Abstract

PT X is an animal feed industry located in East Java that generates Hazardous and Toxic Substances (B3) waste. The industry has a Temporary Storage Facility (TPS) building for storing its waste. However, an evaluation based on Regulation Permen LHK no. 6 of 2021 shows several non-compliances in the design and waste storage procedures of the B3 waste TPS. This study is conducted to evaluate and redesign PT X's B3 waste TPS to address the identified non-compliances. The stages of redesigning PT X's B3 waste TPS include: 1) identifying B3 waste, 2) evaluating the existing condition of the B3 waste TPS, 3) redesigning the B3 waste TPS, and 4) describing the building design changes. The new B3 waste TPS is designed to store toxic, liquid, and flammable waste with building dimensions of 4.15 m x 2.25 m x 3.675 m. The redesigned B3 waste TPS complies with regulations more effectively and addresses previous shortcomings.

Abstract

A river basin (DAS) is an area bordered by mountain ridges where rainwater that falls on the area will be collected by the mountain ridges and will be channeled through small rivers to the main river (Asdak, 1995). A watershed includes a land area which is one unit with a river and its tributaries, which functions to accommodate, store and channel water originating from rainfall to a lake or to the sea naturally, where the boundary on land is a topographical divide and the boundary at sea is up to with water areas that are still affected by land activities. The Lematang River is one of the longest rivers in South Sumatra, the length of the Lematang River is 271 km with a watershed area (DAS) of 295.88 km2. The existence of the Lematang watershed is a source of life for the Lahat community. The decline in the carrying capacity and carrying capacity of the Lematang watershed due to land use can be seen from flash floods and landslides, where flash floods bring sedimentation, logs of wood and twigs causing losses to the community. To overcome the problems of the Lematang Ulu watershed, Integrated Watershed Management is needed by taking concrete steps in the form of efforts to formulate goals, synchronize programs, implement and control watershed resource management across stakeholders in a participatory manner based on studies of biophysical, economic, social, political and institutional conditions in order to realize the goals. Abstract

The influence of the principal's leadership on teacher work motivation (Waitabula Elementary School) The influence of the Principal's leadership on teacher work at Waitabula Elementary School. This research aims to determine the description of teachers' work at SDK Waitabula and the relationship between teachers and the leadership of the school principal. This research is quantitative research. Meanwhile, based on the source, this research uses primary data, namely data collected by the researcher himself through distributing questionnaires to respondents, in this case is teachers at Waitabula Elementary School with a total of 36 respondents. The data collection method uses a questionnaire with a measurement scale and data obtained by descriptive statistical analysis. Data processing was carried out using SPSS version 20. Based on the research results, it showed that the school principal's leadership was in the high category with descriptive analysis results of 95% and the teacher's work was also in the high category with a percentage of 100%. The principal's leadership and teacher work motivation have a very strong relationship. The correlation coefficient value is 0.823 and the style applied by the principal at Waitabula Elementary School is the influence of leadership.

Sumba Kitchen offers a variety of food menus. Not just local specialty food. There is also a menu of Indonesian food such as meatballs, rawon, fried noodles and processed sea fish. There are also western dishes such as pizza, burgers and spaghetti. So for those of you who find it difficult or afraid to enjoy new dishes, you can choose Indonesian and Western menus which are already familiar to your tongue, this could be a solution. Another interesting thing apart from opening a restaurant and cafe, the owner of Dapur Sumba also opened a bakery called Galaxy Bakeries. So for tourists who want to buy snacks to snack on while traveling or who intend to buy souvenirs for people at home, you can buy them here. Dapur Sumba also provides HR (Human Resources) who are qualified to provide services in restaurants, cafes and bakeries. . The human resources prepared by the owner of Dapur Sumba are in the form of (reliability, responsiveness and empathy). This research aims to analyze the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction. There are three hypotheses developed in this research, namely: 1) Customer quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Data collection method is through distributing questionnaires to respondents directly. The respondents in this research were Sumba Kitchen customers. The number of questionnaires distributed was 98. The test technique used uses a validity test and a reliability test. Testing the first and second hypotheses uses a simple linear regression test. The research results show that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction

