Abstract

Queuing problem is a part that cannot be avoided in the banking system. In banking, serving customers speed can improve customer satisfaction. The aim of this study was to determine the queuing system is applied to PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Rangkasbitung. In this study, the authors use the case study method. Data used to conduct research is secondary data and primary data. Data collection techniques used to obtain the necessary data is by observation and interview. Based on the research results, Discipline imposed queue is First Come First Serve (FCFS) or FIFO, from teller utilization BRI Rangkasbitung reaches 0.90 or 90% and the average customer in the queue the longest occurred in the 10:00 to 11:00 time period where the average customer waiting in line at the period of time as much as 7.62454 (8 customer), the average customer waiting in the system as much as 9.47454 (9 customer). The average time spent by a person of customers to wait in the queue is 0.21179 hours, the longest time spent in the system is a long .20869 hours. In order for teller service can run optimally so that it can overcome the problem of the queue should the bank provide additional teller opened number one for transaction deposits, withdrawals, and other services.

Abstract

Cooperative hold deposits with the aim that employees can save money, cooperatives can also provide loans to its members under management. This study aims to determine the effect of the efficient use of working capital to own capital profitability on Employee Cooperative Republic of Indonesia (KPRI) Sugri Rangkasbitung. The method used in this research is descriptive method with quantitative approach. This sampling technique purposive sampling method. Based on the product moment correlation coefficient showed an even stronger association between the efficiency of working capital with their own capital profitability. With a coefficient of determination shows the profitability of own capital is affected by the efficiency of working capital. Based on the results of hypothesis testing is known that the efficiency of working capital partially significant effect on the profitability of own capital significance level the hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

Deposits member is an important problem in running a business case for the cooperative. Availability of member savings that act as sufficient capital will determine the smoothness of the cooperative effort and conversely the lack of capital could hamper the smooth operation of the business. This research was conducted at the Cooperative Tekad Waras Rangkasbitung determination using quantitative research method possible with a sample size of 10 years from 2004 to 2013 with the collection of data through observation and documentation as well as the use of data analysis with SPSS version 20. From the analysis results obtained by using the product moment correlation shows a very strong relationship in both variables. Coefficient of determination shows that a variable Y can be affected by variables X, based on the results obtained by linear regression analysis of the linear regression equations with constant coefficients and coefficients of variables that exist in column B
