Abstract

Along with the development of a more advanced era, the world of information and digital data processing is becoming more automated. However, there are still many data records processed using manual processes, such as in schools, government/private institutions, and inefficient companies. The weaknesses of the author plan to make notes that use computerized data that supports practical information and is more efficient and easy to apply. Technological developments in smartphones are very beneficial for everyday life, and certainly make daily tasks easier so that you can make time more efficient. Apart from that, the convenience of using smartphones also influences various activities such as filling in notes which require making notes in a book. With the My Notes application, it makes it easier for users to make new notes without having to take a book and it is much easier to take notes anywhere via smartphone.

Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi komputer pada saat ini sangat dibutuhkan terutama dalam bidang pengolahan data, baik untuk kepentingan perorangan dan instansi. Sumbangan Pembinaan Pendidikan (SPP) merupakan sumbangan pembinaan pendidikan yang diartikan bahwa sumbangan berupa dana untuk pembinaan pendidikan yang berada dalam suatu lembaga pendidikan. Lembaga pendidikan saat ini sebagian besar dalam melakukan pengolahan data pembayaran SPP, osis, kelengkapan sekolah, masih dengan cara mencatat di buku besar termasuk pada sistem pembayaran SPP pada SMA SWASTA RK BINTANG TIMUR RANTAU PRAPAT. Dari permasalahan diatas maka penulis membuat suatu sistem pengolahan data pembayaran yang bertujuan membangun suatu pengolahan data pembayaran SPP yang mudah digunakan dan dapat diandalkan serta menjamin ketersediaan data. Hasil dari studi ini berupa sistem pembayaran yang dapat diimplementasikan pada SMA RK BINTANG TIMUR RANTAU PRAPAT, atau lembaga pendidikan, yang akhirnya bisa digunakan untuk penyimpanan, pengolahan, dan pelaporan data pembayaran yang terkomputerisasi, dalam memberikan pelayanan dan kinerja pembayaran SPP dapat berjalan dengan baik, serta dapat mempercepat dalam pelayanan informasi data bagi pihak-pihak yang membutuhkan seperti siswa, bagian keuangan dan laporan kepada kepala sekolah.

Abstract

The use of computer technology at this time is needed, especially in the field of data processing, both for the benefit of individuals and agencies. tuition fee is a contribution to education development which means that donations are in the form of funds for educational development within an educational institution. Currently, most of the educational institutions in processing the payment data for tuition fee, student council, school equipment, are still by recording in the ledger including the tuition fee payment system at SMA RK Bintang Timur Rantau Prapat. From the problems above, the authors create a payment data processing system that aims to build a payment data processing system that is easy to use and reliable and ensures data availability. The results of this study are in the form of a payment system that can be implemented at SMA RK Bintang Timur Rantau Prapat, or educational institutions, which can eventually be used for storage, processing, and reporting of computerized payment data, in providing services and the performance of school fee payments can run well, and can speed up the service of data information for parties in need such as students, the finance department and reports to the principal. Abstract

This research aims to develop a website designed using a programming language aimed at tourists. Information is one of society's needs today. People in general want to get the information they want through various media, one of which is through websites. In general, people use websites as an option to access information more quickly, effectively and up to date. This website is designed to make it easier for tourists to order/buy tickets to visit their destination. Providing efficient solutions for tourists, as well as increasing the openness and accessibility of information for tourists. Involving iterative development methods and stakeholder participation, this website is expected to facilitate the flight or travel process for tourists. The success rate of this website in promotion via social media is still relatively low and requires evaluation because the number of likes, comments and shares is still small. However, on the other hand, consumers prefer to call the Tourly and Travel office number directly to ask about international tour packages rather than engaging in social media, so that the process of selling international tour packages continues.

Abstract

Alphaware is an online shop that operates in the field of shoes such as sports shoes, fashion shoes and others. This shop was created with the aim of facilitating buying and selling access with customers because the process is fast and easy. Because of this, an accurate system is needed to predict the number of pieces of furniture. This information system applies the waterfall model in its development and is built with the PHP programming language and uses MYSQL. The design of e-commerce in this shop is made using a website, however, making this website allows for certain weaknesses, whether it lies in the transaction process or something else. By using this method, several problems still occur, including the very limited scope of the marketing process and a lack of customer interest due to the price being quite expensive even though the quality of the product corresponds to buying shoes at the Alphaware Store. Customers need a lot of time, effort and money to buy these shoes. The e-commerce that was built can process data on sales of shoe orders. This web-based e-commerce was built using the PHP programming.

