Abstract

Extracurricular activities are one of the means used by schools to develop students' interests, talents, and abilities outside academic activities. However, the management of extracurricular and student achievement data at SDN Tanjung Pagar 4 Banjarmasin is still carried out manually using Microsoft Excel, resulting in less effective data recording, searching, and reporting processes. This study aims to develop a web-based Extracurricular and Student Achievement Information System equipped with an email gateway feature. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, which consists of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages. The application was developed using PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the database management system. System testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method to ensure that all system functions operate according to user requirements. The results indicate that the developed system is capable of managing student data, supervisor data, extracurricular activities, schedules, attendance, grades, and student achievements in an integrated manner. In addition, the email gateway feature helps deliver information to the school principal more quickly and effectively. Therefore, the developed system improves the effectiveness and efficiency of managing extracurricular activities and student achievement data at SDN Tanjung Pagar 4 Banjarmasin.

Abstract

The hospitality business in Banjarmasin City is growing rapidly. Hotel management conducts facility refreshes through maintenance or new purchases financed by selling replaced or damaged assets. Hotel Rattan In Banjarmasin manages damaged facilities stored in temporary and central warehouses. Weak monitoring leads to difficulty inventorying used assets and risks item loss. This study develops a Web-based Used Asset Inventory Application for Hotel Rattan In Banjarmasin using the Waterfall software development methodology. Tools include Notepad++, PHP, MySQL, XAMPP, and DFD modeling. The results demonstrate that the web application effectively tracks asset status (repaired, sold, or destroyed), improves inventory accuracy, and generates financial sales reports efficiently.

Abstract

Rezky Catering is a catering service provider in Banjarmasin City serving food package orders for weddings, celebrations, and institutional events. Data processing of catering order transactions has traditionally relied on physical logbooks and manual paper invoices. Main problems encountered include risks of transaction data loss, delays in recording down payments (DP) and remaining balances, and slow monthly sales report generation. This research aims to design and develop a Web-Based Catering Management Application for Rezky Catering using the Waterfall software development methodology. Development tools include PHP, MySQL, XAMPP, as well as DFD and ERD modeling. Testing results indicate that the application successfully increases catering order transaction efficiency, accelerates DP payment tracking, and simplifies daily, monthly, and annual sales report preparation accurately.
