Abstract

This research was conducted at the Directorate of General Crimes at Bareskrim Polri, involving a population of 214 personnel, with a sample of 140 respondents selected using a 5% margin of error. The study aims to determine and analyze the impact of education, training, and competence on the performance of Police Civic Dittipidum Personnel. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents using probability random sampling. Quantitative data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 22. The findings indicate that education, training, and competence each have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Police Civic Office personnel. When combined, these factors also show a positive and significant effect, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 58.2%. The training education variable emerged as the most dominant factor influencing performance, with a constant coefficient value of 0.311. These results underscore the importance of comprehensive education and training programs in enhancing the competence and performance of police personnel, suggesting that targeted interventions in these areas can lead to significant improvements in their effectiveness

Abstract

One of the keys to the change and progress of philanthropic institutions lies in human resources and digital infrastructure based on technology. This research intends to look at the impact of Work-life Balance and work engagement on Job Satisfaction and its implications on Amil's performance. This scientific work uses a quantitative approach, this research was carried out on all amil with a sample of 52 amil using the Slovin formula. The sampling method uses a probability sampling approach with the Simple Random Sampling technique. The analysis technique of this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) and the F SPSS test. From the results of the hypothesis test, it is known that 1. Work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Second, Work Engagement has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. 3 Work-life balance and work engagement together affect job satisfaction. The 4th Work-life Balance has a positive and significant effect on performance. 5. Work engagement has a positive and significant effect on Performance. 6 Job satisfaction affects the performance of the amil. 7. Work life balance, work engagement affects performance simultaneously through job satisfaction. This research can be used as a reference to improve and maintain work-life balance, work engagement, job satisfaction, and performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of professionalism and work discipline on the quality of education at SD TPI Gedangan. The research method used in this study is Descriptive Associative with a quantitative approach. The population is 40 people. The sampling technique uses saturated samples so that the number of samples in this study is 40 respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression. The results of the study show that: (1) Professionalism has a positive and significant effect on the quality of education at SD TPI Gedangan, with a ttable > tcount value of 5,656 > 2,026 with significance = 0.000 which is below 0.05. (2) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on the quality of education at SD TPI Gedangan, with a ttable > tcount value of 3,962 > 2,026 with significance = 0.000 which is below 0.05. (3) Professionalism and Work Discipline together have a positive and significant effect on the quality of education at SD TPI Gedangan, with a value of Fcal > a value of Ftable which is 16,128 > 3.25, with a significance = 0.000 which is below 0.05.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance at Syahid Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyah Haurgeulis Hospital, West Java, Indonesia. Conducted over six months, the research involved 30 active employees selected using a non-probability sampling method. The study aims to understand how these factors individually and collectively impact performance. Data was collected via questionnaires and analyzed using statistical methods. The results indicate that leadership style significantly and positively affects employee performance, with a t-count of 2.656 exceeding the t-table value of 2.062 (p = 0.002). Similarly, work discipline also shows a significant positive effect on performance, with a t-count of 4.067 surpassing the t-table value of 2.062 (p = 0.021). The F-test further supports these findings, showing that the combined influence of leadership style and work discipline on performance is significant (F-count = 9.807 > F-table = 2.69, p = 0.001). These results highlight the importance of effective leadership and strict work discipline in enhancing employee performance. The study's implications suggest that hospital management should focus on these areas to improve overall performance

Abstract

The travel business, both for business travel, tourism, general, Hajj and Umrah is currently one of the sectors that has the most impact caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. With the policy of closing access in and out of the region both by air and land and sea, the travel business has received a big blow. One of them is PT Hijrah Madani Istiqomah Tour which must implement its marketing strategy and optimize its digital marketing in increasing the number of consumers. This research aims to 1). Analyzing the marketing strategy implemented by PT Hijrah Madani Istiqomah Tour in increasing the number of consumers 2). Analyzing the optimization of digital marketing carried out by PT Hijrah Madani Istiqomah Tour in increasing the number of consumers 3). Understand and analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors of the digital marketing process in increasing the number of consumers of PT Hijrah Madani Istiqomah Tour. This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of field research. The data collection technique uses observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis used is descriptive. The results of this study show that: 1) The implementation of marketing strategies through the process and stages of STP (Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning), where the strategy applied is adaptive strategy. 2) Optimization of digital marketing in increasing the number of prospective consumers of Hajj and Umrah pilgrims through planned and well-organized digital media management, and being able to be consistent in uploading content and being able to serve consemun in a friendly manner. 3) The inhibiting and supporting factors in increasing the number of consumers are as follows. a) The supporting factors, easy access to social media, and minimal promotional costs in the media. b) The inhibiting factors, the lack of human resources and the control are relatively weak.
