Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan adanya peralihan kehidupan narapidana ketika masuk ke Lapas menimbulkan masalah-masalah yang akan mempengaruhi seorang narapidana dalam bersikap dan berinteraksi dengan lingkungannya. Hal tersebut dirasakan narapidana bagaimana mereka merasakan beratnya menjalani proses hukum yang panjang dan berat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui secara empiris adanya hubungan antara dukungan sosial terhadap resiliensi narapidana di rumah tahanan Direktorat Perawatan Tahanan dan Barang Bukti Kepolisian Daerah Jawa Tengah. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ada 65 orang. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasi Spearman’s rho. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada korelasi positif yang sangat signifikan antara dukungan sosial terhadap resiliensi narapidana di Rumah Tahanan Direktorat Perawatan Tahanan dan Barang Bukti Kepolisian Daerah Jawa Tengah, hal ini ditunjukkan dari hasil uji korelasi yang diperoleh dari nilai rs = 0,559 dengan p = 0,000 (p < 0,01).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out empirically the relationship between active participation in organizations in final year students facing the world of work at Soegijapranata Unika. The hypothesis in this study is a negative relationship between anxiety facing the world of work with active participation in organizations at the final student level at Soegijapranata Unika. The subjects of this study were final year students of Unika Soegijapranta Semarang who were working on their final project. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling. Data collection in this study used an anxiety scale to face the world of work with active participation in the organization. The subjects were 50 final year students. The research was conducted using quantitative methods. Based on the analysis of the product moment correlation data, the correlation coefficient value is rxy = 0.445 with (p < 0.01). This shows that it means that there is a very significant negative relationship between anxiety in facing the world of work and active participation in student-level organizations at the final Soegija Unika. The higher the activeness in participating in the Soegijapranata Unika student organization, the lower the face of the world of work and the lower the active participation in the Soegijapranata Unika student organization, the higher the anxiety in the world of work. The effective contribution of the variable of active participation in the organization for final year students to face the world of work is 19.8%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kecemasan dalam melaksanakan tugas pengamanan markas dengan dukungan sosial dan persepsi terhadap terorisme pada polisi di Akademi Kepolisian. Hipotesis penelitian ini: 1) ada hubungan dukungan sosial dan persepsi terhadap terorisme dengankecemasan melaksakan tugas pengamanan markas; 2) ada hubungan negatif antara dukungan sosial dan kecemasan dalam melaksakan tugas pengaman markas; 3) ada hubungan positif antara persepsi terhadap terorisme dan kecemasan dalam melaksakan tugas pengamanan markas. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah 130 anggota Polisi di Akpol. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive random sampling. Metode penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan tiga skala, yaitu skala kecemasan dalam melaksakan tugas pengaman markas, skala dukungan sosial, dan skala persepsi terhadap terorisme. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara dukungan sosial dan persepsi terhadap terorisme dengan kecemasan melaksakan tugaspengamanan markas dengan nilai R=0,42 dan nilai F=14,161 (p<0,01). Sumbangan efektif (SE) variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat sebesar 18,2%. Sementara hasil analisis korelasi mengungkapakan bahwa: 1) terdapat hubungan negatif yang sangat signifikan antara dukungan sosial dengan kecemasan pada polisi (rx1y= -0,340; p<0,01); 2) terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara persepsi terhadap terorisme dengan kecemasanpada polisi. (rx2y==0,302; p<0,01).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the personality correlation of the Big Five from Organizational Commitment which was reviewed by members of the Central Java Regional Police Bidkeu Police. The sample used in the study was members of the Central Java Regional Police Bidkeu with a total of 92 people. Analysis of the data used Speraman correlation coefficient is a nonparametric statistic. This statistic is a measure of association or relationship that can be used in the condition that one or both of the variables measured are on an ordinal scale but the norm conditions are not met. Based on the results of the study, the hypothesis which states "There is a correlation between the Big Five Personality Types and Organizational Commitment to Members of the Central Java Regional Police Bidkeu Police", can be accepted. This is indicated by a significant value of 0.000 which means that the Big Five personality type variable has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to examine a relationship between organizational climate and employee engagement mediated by work life balance. The total sample used is 165 members of the Subbagrenmin Ditsamapta Polda Central Java. The sampling technique used is incidental sampling. The analysis used is multiple regression analysis. The instrument used on the employee engagement variable is based on the theory of Schaufeli and Bakker using a Likert scale, the organizational climate scale is based on the theory of Swift & Campbell, the work life balance scale is based on the theory of Fisher, Bulger & Smith. The results of this study indicate that first; there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational climate and work life balance, Second; there is a positive and significant relationship between work life balance and employee engagement, Third; there is a positive relationship between organizational climate and employee engagement, Fourth; There is a significant relationship between organizational climate and employee engagement mediated by work life balance. The implication of this research shows that to increase employee engagement, organizations need to also pay attention to the work life balance factor for their members.

Abstract

In Indonesia, which has a plural society, the differences in religious doctrines are often potential conflict, the inter-religious tolerance for peaceful coexistence deserve special attention from the various elements of government and society. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between self-concept and emotional intelligence with religious tolerance. The subjects in this study are villagers Ringinpitu, District Tanggungharjo, Grobogan, Central Java and have productive age (18-40 years) some 335 people. Methods of data collection using interviews and likert scale. Analysis of the data use is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship concepts of self and emotional intelligence with religious tolerance, as indicated by the value of R2 = 0.566; F= 216.779 (p <0.01), which means major hypothesis proposed is acceptable. The concepts of self and emotional intelligence contribute effectively simultaneously by 56.6%.

Abstract

Employee performance is the result of work and work behavior that has been achieved in completing the tasks and responsibilities assigned to employees within a certain period of time. High performance performance is needed by employees to achieve company goals. This study aims to determine the relationship between work discipline and employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative, the collection of data using the work discipline scale and employee performance scale. The sample used amounted to 142 people. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. Analysis of the data used Spearman Rank Correlation. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive relationship between work discipline and employee performance. This is indicated by the value of F = 112,748; R = 0.668; R2 = 0.446 (p < 5%). The magnitude of the effect of work discipline on employee performance in this study is shown from the coefficient of determination R2 = 44.6%.
