Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction at Cafe Batavia Jakarta. The type of data in this study is primary or data derived from respondents to determine dimensions of service quality, product quality, and customer satisfaction. Data collection collected by questionnaire instrument. The population in this study were all consumers of Cafe Batavia Jakarta with a sample of 100 respondents and randomly distributed by Accidental Sampling. The method of analysis using descriptive and quantitative methods, by multiple regression analysis. From the results of research on partial variables, the value of t is greater than t table, then Ha shows and states there is a positive and significant influence between service quality and product quality to customer satisfaction. While the percentage of influence on the quality of service and product quality given to consumers Cafe Batavia Jakarta amounted to 44,5%, while the rest influenced by other variables such as price factors, location factors and others.

Abstract

The type of data in this study is primary or data derived from respondents who contain opinions of respondents will be dimensions of service quality, product quality, and customer satisfaction. Data collection can be through questionnaire instrument. The population in this study were all consumers of Jambo Kupi Restaurant Pasar Minggu Jakarta with a sample of 100 respondents and randomly distributed (Accidental Sampling). The method of analysis using descriptive and quantitative methods. Abstract

The purpose of the research is to analyzing the effect of profitability ratio (Return on Asset and Return on Equity) and leverage ratio (Debt to Asset Ratio dan Debt to Equity Ratio) on Stock Return on Manufacturing Companies from Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010 to 2015. The population consisted of manufacturing companies from Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010 to 2015 and a sample of 107 companies was obtained by using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis that will be used for this research are multi linier regression, classic assumption test (normality test, runs test, heterocedasticity test and multycolinearity test) whereas the hypothesis test including the F test, t test, partial correlation analysis and coefficient of determination (R2). From this analysis we can see the effect of Return on Asset, Return on Equity, Debt to Asset Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio on Stock Return on Manufacturing Companies from Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010 to 2015.

Abstract

Pemerintah Indonesia telah mengeluarkan kebijakan bebas visa bagi 169 negara di seluruh dunia berkunjung selama 30 hari. Kebijakan ini dikeluarkan melalui Peraturan Presiden Nomor 21 Tahun 2016 Tentang Negara Bebas Visa. Isi peraturan ini tidak membatasi pelabuhan masuk wisatawan sebagai pintu masuk. Pada saat yang sama pemerintah juga telah mengeluarkan pernyataan bahwa Indonesia dalam keadaan darurat narkoba yang pemasoknya kebanyakan berasal dari luar negeri. Studi ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh untuk menentukan negara asal wisatawan asing ke Indonesia. Data sekunder instansi berwenang digunakan dari 20 negara yang dipilih secara purposive. Ada lima variable dianalisa berdasarkan data cross section dan data panel menggunakan piranti lunak Eviews. Hasil riset menunjukkan bahwa Negara asal yang berpotensi menjadi sumber wisatawan adalah penduduk dari Negara yang memiliki Produk Bruto Domestik tinggi.

Abstract

Competition in the hotel field is increasingly tight, companies are competing to create competitive marketing strategies and achieve goals. Consumers or guests who live as well as users of hotel products and services is the highest priority for companies to influence every consumer's decision to buy products and services. Different ways of embedding a company image need to be implemented with a closely related marketing strategy in positioning strategy and differentiation strategy that accentuate the difference and uniqueness of the service products offered. This study aims to analyze the effect of positioning strategy and differentiation strategy partially or simultaneously to the purchasing decision Respondents are taken purposively from the population of hotel residents, within a period of three months. Data processing is used with multiple linear analysis techniques with SPSS 3.0. The results of research that positioning strategy, and differentiation strategy correlated significantly with purchasing decisions with correlation coefficient of positioning strategy is 0.505 and the coefficient of determination is 5.50%. The value of correlation coefficient of differentiation strategy is 0.417 and the coefficient of determination is 17.39%. There is a need to improve the quality of services more acceptable and the addition of facilities such as ATM center to facilitate guests in conducting cash transactions.

Abstract

Abstract

Pemerintah Indonesia telah mengeluarkan kebijakan bebas visa bagi 169 negara di seluruh dunia berkunjung selama 30 hari. Studi ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh untuk menentukan negara asal wisatawan asing ke Indonesia. Data sekunder instansi berwenang digunakan dari 20 negara yang dipilih secara purposive. Ada lima variable dianalisa berdasarkan data cross section dan data panel menggunakan piranti lunak Eviews. Hasil riset menunjukkan bahwa Negara asal yang berpotensi menjadi sumber wisatawan adalah penduduk dari Negara yang memiliki Produk Bruto Domestik tinggi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of positioning strategy and differentiation strategy partially or simultaneously to the purchasing decision Respondents are taken purposively from the population of hotel residents, within a period of three months. Data processing is used with multiple linear analysis techniques with SPSS 3.0. The results of research that positioning strategy, and differentiation strategy correlated significantly with purchasing decisions with correlation coefficient of positioning strategy is 0.505 and the coefficient of determination is 5.50%. The value of correlation coefficient of differentiation strategy is 0.417 and the coefficient of determination is 17.39%. There is a need to improve the quality of services more acceptable and the addition of facilities such as ATM center to facilitate guests in conducting cash transactions.
