Abstract

The study discusses the development of the Audit Management Information System (SIMA) at PT. Trio Motor, a company selling cars and motorcycles, also serving as the Main Dealer for Honda motorcycles in South Kalimantan and Central Kalimantan. SIMA addresses branch separation and reduces fraud in audits. Its goal is to streamline data collection, storage, analysis, and enhance planning, execution, and reporting efficiency. The research formulates design, creation, and implementation issues of SIMA for spare part audits. SIMA scans real-time part numbers, shelf locations, generates H3 format reports, and conducts synchronized warehouse audits. It aims to design, create, and utilize SIMA as a spare parts audit tool. The benefit lies in improving spare parts stock opname data collection. SIMA uses UML for database design, SQLServer for storage, and is developed with codeigniter 3 and bootstrap. It offers user access levels: Super Admin, Auditor Manager, Auditor, General Affairs, and Warehouse. Recommendations suggest ongoing development for complexity, features, and regular maintenance to prevent bugs. This research is crucial in aiding PT. Trio Motor's Audit Division for efficient and effective spare parts audits, reducing fraud risk.

Abstract

Landmark is a city architecture that through the locality of the city has been used as an object of building, architecture or has become the identity of a city. Landmarks are usually in the form of distinctive buildings that make people know the origin of the city just by looking at it. In everyday life, many people do not recognize Ikons, Landmarks or markers in their cities, regions or countries. Many people in Tanah Laut Regency only know through TV media or when they driving on the highway they see one of these Ikons or Landmarks, so they do not know more about the Ikons or Landmarks from their area, resulting in a lack of knowledge of their own regional identity. One solution to this problem is the use of Augmented Reality (AR) technology, this technology will combine 3D designs from regional Landmarks in Tanah Laut Regency and a little explanation about this building or Ikon. In building the application, the author uses the Waterfall model using the C# programming language and is designed using Flowcharts and DFD. Application of Augmented Reality on Landmarks / Icon of Tanah Laut Regency can make it easier for the public to access information about the history and shape of the monuments in Tanah Laut Regency.

Abstract

Good service to customers is the main key to success in business competition in the printing sector. By providing good service, customers will feel happy and with good service, of course, customers will always believe in continuing to use the products produced by the company. LFC Digital Printing is a company that serves and is engaged in Digital Printing, Printing, Merchandise, and Advertising. This company gets many online orders every day, especially online orders made by customers who are already members of the company. Ordering online at LFC Digital Printing is still using the Whatsapp chat application, which is quite a hassle because of the many chats from other customers. Based on these problems, it is necessary to create an integrated system from the customer with the LFC Digital printing company, namely "LFC Digital Printing Information System (Online Ordering Case Study) Web-Based on CV. LFC Multimedia Grafindo” in which there is an online ordering feature. So that with this system, it can meet the needs of customer orders more quickly and more efficiently. The author built this system designed using ERD and UML and using the PHP and MySql programming languages ​​as the database.

Abstract

The District Library and Archives Office of Tanah Laut Regency is a local government unit responsible for assisting the government in organizing library and archives affairs. In these activities, the archives are still in the form of hard copies, which can be lost or damaged in case of fire, natural disasters, and other unforeseen events. Moreover, hardcopy archives are also subject to deterioration with age. To address these challenges, the author developed a Web-Based Regional Archive Management Information System at the District Library and Archives Office of Tanah Laut. The system was built using the incremental model and programmed in PHP (CodeIgniter Framework), HTML and CSS, while being designed using Entity Relationship Diagram and Unified Modeling Language. The system underwent black-box testing conducted by Batuah Teknologi Semesta, resulting in successful testing of the system's features and performance. The data used in the Web-Based Regional Archive Management Information System at the District Library and Archives Office of Tanah Laut consists of hardcopy archive data from each department within Tanah Laut. Therefore, the system was developed to provide various features that enable users to perform essential tasks. The main features of the system include the management of inactive, obsolete, and static archives.

