Abstract

The purpose of this study are to find out how the effect of Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) on Return On Assets (ROA) at PT Charoen Pokpand Indonesia Tbk. The research method used are quantitative. The data analyze tool used is multiple linear regression and coefficient of determination. Based on the result of the study, it is known that simultaneously between Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) has a significant on Return On Assets (ROA). While partially between Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) has a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA) and Total Assets Turnover (TATO) has a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA).

Abstract

The achievements achieved by a company in financial management and the performance conditions of an entity are called financial performance. The aim of this research is to find out how liquidity variables measured by the Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) influence financial performance as measured by the Profitability Ratio (ROA) simultaneously or partially. This research uses the annual financial reports of Food and Beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2022. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The sample selection method used was the purposive sampling method. The sample used is the annual financial report of Food and Beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2020-2022. The data source in this research is secondary data in the form of audited financial reports obtained from www.idx.co.id. The data analysis technique used is linear panel data regression using SPSS 26. Based on the research results, it is concluded that liquidity and debt to equity ratio simultaneously have a significant effect on financial performance. Partially, liquidity does not have a significant effect on financial performance. Debt to equity ratio partially does not have a significant effect on financial performance.

Abstract

Company value is one measure of the success of company management during its operating process. The purpose of this study was to determine how the effect of investment decisions as measured by Price Earning Ratio (PER), funding decisions as measured by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and dividend policy as measured by Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) on firm value as measured by Price to Book Value Ratio (PBV) simultaneously or partially. The data used in this study are the annual financial statements of Banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2022 using purposive sampling techniques in the sample selection method. Based on the specified categories, the samples used in the study amounted to 10 companies. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The data analysis tool used to test the research hypothesis is panel data regression analysis using E-Views version 12. The results of this study can be concluded that investment decisions, funding decisions, and dividend policy simultaneously have a significant effect on firm value. While partially investment decisions have a significant positive effect on firm value, funding decisions are negative and have no significant effect on firm value, and dividend policy has a significant negative effect on firm value.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of price perception and service quality simultaneously or partially on purchasing decisions for consumers of Tengteng PD Kujang Jaya products. The method used in this research uses quantitative methods. With a research sample of 100 people as respondents. Sampling uses non-probability, precisely using purposive sampling. And the analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, the results of the regression equation are Y=11.623 + 0.120X1 + 0.434X2 + e. Based on the research results, it shows that Price Perception is classified as Very Good, Service Quality is included in the Very Good classification, and Purchase Decisions are included in the Very Good classification. The test results show that simultaneously Price Perception and Service Quality have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Partially, price perception does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions and service quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of compensation and flexible working hours on the performance of driver partners in Tasikmalaya City. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive analysis method. The population in this study were goride driver partners in the city of Tasikmalaya. The sample in this study amounted to 100 people using accidental sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that compensation and flexible working hours have a simultaneous and significant effect on driver performance. Meanwhile, compensation has a partial and significant effect on performance, and flexible working hours have a partial and significant effect on the performance of driver partners in the city of Tasikmalaya.
