Abstract

Detecting diseases in durian plants is a significant challenge in the agricultural sector, impacting yield and quality. This research aims to improve disease identification in durian plants by applying the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) algorithm. The method involves collecting images of durian leaves, stems, and fruits infected by various diseases and using data augmentation techniques to expand the dataset and reduce overfitting. With the CNN model trained using this dataset, the accuracy reached 62% on validation data, with the highest accuracy for the “Healthy” class at 83%. The research results show that CNN is effective in recognizing diseases in durian plants, although there is still room for improvement through model optimization and the addition of training data. The implications of this research include the development of an AI-based disease detection system that can help farmers care for durian plants more efficiently and timely.

Abstract

Control chalrts alre one of the most widely used quallity interpretaltion tools to determine whether al process is within control limits or whether the calpalbility of al process is within the expected limits alnd criterial. In every production process problems alre often found such als product rejects alnd product defects. Control chalrts caln be used to monitor current alnd ongoing production processes. Observaltions were malde alt the Wilis Valn Jalval coffee industry localted in Kalre District, Maldiun Regency with robustal coffee types. The method used in this observaltion is descriptive with al qualntitaltive alpproalch through observaltion, interviews alnd documentaltion. The technique used in daltal alnallysis is using al P-chalrt. The alnallysis results show thalt coffee defects alccount for 1l0l% of the totall ralw malterialls used. To alchieve optimall production levels, compalnies must paly alttention to detalils thalt caluse production defects to optimize revenue alnd reduce loss falctors.

Abstract

Sales forecasting is a technique that companies use to predict future sales volumes based on previous sales data. This research aims to help UMKM XYZ determine the optimal production amount to maximize profits, by using forecasting methods in planning mocaf flour production. The methods used include the Time Series model with Moving Average, Exponential Smoothing, and Trend Analysis, which are calculated using POM QM Windows software. The analysis results show that the Trend Analysis method is the most accurate for forecasting, with the smallest error value, namely MAD of 76.997, MSE of 8161.672, and MAPE of 6.02%. The smaller the error value, the more accurate the forecasting results. Therefore, the Trend Analysis method is recommended for forecasting mocaf flour sales in XYZ UMKM in 2024, with the production of 15,100 kg to avoid excess stock and dead stock in meeting consumer demand.

Abstract

Truckloader (TL) is a tool that functions to move Fertilizer from the weigher (where the weighing and bagging process is) to the place of the pallet or to the place of the truck bed. Broadly speaking, this tool is in the Bagging 1B unit area. This truckloader has a digital counter, namely a counter which has the function of calculating fertilizer from the weigher to the truckloader. From this counter, this will later be used as a reference or comparison. In order to find out the amount of fertilizer on the pallet or entering the truck body, on the other hand it is also use it for the technician team as a reference for preventive maintenance and replacement of spare parts. So far, counter checking is done manually by visiting the field and seeing it in person. For this, the Internet of Things is needed so that work is more effective and easier for the monitoring process. By using Senesore infrared proximity as input to the Arduino Uno as an electronic circuit controller and running programs, 16x2 LCD as a display of instructions from Arduino, NodeMCU as a liaison between the microcontroller and Ubidots and to display digital data from Arduino. This counter tool will later be used to monitor the amount of fertilizer passing through truckloader via the Ubidots web. This system can display data on Arduino that can be viewed via the Ubidots web that has been made.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan efisiensi layanan transportasi kereta api di Jabodetabek dengan melakukan prediksi jumlah penumpang menggunakan metode Monte Carlo. Dengan menggunakan simulasi ini, data dari tahun 2019-2023 telah dianalisis untuk memprediksi tren pertambahan jumlah penumpang. Prediksi yang telah dibuat akan dimanfaatkan dalam perencanaan kapasitas serta peningkatan kualitas layanan. Maka diharapkan bahwa studi ini akan berkontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan kualitas transportasi kereta api dan efisiensi ekonomi negara. Tujuan khususnya yaitu untuk menyiapkan basis data yang solid untuk merencanakan operasional kereta api, mengenali kecenderungan penggunaan, dan memaksimalkan pemanfaatan sumber daya yang tersedia. Dengan metode ini, pengelola transportasi dapat membuat keputusan yang lebih cerdas dan proaktif untuk mengatasi kenaikan jumlah penumpang di masa depan, sambil meningkatkan tingkat kenyamanan dan kepuasan pengguna layanan kereta api di wilayah Jabodetabek.

