Abstract

Along with the development of a government institution or agency at this time, the number of assets needed and must be owned by the institution or agency is also increasing. For this reason, assets need good management so that they are easier to monitor and manage. In solving this problem, it is necessary to have a system that assists in managing government assets. An asset management system can assist in managing asset data such as providing transparent and continuous reports. As an approach to designing an asset management system, the author uses direct observation, interviews and literature, created using the programming language PHP Hypertext Preprocessor, Object-Oriented Programing (OOP), system development using the SDLC waterfall method and the database used is MySQL which will be executed on the Windows 10 operating system. In designing the asset management system there are 2 (two) users, namely Admin and Wasapras. Admin and Wasapras have full access rights to the system.

Abstract

Analisis sentimen adalah proses mengumpulkan, mengidentifikasi, dan mengevaluasi opini, pandangan, atau emosi yang terkandung dalam teks, seperti ulasan, komentar, atau posting media sosial. Tujuan utama dari analisis sentimen adalah untuk memahami bagaimana orang merasakan atau berpikir tentang suatu topik tertentu. Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) merujuk pada kumpulan teknologi yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan, mengolah, menyimpan, mengirim, dan menerima informasi secara digital. TIK melibatkan penggunaan perangkat keras (hardware) seperti komputer, perangkat mobile, jaringan komunikasi, serta perangkat lunak (software) untuk mengelola dan mengolah informasi. Naive Bayes adalah sebuah metode statistik yang digunakan dalam bidang pembelajaran mesin dan pengenalan pola untuk melakukan klasifikasi dan prediksi berdasarkan teorema Bayes. Metode ini memanfaatkan konsep probabilitas untuk mengklasifikasikan data ke dalam kategori atau kelas yang berbeda. RapidMiner adalah platform analisis data yang populer digunakan untuk mengolah data, menganalisis pola, dan menghasilkan wawasan yang berharga.RapidMiner menyediakan antarmuka grafis yang intuitif yang memungkinkan pengguna untuk melakukan tugas seperti preprocessing data, eksplorasi data, pemodelan prediktif, dan analisis statistik tanpa perlu menulis kode pemrograman secara langsung.

Abstract

The use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) can be applied to various aspects to facilitate human work which was originally done manually to become a computerized system. One example is in the field of administrative services in various agencies, schools are one example of agencies that still use manual administration systems. Currently schools record and manage. Payment and expenditure data are processed through computers, however basic data management tools like Microsoft Office Excel are still used and not fully integrated. problems are frequently faced, such as data inaccuracies, errors in capturing data, challenges in finding data owing to time constraints, and loss or damage to data resulting from storage, so making the process less effective and efficient.The software used to build this system is a MySQL database, PHP programming language, HTTP Server namely AppServ Version 2.5.5, Web Browser namely Internet Explorer and Macromedia Dreamweawer editor. Abstract

