectiveness of strategic management.

Abstract

This research is entitled: "Students' Perceptions of Ustadz Dery Sulaiman's Music-Based Da'wah". This research aims to find out how students perceive music-based Ustadz Derry Sulaiman. This research uses qualitative research. The data collection technique in this research uses interview and documentation methods. The theory used is the theory of Robbins and Toha Yahya Umar. The data analysis techniques used in this research are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this research show that students' perceptions regarding Ustadz Dery Sulaiman's music-based da'wah are very effective because based on the facts that researchers obtained in the field regarding the da'wah media used by Ustadz Derry Sulaiman, students form an opinion or perception that the choice of media used by Ustadz Derry Sulaiman is very similar. developments of the times so as to help support the success of his preaching. Advice for Ustadz Derry Sulaiman to continue working through music. Preach through music, because nowadays music has become a part of life. There are so many people who love music so much that it can make a difference in someone's life.

Abstract

Strategi yang digunakan pengurus masjid dalam menghadapi adanya perbedaan yang terjadi antara pengawas dan jama’ah dalam pemahaman keagamaan. Jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan model penelitian lapangan (field research), pengelolaan data dan sumber data terdiri dari data primer dan sekunder, dengan metode pengambilan data yaitu dokumentasi, wawancara dan observasi, Teknik Analisa data dilakukan dengan cara interpertasi, kritik sumber dan deskripsi. Adapun temuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu: pertama, strategi pengurus Masjid Al-Aman Paakri dalam merespons perbedaan pemahaman keagamaan antara lain; mengadakan pengajian rutin, melakukan sedekah subhu, melaksanakan program Gerakan Sosial Masjid Berbagi, malaksanakan pesantren kilat atau kajian keagamaan Remaja dan membagun komunikasi antara masyarakat dan pengurus. Kedua, faktor penghambat dan pendukung dalam pelaksanaan strategi pengurus Masjid Al-Aman Paakri dalam merespons perbedaan pemahaman keagamaan adalah jumlah jama’ah diantaranya dukungan atau sokongan secara penuh dari semua elemen masyarakat terkhusus dari pembina dan penanggung jawab. Sedangkan kelemahan pengurus Masjid Al-Aman Paakri dalam menjalankan strategi dakwah mereka untuk meningkatkan pemahaman keagamaan adalah adanya pertentangan antara pengawas dan masyarakat yang masih belum bisa menentukan sikap sendiri atau dalam artian lain masih selalu bergantung pada arahan para pimpinan yang lebih, dan yang kedua adalah jama’ah masih sering saling mengharapkan satu sama lain.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: Deviant sexual behavior has been known since ancient times. The Koran mentions sexual deviations committed by his people, one of Prophet Luth was transvestites. The term transvestites is given to people who were born male, but have sexual and psychological tendencies as women. Transvestites are men who have characteristics, attitudes like women, look like women so that their daily lives are like women, but sometimes their male characteristics come out when things are tight. The purpose of this research is to determine the description of the self-concept and daily behavior of client "I" and to find out how to apply Cognitive Restructuring techniques in overcoming negative self-concept in client "I". This research uses a qualitative approach method with the type of case study research and data analysis from Robert K Yin who divides three case study analysis techniques, namely: pattern matching, making explanations, and time series analysis. The data used can be obtained using observation, interviews and documentation methods. The subject in this research is client "I". The informants in this research consisted of the aunt and close friends of client "I". The results of the research obtained an overview of the self-concept and daily behavior of client "I", he felt comfortable and happy when he expressed his satisfaction with being a woman, his daily behavior was to look like a woman by wearing make-up, wearing women's clothes, dressing up like a woman, and waddled like a woman. The application of cognitive restructuring techniques in overcoming the negative self-concept of transvestites, the client "I" has experienced changes, namely that he is willing to know, understand and assess who he really is, he has slowly changed and abandoned his transvestites attributes.