Abstract

Leaders fungtion to guide, direct, mentor, build work motivation, drive the organization, establish good communication, cary out regular supervision, and direct their subordinatis to the targets they want to achieve. In this regard, it is the obligation of every leader tomotivatie his suberdinates to work better, the leadership role is also a way that a person has to influance a group of people or subordinates to work together and make efforts with enthusiasm and confidence to achive the goals that have been set. The success of an organization, both as a whole and as a group whitin a particular organization, really depends on the effectiveness of leadership to increase employe motivation or enthusiasm for their duties and responsibilities.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of human resources in digital marketing development on consumer purchasing interest, at business source stores. The research method used is quantitative using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The sample for this research is consumers of business source stores who have made online transactions. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to test the relationship between digital marketing human resource variables and consumer buying interest. The research results show that human resources who are skilled and experienced in digital marketing have a positive and significant influence on consumer buying interest. The managerial implication of this research is the importance of investing in developing quality human resources in the digital marketing field to increase consumer buying interest and strengthen the competitive advantage of business resource stores in the market.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of motivation and discipline on teacher performance in secondary schools. Motivation and discipline are two important factors that can influence teacher work effectiveness and productivity. This research uses a quantitative method with a survey approach, where data is collected through questionnaires filled out by a number of teachers. The results of data analysis show that both motivation and discipline have a significant influence on teacher performance. High motivation and strict discipline contribute positively to increased performance. These findings show the importance of effective management of motivation and discipline to improve the quality of education in schools.

Abstract

Changes in society and technological developments that occur in the current era of globalization have resulted in the emergence of new products from various companies. This has an impact on companies competing with each other to get consumers who are the targets of each company to market their products. It is not easy for companies to get consumers because they often face problems, especially related to efforts to market their products to the market. Seeing what is described above, marketing is one of the activities carried out by a company to maintain its survival, develop and gain profits and can strengthen its position in facing competing companies. This research aims to find out whether the factors price, image, model, quality, service and spare parts can significantly influence consumers to be loyal to Honda brand motorbikes partially or together, and between these factors. What factors have the most significant influence on consumers. This research was carried out by providing a simple service by giving questionnaires to 100 respondents who were considered to represent this research

Abstract

The Brantas River is a large river in East Java that has an important role for the community. Seasonal changes have an impact on the quality of the Brantas River in Indonesia. Testing is conducted by comparing samples taken twice a year, representing the dry and rainy seasons. The river's quality is analyzed based on several parameters such as Dissolved Oxygen (DO), BOD, COD, NO3-N, and Phosphate. The results are then compared with the standard river quality according to Government Regulation No. 22 of 2021. The analysis results indicate that the season has a significant impact on the river water quality, as seen from the different parameters in each season.

Abstract

The development of the automotive industry is now experiencing a very rapid increase in the type of motorcycle. One of them is a motorcycle with automatic transmission or automatic motorcycle or CVT (Continously Variable Transmission). Matic motorcycle users often experience a lack of performance when used on daily trips. The mass of CVT rollers and springs is the main factor in the lack of performance of the matic motorcycle which is less efficient for its users. This research was conducted to determine the effect of increasing power and torque on motorcycles that are now declining in performance. The method used in this research is experimentation. Tests were carried out using a dynamometer tool to determine the comparison of the results of the variables carried out and compared to obtain maximum power and torque. The data obtained will be analyzed using statistical methods to evaluate the relationship between changes in roller mass and spring constant to power and torque. The results showed that the maximum power generated was at a roller variation of 11 grams and a spring constant of 33.78 N/cm of 7.19 HP at 6500 rpm engine speed. While the maximum torque is generated from the variation of roller 13 grams and spring 28.83 N / cm of 8.00 Nm at 6000 rpm engine speed.
