Abstract

Tanah Laut District is an area that has the potential of the sea that is promising for regional income. In coastal areas, many people have ships. The process of economic turnover for ship buying and selling is also profitable. The plot, if the ship owner wants to create a new type of ship, want to stop at sea or change domicile the owner can do the sale of the vessel. The sales process of the current vessel is done by giving information orally to fellow ship owners to be notified to the public if there are those who are looking for a ship to buy. The solution to this problem is to create a ship sales information system in the land-based Mobile Web. This information system is designed with Unified Modeling Language (UML), built with the PHP programming language Database, MySQL and using the Waterfall method. Vessel sales Information System in Tanah Laut District can facilitate the ship sellers in marketing the ship and facilitate the buyer to find the vessel to be bought. Data collected in the form of 3 types of vessels and 10 data vessels.

Abstract

Complaint Work Card is a work card complaint for employees if there is a problem about the workplace, the employee will complain about the problem of using work cards or Working Cards, one of the companies that uses this Work Card, namely PT Arutmin Indonesia Mine Kintap. Job card complaints at PT Arutmin are still using manual complaints. If employees find a problem, they are required to fill out a complaint form in the office and submit it to the admin, then the admin will notify the maintenance team to handle the problem. As a result, with manual complaints requiring employees to come to the office, many employees directly contact the maintenance team without filling out the form. The solution to this problem is the creation of a Mobile Web-Based Work Card Complaint Application at PT Arutmin Indonesia Mine Kintap. The application development model used is the waterfall model, designed using ERD, CDM, PDM, and UML using PHP programming language and MySQL Database. The purpose of the Work Card complaint application is to assist employees in making complaints and facilitate the admin team in managing complaint reports.

Abstract

The manual guest book system currently used at the Communication and Informatics Service of Banjarbaru City presents several challenges, including the risk of data loss, difficulties in archive retrieval, the absence of a service satisfaction questionnaire, and a lack of transparency regarding employee attendance information. This study aims to design and build a web-based guest book information system to optimize visitor data management, provide a satisfaction questionnaire facility, and display real-time employee attendance information. The system development methods include system modeling, database design (ERD), web application development, and system testing. The results of this study produce a digital system that simplifies the recapitulation and printing of visitor data, streamlines service time, and improves information transparency for the public visiting the Communication and Informatics Service of Banjarbaru City.

Abstract

The distribution system for assets and consumable supplies at Bank BNI Banjarmasin Branch is still carried out conventionally through written requests submitted by each unit. This manual recording process, which relies on physical logbooks, often leads to problems such as data loss and recording errors. To address these issues, an inventory management application was developed using literature review and observation for data collection, the Waterfall model based on the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and Unified Modeling Language (UML) for system design. The developed application centralizes and organizes inventory data for assets and consumable supplies, enabling more efficient management and supporting more accurate decision-making. Testing results indicate that all application functions perform as expected. Future improvements include ensuring a reliable internet connection and developing a mobile version of the application to facilitate approval processes and enable supervisors to monitor inventory requests more efficiently through smartphones.

Abstract

Bank BRI Banjarmasin Samudera Branch receives internship applications from students every year. The registration process, document selection, testing process, and internship participant management are still conducted manually, causing inefficiencies and increasing the risk of data loss or damage. This study aims to develop a web-based internship registration and management application to support registration, selection, testing, attendance, and participant assessment processes. The system was designed using Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and implemented using PHP, MySQL, and Apache. System testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method to ensure that all functions operated according to user requirements. The results show that the application is capable of managing internship documents, online tests, internship participant data, attendance records, assessments, and user data in an integrated manner. Based on the testing results, all main functions of the system operate properly according to user requirements. Therefore, the developed application improves the effectiveness and efficiency of internship management activities at Bank BRI Banjarmasin Samudera Branch.

