Abstract

Peluang usaha di sektor pertanian Indonesia cukup besar, salah satunya peluang usaha di bidang pestisida. PT. Pertumbuhan Petrokimia Kayaku di industri pestisida dan bahan kimia pertanian lainnya. Salah satu jenis pestisida yang diproduksi oleh PT. Petrokimia Kayaku adalah salah satu jenis herbisida yang digunakan untuk mengendalikan gulma atau tanaman pembohong yang membalikkan pertumbuhan tanaman pertanian. Jangka waktu penggunaan herbisida sangat bergantung pada faktor musim. Hal ini mempengaruhi jumlah penjualan produk herbisida yang berbeda dari waktu ke waktu kepada perusahaan. Peramalan adalah proses menentukan peristiwa atau kondisi masa depan yang datang berdasarkan data dan pengalaman historis untuk menemukan minat dari pola yang berkaitan dengan masalah tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini, Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Peramalan Penjualan Kuantitatif untuk Herbisida Dikembangkan Dengan Metode Eksponensial Tunggal. Metode tersebut membutuhkan nilai alpha (α) sebagai nilai parameter smoothing. Nilai α yang lebih tinggi diberikan ke data yang lebih baru, sehingga nilai parameter α yang sesuai akan memberikan prediksi yang optimal dengan nilai kesalahan. Nilai α dilakukan dengan membandingkan menggunakan interval pemulusan antara 0 <α <1 yaitu α (0,1 sampai 0,9).

Abstract

Abstract Developments and advancements in the field of Technology and Information have a considerable influence in the world of image analysis. At present, the process of image manipulation is easier to do, one of the factors in the emergence of various methods in image segmentation. Image segmentation is the first step in doing image processing, pattern recognition, computer vision, because most image processing processes depend on the results of the enhancement operation or image repair process. This final project will be implemented in the process of determining the type of oil palm plantation land using the Naïve Bayes method. The repair process starts from the RGB image to Greyscale, then proceed to the histogram equalization process, then proceed with the inverse image process. The feature extraction process is carried out after image repair operations using the co-occurrence matrix method. The extraction process of the co-occurrence matrix features 6 features, namely angular second moment value, contrast, correlation, varience, inverse different moment, and entropy. The Naïve Bayes process is one process for classifying a class data. There are four classes used in this system test, namely Young Palm Oil, Mature Palm Oil, and Old Palm Oil. Class determination is based on the largest value as the appropriate class. Based on the above objectives, a system can be created using the Matlab R2011b application program. The computation is done by using image images of various types of oil palm trees on plantations in Kalimantan which are taken from aerial photographs which are then cropped to be sampled with a pixel size of 60X60 in 400 images.

Abstract

Tebu merupakan tanaman yang hanya bisa tumbuh di daerah tropis, di Indonesia tebu yang ditanam, baik dalam skala pertanian ataupun perkebunan pemeliharaannya kurang intensif, sehingga produktivitas tebu di Indonesia rendah. Tebu dikatakan cukup umur untuk dipanen adalah saat tebu berumur kurang lebih 1 tahun, akan tetapi sebelum melakukan pemanenan, hal yang paling penting dilakukan adalah mengetahui tingkat kematangan tebu melalui ciri batang tebu, karena dengan mengetahui tingkat kematangan tebu yang baik petani akan mendapatkan hasil panen yang memuaskan dengan kualitas yang baik. Permasalahan yang diambil dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana cara menentukan ciri dan proses klasifikasi dari citra visual citra tebu matang dengan citra tebu mentah. Proses klasifikasi kematangan tebu ini dilakukan menggunakan metode naïve bayes. Data yang dikumpulkan berjumlah 400 yang terdiri dari 300 data latih dan 100 data uji. Dari hasil pengujian didapatkan nilai akurasi sebesar 73% untuk 30 data uji, sedangkan untuk 100 data uji didapatkan nilai akurasi 71%.

Abstract

Dalam melaksanakan penetapan target kebutuhan pupuk di PT. Sentana Adidaya Pratama membutuhkan informasi yang akurat, relevan dan tepat waktu. Namun sejauh ini penentuan target permintaan masa depan tidak obyektif karena tidak menggunakan teori ilmiah atau sistem peramalan. Sistem Peramalan Kebutuhan Pupuk di PT. Sentana Adidaya Pratama dengan Metode Single Moving Average bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebutuhan akan pupuk di PT. Sentana Adidaya Pratama. Sistem ini menghasilkan output berupa jumlah kebutuhan pupuk bulan berikutnya di PT. Sentana Adidaya Pratama. Hasil Pengujian Sistem yang menggunakan periode 3 bulan dengan 36 data Januari 2015 sampai Desember 2017 dapat menghasilkan kebutuhan pupuk bulan berikutnya yaitu Januari 2018 sebesar 3.067 pupuk.

Abstract

The name of the Higher Education Institution will be big, because of the alumni. However, the Informatics Engineering University of Muhammadiyah Gresik (UMG) continues to be required to always improve the quality of its educational process accompanied by efforts to increase its relevance in the context of global competition. Efforts to make improvements both in the academic and infrastructure fields have been carried out. The management of alumni data at Muhammadiyah Gresik University especially Information Engineering has not been overlooked and is still done manually. Alumni data is only stored in piles of paper in the administrative space, this can cause data damage and even data loss. The UMG Informatics Engineering tracer study activity provides an increase in education in teaching and learning activities so that it can improve the subsequent learning process. Therefore, to get information on the indications of lack of implementation of the study program the success of professionalism (career, status, and income) of alumni is needed. The Web-based Tracer Study Information System in Informatics Engineering Muhammadiyah Gresik University will be made easier for study programs to get information on relevant knowledge and expertise (the relationship between knowledge and expertise with work requirements, work scope, professional position) of the alumni. The value of the convenience obtained from the application questionnaire by users is 75.95% rounded up to 76%.

