Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of environmental literacy of students after using e-modules based on Socio Scientific Issues (SSI) on students' environmental pollution material through a survey method. The sample of this study was 26 students of MTs Yasti 1 Sukabumi. Data collection techniques were carried out using environmental literacy instruments adapted from Middle Schools Environmental Literacy Survey/Instrument (MSELS/I) questions made by NELA with modifications according to the context of environmental pollution. Data acquisition was transformed and interpreted using the NELA transformation method.The results showed that the SSI-based environmental literacy e-module was feasible to use in terms of feasibility (content, presentation and language), in terms of suitability for SSI and in terms of media with a percentage of 88%, 84% and 89% respectively. The CVI results related to the feasibility of the e-module are 0.995 (Valid). Learning using the SSI-based environmental pollution e-module can improve students' environmental literacy in the moderate category with an average N-Gain score of environmental literacy of 0.58. Student response to the SSI-based environmental pollution e-module is very good with an average percentage score of 91%. This research concludes that there is an increase in students' environmental literacy after using Socio Scientific Issues (SSI) based e-modules.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh lokasi bisnis dan fasilitas terhadap keputusan konsumen hotel. Penelitian ini melibatkan 100 responden sebagai sampel yang merupakan pengguna jasa hotel. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa akses dan visibilitas berkontribusi signifikan sebagai indikator lokasi bisnis yang strategis. Arsitektur penempatan fasilitas, interior, kelengkapan fasilitas dan sirkulasi udara merupakan indikator penting dari variabel fasilitas pelayanan. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa lokasi usaha dan fasilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Fear of missing out and viral marketing simultaneously or partially on consumer purchasing decisions at Genz in Tasikmalaya City using Shopee. The method used in this research is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that fear of missing out and viral marketing have a significant effect simultaneously on purchasing decisions. Fear of missing out has no significant effect partially on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, Viral marketing has a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of product innovation and price perception simultaneously on purchasing decisions for Luxcrime cosmetics. The partial influence of product innovation and price perception on purchasing decisions for Luxcrime cosmetics. The method used in this research is causal descriptive with a quantitative approach. With a research sample of 100 people as respondents from Luxcrime cosmetics consumers in the city of Tasikmalaya. The data used is primary data and secondary data. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 25 application. The results of simultaneous testing of product innovation and price perception have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Partially, the product innovation variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, as well as the price perception variable partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of product completeness and product quality on purchasing decisions at Toko Kusen Beton Semoga Jaya. The research method used is the survey method, with a sample of consumers with a total of 100 respondents. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25. Simultaneously product completeness and product quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Toko Kusen Beton Semoga Jaya. Partially product completeness does not have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Partially product quality has a significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of price perception and service quality simultaneously or partially on purchasing decisions for consumers of Tengteng PD Kujang Jaya products. The method used in this research uses quantitative methods. With a research sample of 100 people as respondents. Sampling uses non-probability, precisely using purposive sampling. And the analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, the results of the regression equation are Y=11.623 + 0.120X1 + 0.434X2 + e. Based on the research results, it shows that Price Perception is classified as Very Good, Service Quality is included in the Very Good classification, and Purchase Decisions are included in the Very Good classification. The test results show that simultaneously Price Perception and Service Quality have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Partially, price perception does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions and service quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The goals of this study were to analyze the most cost-effective requirements for the primary raw materials based on the requirements of Laatunsa Bakery for the 2020–2021 period, due to the excessive frequency of raw material acquisitions, the inventory procedure results in a high cost expenditure; to examine the total cost of the primary raw material inventory that must be paid by Laatunsa Bakery for the 2020–2021 period, to analyse the frequency of purchases that are necessary; to analyze the quantity of safety stock (safety stock); to analyze the timing of reordering (reorder point), and to analyze the Laatunsa Bakery's primary raw material inventory control utilizing the EOQ method. Data gathering was place between November 2021 and February 2022. All information pertaining to the acquisition of the primary raw material inventory required for production, as well as the associated expenses of raw material inventory was utilized. This study adopted Economic Order Quantity as the analytical technique approach. The study's findings utilizing the EOQ approach revealed that the inventory of raw wheat cost Rp. 585,581.45, a savings of Rp. 2,613,934.94. Additionally, saving Rp 2,559,472.21 on sugar raw materials costing Rp 585,582.23 is possible. Additionally, the cost of the raw ingredient for butter is Rp. 585,582.23, saving Rp. 2,559,472.21. Additionally, the cost of the raw material for eggs is Rp 952,399.69, saving Rp 3,355,584.19. Additionally, the developer can save IDR 1,132,400.99 on the IDR 590,582.81 in raw materials.When compared to conventional method, the EOQ method can reduce inventory costs and optimize the need for raw materials. The EOQ approach is utilized using Microsoft Excel for the calculation.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of price and promotion perceptions on purchasing decisions (survey of Pinkflash cosmetics consumers using Shopee in Tasikmalaya). The method used in this research is causality through a survey approach, with the sample selected in this research being pinkflash cosmetics consumers using Shopee in Tasikmalaya totaling 100 respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression with SPSS version 25 tools. The research results show that Price Perception and Promotion have a significant influence on Purchase Decisions for Pinkflash Cosmetic Products in Tasikmalaya. Partially, price perception and promotion have a significant influence on purchasing decisions for Pinkflash cosmetics in Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of price and online customer reviews on purchasing decisions for Safarry sandals at Lazada. The method used is quantitative with a research sample of 100 respondents. The data used are primary and secondary data. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25. Based on the results of this research, it shows that Price and Online Customer Reviews simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Price partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Online Customer Reviews partially have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions.

The Purpose Of This Study Was To Determine The Description Of Service Quality And Customer Satisfaction At Mandiri Bank Brach Sutisna Senjaya And To Determine The Effect Of Service Quality On Customer Satisfaction At Mandiri Bank Brach Sutisna Senjaya. The Research Method Used By Researchers Is To Use Descriptive Analysis. This Research Uses A Quantitative Approach. The Type Of Research Used In This Research Is Causal. In This Study, The Authors Conducted Direct Research On All Mandiri Bank Customers To Obtain Data. The Sample In This Study Was 50 People, This Is Based On Saturated Sampling Technique Where The Population In This Study Was 50 People. Researchers Will Conduct Tests Using SPSS Version 25. Service Quality At Mandiri Bank Brach Sutisna Senjaya Is Currently In A Very Good Classification. Mandiri Bank Customer Satisfaction Is Currently In A Good Classification Because Customer Service Maintain Satisfaction At Mandiri Bank. Service Quality Has A Significant Effect On Customer Satisfaction Because If The Implementation Of Service Quality Will Increase Customers Who Are Satisfaction To The Program Provided By Mandiri Bank Brach Sutisna Senjaya.
