Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial distress, leverage, and firm size on the integrity of financial statements with independent commissioners as moderating variables. This study took a sample of 18 transportation & logistics sector companies listed on the IDX from 2019 to 2022, which were determined using the purposive sampling method. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis and moderate regression analysis (MRA) with the SPSS version 25 program. The results of this study indicate that financial distress and leverage have a positive effect on the integrity of financial statements, while company size has no effect on the integrity of financial statements. Independent commissioners as a moderating variable can strengthen the positive effect of leverage on the integrity of financial statements but cannot strengthen the positive effect of financial distress and company size on the integrity of financial statements. Abstract

This research aims to find out how Online Customer Reviews, Content Marketing, and Product Knowledge influence Tokopedia E-Commerce Purchase Decisions among Generation Z in Bangsri District. The population of this research is Generation Z in Bangsri District, with 100 respondents calculated using the Slovin Formula. Data for this research was collected through a purposive sampling method. The research results show that Online Customer Reviews (X1) have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions; Content Marketing (X2) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions; and Product Knowledge (X3) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Thus, it can be concluded that Online Customer Reviews, Content Marketing, and Product Knowledge all have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. Abstract

This study discusses the use of Quizizz-based learning media in an effort to improve the learning outcomes of students in class VII-I of SMPN 28 Surabaya in the Social Sciences subject. The research was conducted over 2 cycles, which included planning, implementation, observation, and reflection in each cycle. These stages were repeated with improvements based on reflections from the previous cycle. Data were collected through pre-tests and post-tests to measure the improvement in student learning outcomes, as well as through the observation of teacher and student activities by observers. This research utilized the Classroom Action Research (CAR) model with a time span of 3 months. The results of this study showed a very significant improvement in student learning outcomes, with a 79% increase in cycle I and an 87% increase in cycle II. Additionally, there was an increase in both teacher and student activities in each cycle. This indicates that Quizizz-based learning media is beneficial in improving student learning outcomes.