Abstract

The processing of visitor data, inmates, and administrative violations in Class IIA Penitentiary (LP) of Banjarmasin City has been conducted manually and semi-computerized, resulting in inefficient and inaccurate reporting. Furthermore, the absence of a security system leaves the data vulnerable to unauthorized manipulation. This research develops a web-based application to manage visitor and inmate data using the Waterfall development model. The system design uses a context diagram and Data Flow Diagram (DFD). The tools used include Sublime Text 3 and XAMPP 3.2.2 with PHP and MySQL. The resulting application is expected to help staff manage data quickly, effectively, and efficiently.

Abstract

Apotek Kinibalu Banjarmasin is a sole proprietorship engaged in pharmaceutical services as well as the distribution of medicines and medical devices. Previous distribution data management was still performed manually using ledgers and physical documents, leading to difficulties in retrieving transaction history, potential recording errors, the risk of lost archives, and delays in compiling inventory and financial reports. This research aims to design and build a web-based information system for the distribution of medicines and medical devices to support integrated data management. The software development method used is the Waterfall model, which encompasses requirements analysis, design, implementation, and testing. System modeling utilizes the Unified Modeling Language (UML), while the implementation relies on PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Apache. Functional testing was conducted using the Black-Box Testing method across 11 test classes covering login processes, master data management, distribution transactions, expenditure, and report generation. The test results indicate that all test classes yielded expected outputs in accordance with requirements. Furthermore, the system implementation helps accelerate distribution transactions and report generation compared to manual procedures. The developed system assists employees in centrally managing stock data, distribution transactions, customer receivables, and managerial reports.

Abstract

The Health Office of Banjarmasin City bears a strategic responsibility for supervising medical prescription distribution and managing public healthcare facility (faskes) resources. However, the conventional workflow relies on manual physical recording and periodic email reporting, resulting in delayed real-time monitoring, higher risk of document loss, and inefficiencies in compiling data for medical personnel (doctors, nurses, pharmacists), regional property assets (BMD), and pharmaceutical stock. This research aims to develop a Web-Based Prescription Distribution and Resource Monitoring Application to integrate workflows between the Health Office and regional health service facilities across Banjarmasin. The software development adopts the Waterfall model comprising software engineering, requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and maintenance. System modeling was constructed using Unified Modeling Language (UML) including Use Case, Activity, and Class Diagrams. The system was implemented using PHP and MySQL. Functional evaluation via Black Box Testing confirmed that all operational modules—including user authentication, master data registry, prescription records, asset request approvals, and analytical reporting—operate reliably and effectively.

Abstract

PT. Selamat Sejahtera Sejati is one of the leading goods distribution companies in South Kalimantan. In its business operations, recording and monitoring the flow of goods distribution, product ordering by partner stores, and checking stock availability are still conducted manually and conventionally. These limitations cause several operational problems, such as discrepancies between customer orders and deliveries, stockouts during ordering due to the lack of real-time stock visibility, and difficulties in monitoring distribution fleets and customer receivables in an integrated manner. This study aims to design and develop a Web-Based Goods Distribution Monitoring Application to automate and integrate business processes among administrators, warehouse staff, delivery fleets, and customer stores. The software development methodology employed is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall model with structured modeling using Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and Enhanced Entity Relationships (EER). The application is implemented using PHP programming language and MySQL database. System validation is carried out using Black Box Testing covering all menu functionalities and multi-level user access rights. The test results demonstrate that all system features function 100% validly according to specifications, successfully minimizing ordering errors, facilitating real-time stock and fleet monitoring, and enhancing operational efficiency and transparency at PT. Selamat Sejahtera Sejati.

Abstract

PT. XYZ is a company engaged in logistics and transshipment services. In its administrative activities, leave application processes and the management of incoming and outgoing correspondence are still handled manually, resulting in longer approval times, difficulties in document retrieval, and a higher risk of data loss. This study aims to develop a web-based leave application and correspondence management information system for PT. XYZ to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of administrative processes. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, which includes requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages. PHP was used as the programming language and MySQL as the database management system. System testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method to ensure that all system functions operated according to user requirements. The results indicate that the system successfully integrates leave applications, incoming and outgoing mail management, and document archiving into a single application. Based on the testing results, all system functions operated properly and met user requirements. The developed system can accelerate administrative processes, facilitate data retrieval, and improve the effectiveness of document management within the company.
