Abstract

This study examines the influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance at Syahid Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyah Haurgeulis Hospital, West Java, Indonesia. Conducted over six months, the research involved 30 active employees selected using a non-probability sampling method. The study aims to understand how these factors individually and collectively impact performance. Data was collected via questionnaires and analyzed using statistical methods. The results indicate that leadership style significantly and positively affects employee performance, with a t-count of 2.656 exceeding the t-table value of 2.062 (p = 0.002). Similarly, work discipline also shows a significant positive effect on performance, with a t-count of 4.067 surpassing the t-table value of 2.062 (p = 0.021). The F-test further supports these findings, showing that the combined influence of leadership style and work discipline on performance is significant (F-count = 9.807 > F-table = 2.69, p = 0.001). These results highlight the importance of effective leadership and strict work discipline in enhancing employee performance. The study's implications suggest that hospital management should focus on these areas to improve overall performance

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Directorate of General Crimes at Bareskrim Polri, involving a population of 214 personnel, with a sample of 140 respondents selected using a 5% margin of error. The study aims to determine and analyze the impact of education, training, and competence on the performance of Police Civic Dittipidum Personnel. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents using probability random sampling. Quantitative data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 22. The findings indicate that education, training, and competence each have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Police Civic Office personnel. When combined, these factors also show a positive and significant effect, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 58.2%. The training education variable emerged as the most dominant factor influencing performance, with a constant coefficient value of 0.311. These results underscore the importance of comprehensive education and training programs in enhancing the competence and performance of police personnel, suggesting that targeted interventions in these areas can lead to significant improvements in their effectiveness

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the impact of training, communication, and work motivation on employee performance at the Government Office of Labuhanbatu Utara Regency. This research is quantitative in nature. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, with a total of 74 respondents. Data obtained were analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, hypothesis tests, and the coefficient of determination test, utilizing SPSS (Statistic Package for the Social Sciences). The results of partial testing show that training has a significant effect on employee performance, communication has a significant effect on employee performance, and work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, simultaneous testing indicates that training, communication, and work motivation collectively have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Government Office of Labuhanbatu Utara Regency. The originality of this research lies in its focus on the combined influence of these variables on employee performance in a governmental setting. The findings imply that enhancing training, communication, and motivation can significantly improve employee performance

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of motivation and work culture on the performance of civil servants at the Army Cavalry Center (Pussenkav) of the Indonesian National Army. The research adopts a descriptive quantitative approach. The population consists of 77 individuals, and the sampling technique employed is saturation sampling, resulting in a total of 77 respondents. Multiple regression analysis is used for data analysis. The research findings indicate that: (1) There is a significant positive influence of motivation on the performance of civil servants at the Army Cavalry Center (Pussenkav) of the Indonesian National Army, with a calculated t-value of 7.047, exceeding the critical t-value of 1.993. The probability value (significance) is 0.000, which is below 0.05. (2) There is a significant positive influence of work culture on the performance of civil servants at the Army Cavalry Center (Pussenkav) of the Indonesian National Army, with a calculated t-value of 4.812, exceeding the critical t-value of 1.993. The probability value (significance) is 0.000, which is below 0.05. (3) There is a significant positive influence of motivation and work culture together on the performance of civil servants at the Army Cavalry Center (Pussenkav) of the Indonesian National Army, with a calculated F-value of 33.145, exceeding the critical F-value of 3.12. The probability value (significance) is 0.000, which is below 0.05

Abstract

Human resource management aims to improve the effectiveness of human resources in the organization is very important. For this reason, the Cooperative Builds National Independence seeks to improve the competence of its employees through education and training activities in encouraging performance effectiveness. The purpose of the study is to determine the performance of employees of the Bangun Kemandirian Bangsa Cooperative, to determine the implementation of education and training activities at the Bangun Kemandirian Bangsa Cooperative in an effort to improve the competence of its employees and to know the development of employee performance before and after participating in education and training programs. This study used qualitative research methods with data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. In this study, the informants selected were 6 employees of the Cooperative Build National Independence. The results of the study concluded that the performance of the employees of the Koperasi Bangun Kemandirian Bangsa was quite good as seen from the ability to carry out and complete their work, although it still had to be improved. The implementation of education and training programs in an effort to improve employee competence has been carried out well and has a positive impact on the effectiveness of employee performance of the Koperasi Bangun Kemaditrian Bangsa