Abstract

In education, resilience is an important psychological concept especially for understanding how students cope with stress and challenges in their educational environment. This study focuses on five dimensions that contribute to students' level of resilience, including: perseverence, self-reliance, equanimity, existential aloness, and meaningfull life. Study aims to test the validity and reliability of a scale or instrument that measures the level of resilience in Vocational High School (SMK) students, using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). This study involved 103 SMK students as research participants. Data were collected through a previously developed resilience scale. Data were analyzed using measurement model and structural model. The analysis showed that the resilience scale has good construct validity, with reliable indicators to measure the desired construct. The reliability of the instrument was also found to be high based on the calculated Cronbach's alpha coefficient. This study makes an important contribution to understanding the resilience of vocational students and validating an instrument that can be used to effectively measure this concept in an educational context. Practical implications of the findings include the development of more targeted educational programs to enhance students' resilience, so that they can face learning and life challenges more readily and effectively.

Abstract

In a company increasing productivity is very important. This increase can be done by improving technological innovation. The technology that was redesigned was the roaster machine. The aim of this research is to make machine use and maintenance easier with new designs that may be more user-friendly and more sophisticated control technology or more durable materials that can improve machine performance and longevity. The method used in this research is the Zero One method. The Zero-One method is a decision development method that aims to determine alternatives (criteria). The results of the analysis from this research are to create a machine that can be made in accordance with ergonomic standards for workers, thereby reducing downtime and reducing production cycle times, thereby allowing for increased output without increasing working hours.

Abstract

The quality of a product is built by the company by paying attention to the needs and desires of customers because an industrial factory will not exist if the products made or ordered are not in accordance with consumer desires. This study aims to determine the causes of fabric defects, especially in one of the Alaska brands in April 2023 as many as 825 defect cases. This research uses the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) method used to analyze the causes of production defects such as underfeed, double feed, and non-standard thickness. The results of the study were found several factors causing defects in less feed, double feed, and thickness not according to standards, namely raw materials, machinery, and human factors. The improvement strategies during the production process are. Strict supervision and control, periodic training, proper machine maintenance, and selection of quality raw materials are strategies implemented to minimize fabric defects. implement supporting infrastructure to reduce product growth rates.

Abstract

This study aims to find the highest value of criteria, sub-criteria and alternatives in prioritizing K3 strategies at PLN NP UP Muara Tawar to ensure and protect the workforce. Using the 5M approach (Money, Man, Machine, Methods and Milieu), 21 sub-criteria and 5 alternatives in order to prevent, overcome and minimize the occurrence of work accidents and their impacts by identifying, analyzing and controlling appropriately to improve K3 in the workplace. The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) mixed method is used to calculate criteria and sub-criteria and Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) calculates alternatives. The results of the analysis show that the highest criterion is man (M) with a score of 0.2113 and the highest sub-criteria are K3 Infrastructure Investment (MO1) and Fire Protection System Infrastructure Investment (MO2) with a score of 0.29577. The highest alternative is with a score of 0.7900 on maintenance of equipment and facilities (A2).

Abstract

Madani Mekar Syariah National Capital (Persero) Jaten Unit Branch Office has 2,000 MSME customers divided into 110 MSME customer groups. This research aims to find out how the strategy for developing and implementing human resource development strategies is in an effort to increase the efficiency of PT employees' working hours. PNM Mekar Syariah. The type of research used is qualitative research which is descriptive analysis. The method used is the multiple linear regression analysis method. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use Descriptive Statistics, Validity Test, Reliability Test, Data Reduction, Data Presentation, Descriptive Analysis, and Drawing conclusions. Data validity techniques use Statistical Data Analysis and Hypothesis Testing. The results of this research are, holding training, holding formal education for employees, for example undergraduate level scholarships, providing regular coaching for employees, carrying out recruitment according to PT's needs. PNM Unit Jaten, gives awards to outstanding employees.
