Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the principal in improving the quality of education at the Lukulo Natural School, Kebumen. The research was carried out at the Lukulo Nature School, Kebumen. The participant of this research is the principal of the Lukulo Natural School, Kebumen. The author uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research resulted in the finding that the principal of the Alam Lukulo Kebumen School applied several leadership styles to improve the quality of education at the Lukulo Kebumen Natural School in the form of telling style (giving work to subordinates and directing), selling style (making clear rules), participating style (solving problems together). , and style delegation (giving full responsibility to the teacher). Abstract

This article was written to provide an overview of the cultivation of aswaja values in learning at madrasah diniyah Jaryul 'Ulum, Kuwarasan District. To obtain data on the cultivation of aswaja values, the author conducts interview, observation and documentation techniques. Madrasah Diniyah is a non-formal educational institution whose existence is very effective in increasing the religious knowledge of its students, which is not obtained in formal schools. The learning objectives at Madrasah Diniyah are not only on technical knowledge and skills (hard skills), but also on the skills of managing themselves and others (soft skills). Therefore, it is important to instill aswaja values in madrasah diniyah educational institutions, a process that involves instilling knowledge, love and instilling good behavior that becomes a pattern/habit. Abstract

Religious value is the highest and absolute value, this value comes from human trust and belief. Religious values reflect faith in God Almighty which is manifested in the behavior of carrying out religious teachings and beliefs that they adhere to. Religious values are values regarding the concept of religious or religious life in the form of bonds or relationships that govern humans with their gods. Meanwhile, the cultivation of religious values can be through example, namely by imitating the stories of the Prophet, the birth of the Prophet and the Prophet's Family. Sholawat is a poem of praise and flattery for the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Abstract

Kondisi MWC NU Kecamatan Kuwarasan bisa di katakan aktif dalam banyak kegiatan di lingkungan sekitar. Namun, pemahaman IPNU-IPPNU Kecamatan Kuwarasan mengenai nilai berita masih relatif kurang. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pemberdayaan IPNU-IPPNU Kecamatan Kuwarasan menjadi penting karena sebagai generasi muda penerus bangsa memahami arti nilai berita yang ditampilkan di media massa sehingga dapat membuka wawasan Pelajar NU, sekaligus membuat Pelajar NU mampu memproses informasi dengan lebih akurat. Inilah yang menjadi alasan mengapa MAKESTA ini perlu mendapatkan pelatihan mengenai jurnalistik berita. Dengan kegiatan ini, diharapkan IPNU-IPPNU Kecamatan Kuwarasan memiliki kesadaran dan pengetahuan tentang arti nilai berita guna meningkatkan kemampuan pelajar di dalam mengelola informasi yang diterima dari media massa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Ikatan Pelajar Nahdlotul Ulama (IPNU) dan Ikatan Pelajar Putri Nahdlotul Ulama(IPPNU) Kuwarasan, telah memahami bahwa dalam menerima berita hendaknya tabayyun terlebih dahulu, agar tidak salah dalam menyebarkan berita yang di dapat. Selanjutnya IPNU-IPPNU mampu menentukan bagaimana membuat berita dan juga bisa mencari berita dari lingkungan sekitar.