Abstract

In the current era of information technology, information absorption behavior is starting to shift from paper information to information technology. Many searches for information come from cyberspace/web. The use of web technology is not only used by business people or offices but is also used by educational circles. Blog owners compete with each other to increase their popularity in cyberspace. Several methods and methods are carried out. One way is to try to place it in the first position when searched on a search engine (Google). With certain keywords, how can the school website occupy the first position, at least on the first page. The more keywords that can be indexed by search engines, the more information conveyed will be visited and the more popular the website will be. The method used in SEO (search engine optimization) / Search Engine Optimization is the technique for attracting visitors to visit the site through searches in search engines. Google is one of the most widely used search engines today, so the SEO method that will be discussed here is optimization for Google on WordPress blogs. By implementing SEO on a website or blog, it is hoped that the campus website or blog will be on the front page of Google and visitors to the website or blog will increase so that the popularity of the school/campus will increase

Abstract

One of the business models that is developing now is doing business through Android-based smartphone applications. Android is a new generation of mobile platform, a platform that gives developers the ability to develop according to their expectations. So many business people are switching to Android applications, including the climbing equipment rental business. The problem in this research is that the community, especially prospective climbers, currently still have difficulty finding information on renting climbing equipment and Polahi Adventure still has problems in the process of collecting data on incoming and outgoing equipment because all transactions are carried out using books, so it takes time and is less effective. in the reporting process. The design of an Android smartphone-based climbing equipment rental application can provide equipment and ordering information to users, especially prospective climbers, with various features in the application, namely equipment features, chart features for rental applications and chat features for communicating with Polahi Adventure. The development method used is the waterfall system development method, which includes the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing and maintenance. This application is designed with main features such as searching and ordering equipment, real-time stock management, order status notifications, and an integrated payment system. Test results show that this application is able to increase the efficiency of the rental process, make it easier for users to make orders, and provide accurate information regarding equipment availability. This application not only makes it easier for customers to rent climbing equipment, but also helps Polahi Adventure manage its business more effectively and efficiently. This research ends with the conclusion that the application developed can be well received by users and has the potential to be developed further by adding additional features according to market needs.

Abstract

Kindergarten Assisted by Dharma Wanita Persatuan Sumbawa Regency is an educational institution part of the Dharma Wanita Persatuan Foundation of Sumbawa Regency. The utilization of digital technology in monitoring and evaluating DWP Assisted Kindergarten activities is still done manually. This research aims to develop a Monitoring and Evaluation Application with the Agile Method at the Dharma Wanita Persatuan Assisted Kindergarten of Sumbawa Regency, which aims to produce a web-based application with an attractive appearance with additional features, namely the activity menu, inventory menu, and report menu. The data collection methods used were observation, interview, and literature study. This application was built using the agile method software development methodology, with structured modeling, codeigniter framework and PHP programming language and black box testing. The result of this research is a web-based monitoring and evaluation application for kindergarten. It is hoped that this application can help the monitoring and evaluation process of kindergartens assisted by DWP Sumbawa Regency more effectively and efficiently

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has become an important part of everyday life and the public sector. The Environmental Service of Sumbawa City, NTB, faces challenges in processing waste data, requiring report printing features and hosting. This research aims to develop an Android-based Waste Data Processing Application. Development begins with improving the Back End of the previous Web Application, followed by the construction of an Android-based Front End, and integration using the Application Programming Interface (API). In this study using Qualitative methods and software development using Extreme Programming (XP) Method with Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling, laravel and flutter frameworks, dart programming language and testing using blackbox tetsting. It is expected that the results of this study provide a solution for monitoring and evaluating the cleanliness of the Sumbawa Regency environment through Android-based digital media.

Abstract

Song lyrics in Android-based applications sometimes have repeated verses in each verse, therefore a compression application is needed so that they don't have a lot of lyrics. By applying the Even-Rodeh Code method, we can find out the performance of compressing song lyrics on Android, so that large song lyrics are compressed to a smaller size. This song lyrics application is an application that has a lot of text data. Because the song lyrics application stores various kinds of lyric texts from various existing songs, both regional songs, national songs, domestic and foreign songs. The factors that determine the algorithm selection are always used in data compression, namely (memory, PC speed), compression speed, compression result size, amount of redundancy and algorithm complexity. One of the known compression algorithms is the Even-Rodeh Code algorithm. The Even-Rodeh Code algorithm is a data compression algorithm that encodes characters based on the frequency of each character.