Sumba Kitchen offers a variety of food menus. Not just local specialty food. There is also a menu of Indonesian food such as meatballs, rawon, fried noodles and processed sea fish. There are also western dishes such as pizza, burgers and spaghetti. So for those of you who find it difficult or afraid to enjoy new dishes, you can choose Indonesian and Western menus which are already familiar to your tongue, this could be a solution. Another interesting thing apart from opening a restaurant and cafe, the owner of Dapur Sumba also opened a bakery called Galaxy Bakeries. So for tourists who want to buy snacks to snack on while traveling or who intend to buy souvenirs for people at home, you can buy them here. Dapur Sumba also provides HR (Human Resources) who are qualified to provide services in restaurants, cafes and bakeries. . The human resources prepared by the owner of Dapur Sumba are in the form of (reliability, responsiveness and empathy). This research aims to analyze the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction. There are three hypotheses developed in this research, namely: 1) Customer quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Data collection method is through distributing questionnaires to respondents directly. The respondents in this research were Sumba Kitchen customers. The number of questionnaires distributed was 98. The test technique used uses a validity test and a reliability test. Testing the first and second hypotheses uses a simple linear regression test. The research results show that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The influence of the principal's leadership on teacher work motivation (Waitabula Elementary School) The influence of the Principal's leadership on teacher work at Waitabula Elementary School. This research aims to determine the description of teachers' work at SDK Waitabula and the relationship between teachers and the leadership of the school principal. This research is quantitative research. Meanwhile, based on the source, this research uses primary data, namely data collected by the researcher himself through distributing questionnaires to respondents, in this case is teachers at Waitabula Elementary School with a total of 36 respondents. The data collection method uses a questionnaire with a measurement scale and data obtained by descriptive statistical analysis. Data processing was carried out using SPSS version 20. Based on the research results, it showed that the school principal's leadership was in the high category with descriptive analysis results of 95% and the teacher's work was also in the high category with a percentage of 100%. The principal's leadership and teacher work motivation have a very strong relationship. The correlation coefficient value is 0.823 and the style applied by the principal at Waitabula Elementary School is the influence of leadership.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of entrepreneurship in maximizing sales of best-selling items at Begi Shop. In an era of increasingly tight business competition, business owners need to implement effective entrepreneurial strategies to increase sales and competitiveness. This study identifies various entrepreneurial factors that influence sales, including marketing strategies, inventory management, product innovation, and customer service. In addition, this study also evaluates how technology, such as inventory management systems and data analytics, can support more informed decision-making in managing best-selling items. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study at Begi Shop, which involves interviews with business owners, managers, and customers. The results of the study indicate that entrepreneurship has a significant role in increasing sales of best-selling items through innovation in marketing, inventory management efficiency, and improved customer service. This study is expected to provide insight for other retail business owners to implement more effective entrepreneurial strategies in maximizing sales in a competitive market.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy of woven fabrics in Radamata Village, Kota Tambolaka District, Southwest Sumba Regency, and to identify the factors that influence the marketing of these products. Woven fabrics are local products that have great potential as superior commodities in this area, but limited marketing and challenges in distribution often hinder the development of these businesses. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative and quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews with weaving business actors, direct observation in the field, and distributing questionnaires to consumers and woven fabric traders. The results of the study indicate that quality, price, and consumer knowledge of local products are the main determinants in purchasing decisions for woven fabrics. However, there are obstacles in terms of limited distribution and lack of adequate promotion. This study recommends the development of distribution channels, increased promotion through social media, and training for woven fabric craftsmen to increase product competitiveness in a wider market.

Abstract

The culinary industry in Indonesia is experiencing rapid growth with the emergence of many new restaurants and cafes, making competition in this sector increasingly tight. Sirkey Cafe and Resto is one of the players in the culinary industry that tries to attract consumers with different concepts and services. This study aims to analyze the competitive system faced by Sirkey Cafe and Resto through an industry analysis approach, competitor identification, and SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis. The results of the analysis show that Sirkey Cafe and Resto has advantages in terms of unique concepts and service quality, but faces challenges in price and location competition that can affect its competitiveness. Competition comes from local restaurants, premium cafes, to fast food restaurants, each of which offers advantages in terms of price, menu variety, and convenience. Opportunities that can be utilized by Sirkey are the trend of healthy food and the development of delivery services through digital platforms. However, threats such as rising raw material prices and increasingly tight competition need to be faced with a strong differentiation strategy. This study provides insight for Sirkey Cafe and Resto managers to optimize internal strengths, minimize weaknesses, and utilize existing opportunities to maintain competitiveness in the culinary market.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze marine fish marketing strategies that can increase fishermen's income in Southwest Sumba Regency. The fisheries sector is one of the main sources of income for local communities, but the challenges of marketing fish products faced by fishermen often hinder the improvement of welfare. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with in-depth interview techniques and direct observation in the field. The results of the study indicate that the marine fish marketing system in Southwest Sumba is still relatively simple, with the role of middlemen dominating the distribution channels. This causes the selling price of fish to be suboptimal and reduces fishermen's income. Recommended marketing strategies include introducing direct marketing techniques, improving the quality of fish products through processing technology, and building stronger partnerships between fishermen and the market. This study also found that the existence of fishermen's cooperatives can be an alternative to improving marketing access and increasing fishermen's bargaining power. With the implementation of a more efficient marketing strategy, it is hoped that fishermen's income in Southwest Sumba Regency can increase significantly.

Abstract

This research aims to design and implement a web-based personnel information system for the West Sumba Regency Education, Youth and Sports Service (DPKO) using the Laravel framework. This system is designed to make it easier to manage personnel data which includes employee data, attendance, payroll and various other personnel-related information. By utilizing the Laravel framework, this system is expected to be able to provide convenience in managing data efficiently, structured and securely. The use of Laravel was chosen because of its advantages in developing web applications that are fast, safe, and supported by complete features. The results of this research show that the personnel information system being developed can speed up the process of processing employee data, reduce errors in data input, and provide convenience in making data-based decisions. Evaluation of this system was carried out through functionality and performance testing, which showed that this system worked well in accordance with the needs of the West Sumba Regency DPKO.