Abstract

Algoritma K-Support Vector Nearest Neighbor (K-SVNN) menjadi salah satu alternative metode hasil evolusi K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) yang bertujuan untuk mengurangi waktu yang digunakan pada saat prediksi tetapi diharapkan dapat tetap mempertahankan akurasi prediksi. Metode ini masih relatif muda sehingga baru dibandingkan hanya dengan metode-metode berbasis K-NN lainnya. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan analisis perbandingan kesamaan, perbedaan, dan kinerja terhadap metode Decision Tree (DT) dan Naïve Bayes (NB). Pengujian dengan perbandingan ini penting untuk mengetahui keunggulan dan kelemahan relatif yang dimiliki oleh K-SVNN. Dengan mengetahui keunggulan dan kelemahan maka metode tersebut dapat dibuktikan baik tidaknya ketika diimplementasikan. Pengujian dilakukan baik pada saat pelatihan maupun prediksi. Kinerja pelatihan diukur dalam hal waktu yang digunakan untuk pelatihan, kinerja prediksi diukur dalam hal waktu yang digunakan untuk prediksi dan akurasi prediksi yang didapat. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa K-SVNN mempunyai akurasi yang lebih baik daripada DT dan NB. Sedangkan waktu yang digunakan untuk pelatihan dan prediksi K-SVNN lebih lama disbanding DT dan NB.

Abstract

The variety of fishing gear used by fishermen in Indonesia initiates how to choose the most environmentally friendly fishing gear with good efficiency. The Indonesian government bans cantrang fishing gear because it endangers fish ecosystems and coral reefs. It was then replaced with a longline. This study employs a case study method with descriptive analysis focusing on a case in detail and intensively. In addition to reviewing the environmental impact of using fishing gear cantrang and bottom longline, this study also analyzes the costs required for both tools from manufacture to maintenance, and the revenue of the catch. Based on the research conducted, the capital required for cantrang fishing gear is IDR. 29,450,000 and a longline of IDR. 29,030,000. The profit generated by the cantrang fishing gear for a year is IDR. 56,012,000 while the longline is IDR. 33,836,000. Therefore, it can be concluded that replacing the cantrang fishing gear with a bottom longline is considered simpler, environmentally friendly, inexpensive, and easy to develop.

Abstract

Aspects of ship repair planning must be considered, especially during the ship repair process. This component is closely related to what is needed by professionals in specific fields. Project completion time can also be estimated using the number of workers involved in the production process. The salary paid by the company also correlates with the number of employees. One of the techniques to speed up work on a tanker repair project by increasing working hours which is often referred to as overtime hours with two approaches to speeding up work on a project evaluated technically and economically compared by researchers. Researchers evaluate project work and calculate the workforce involved in tanker repair. Researchers perform calculations for each part of the workforce in the ship repairment process, and also analyze the scheduling of each part of the workers that have been prepared by the company. Working on the project experienced a shortage of manpower and more often used the overtime system. and it can be seen from the results of the study that adding labor is more efficient from an economic point of view because the costs incurred are less and the processing time does not exceed the specified duration. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of painting the ship is to improve the quality of the ship's hull. Superior painting techniques and materials result in a hull that is resistant to seawater and air corrosion, the painting process and procedures related to painting, since almost all of the ship's building materials are metallic finishes. In order for the paint to meet the specified requirements, it must comply with the specified painting process, one of which is the painting process according to Utomo (2019) pre-inspection, surface preparation, paint preparation, and paint application. For that, you need to know the various types of painting techniques that must be prepared before carrying out the hull painting process. Metal is very sensitive to corrosion, because the working area of the ship is near the sea. Repairs to ships are important things that need to be done routinely and need regular planning to ensure that at any time they can sail and operate safely. one of the maintenance of the ship is painting the purpose of painting is to improve the quality of the hull. One good technique with several stages, namely pre-inspection, surface preparation, paint preparation, and paint application can produce a hull that is resistant to damage from seawater and air. the repair process that is needed is coating. To find material requirements and coating costs, use a comparison of 2 local A paint products and international B paint products. Then it can be seen that the total coating requirement for the most economical 12 meter pilot boat is Cat B with a total of 453.15 liters and a cost of 36,692,619. Abstract

Ships are basically a means of sea transportation, which connects an island or between regions of a country, which is used as passenger transportation, as well as transportation of goods. As the largest archipelagic country in the world, Indonesia has waters with two vast seas which are larger than the land. Therefore, sea transportation has an important role for the sustainability of the economy in Indonesia, so the need for developers in the maritime sector needs to be increased, one of which is in the field of Shipyards. In the ongoing docking process, it is necessary to schedule the work. So that the project runs in a structured manner, it is necessary to pay attention, because scheduling a project itself helps to detail the activities of an activity, the time required for project completion so that the project is on time Completion and there are no delays in workmanship Critical path method (CPM) itself is a method for identifying completion in a project to complete the completion of a project so that it is on time. And the authors use this method to help resolve and compare between the 2765 dwt tanker scheduling made by the shipyard and using the critical path method (CPM). The results of my research entitled " analysis of activity planning in the 2765 dwt tanker repair process using the critical path method (cpm) " are. The schedule made by the shipyard gets a completion time of 61 days, whereas if you use the critical path method, it takes 48 days.