Abstract

Broiler chickens are a rapidly growing breed, and their growth is influenced by environmental conditions. The poultry house is one of the most crucial aspects of broiler chicken management, particularly the conditions inside the house, such as air temperature, humidity, and ammonia levels. Therefore, it is essential to regularly check the poultry house conditions. In this research, the author developed an embedded system capable of detecting temperature, humidity, and ammonia levels inside the poultry house. The system periodically sends temperature, humidity, and ammonia gas information to the Berkah Bersama information system, and this information is displayed in the form of graphs. Temperature, humidity, and ammonia gas information will be sent via email if the environmental conditions exceed or fall below the threshold. The embedded system was created using a microcontroller, temperature and humidity  sensors (DHT11), and an ammonia level sensor (MQ-135). Arduino serves as the microcontroller, and NodeMCU ESP8266 is used as the communication tool to send poultry house environmental conditions to the Berkah Bersama information system (SIBEBE) and the manager via email. Testing was conducted in two stages: functionality and connectivity. Functionality testing demonstrated that the sensors can produce air temperature, humidity, andammonia level information by comparing them with conventional tools. Connectivity testing proved that the NodeMCU ESP8266 module can send monitoring data every day and under specific conditions.

Abstract

SMA Negeri 1 Kintap is one of the educational institutions located in Kintap District. Until now, there are still many educational institutions that have not implemented an academic information system, one of which is SMA Negeri 1 Kintap. Data management still uses processes that refer to documents in the form of files or archives, still uses Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word applications, without a database. In addition, the principal is also difficult to put together academic reports. This study aims to build an academic information system to streamline time and make it easier for related parties to process and display. The method used in building this system is the waterfall method using the PHP and MySQL programming languages. This study uses data collection methods through literature study and interviews. The method used for testing or evaluation is the black box method. The black box method focuses on the function of a system. The result of this research is the web-based academic information system of SMA Negeri 1 Kintap.

Abstract

Customer service data in the service office and village electricity unit not managed properly because the system is currently used is limited to units on urban area only. Therefore a new system was built that could be used to manage electricity customer service data. In order to support this research, the method of data collection is carried out by means of interviews, library studies, analysis, system design, system building, testing and system implementation. This system makes it easy to manage customer electricity service data at the Village Service Office and Electric Unit and make it easier for Commerce Deputy Mechanism Managers and Revenue Assurance to monitor data for the purpose of executing customer service improvements in villages or sub-districts throughout South Kalimantan and Central Kalimantan.

Abstract

Assets generally state that assets are resources controlled by the company as a result of past events where future economic benefits are expected to be obtained by the company. Company assets originate from transactions or other events that occurred in the past. Companies usually acquire assets through outlays in the form of purchases or self-production. The Head of Administration independently handles asset data collection and is still done manually using Microsoft Excel. Recording of asset items based on space, fields and conditions is not yet in the application, so the admin does not know the exact number of indoor asset items, fields and does not know the condition of asset items, if re-data of indoor asset items, fields and conditions takes a long time, it is necessary development of applications for recording indoor assets, fields and conditions of asset items. This condition can also lead to the possibility of data collection errors and also the length of time in searching for data if needed at any time. Asset Management Information System PT. Citra Putra Kebun Asri Jorong Estate Web-based using MySQL database. The designs used are Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), and Flowcharts. The programming language used is Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP). The system development model used is the waterfall model. The functionality test used is Blackbox testing.

Abstract

The research discusses the development of an Information System for LPP TVRI StasiunKalimantan Selatan, which faces challenges such as paper shortages, stationery conservation,and direct mail delivery, leading to delays in mail validation when officials are on business trips.To address these issues, the development of an internal mail management system is consideredcrucial to enhance service efficiency at TVRI Stasiun Kalimantan Selatan. The objective of thisdevelopment is to build an Integrated Archive System for LPP TVRI Stasiun Kalimantan Selatan.The method used in the system development is the waterfall method. The results fromimplementing this system show that mail management has become more efficient. In conclusion,this system facilitates TVRI Stasiun Kalimantan Selatan in managing incoming and outgoing mail,thereby improving services more effectively and quickly..

Abstract

PT. Darma Henwa, Tbk-ACP is a mining contractor company with various departments, including the Management Information System (MIS). Employee ID card data collection and verification are currently manual using Microsoft Excel, causing data to be disorganized and difficult to access. This research develops the "E-Card Employee" application for Android using the prototyping method and the Ionic Framework, with data modeling through ERD and DFD. The results show that this application facilitates employee data management, increases efficiency, and provides a digital solution for ID cards that can be used if the physical ID card is lost or left behind.
