Abstract

This study investigates the implementation of training management in educational institutions through a desk research approach. The main focus was to identify key issues such as management support, participant involvement, organizational culture, and program evaluation. The research method involved analyzing literature from books, journals and related documents to gain in-depth understanding. The analysis showed that strong management support is essential for the success of training programs, with adequate resource allocation and commitment to human resource development. The active involvement of participants is considered crucial in ensuring the relevance and sustainability of the program. An organizational culture that promotes continuous learning also makes an important contribution to the professional development and performance improvement of education institutions.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of product innovation and promotional performance on the competitive advantage of Mayang Indah Embroidery in Padang Birik-birik Village, Pariaman City simultaneously and partially. This research uses quantitative data, the data collected is in the form of values ​​or scores for the answers given by respondents to the statements in the questionnaire and processed using SPSS Version 16.0 for window. The sample was determined as 80 respondents using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results, it is concluded: 1) Product Innovation has no effect on Competitive Advantage in Mayang Indah Embroidery in Padang Birik-birik Village, Pariaman City 2) Promotional Performance influences Competitive Advantage in Mayang Indah Embroidery in Padang Birik-birik Village, Pariaman City 3) Product Innovation and Promotional performance simultaneously influences Competitive Advantage in Mayang Indah Embroidery in Padang Birik-birik Village, Pariaman City with a significance level of 0.000<0.05. It can be concluded that innovation in Sulaman Mayang products does not have an impact on competitive advantage

Abstract

This research discusses organizational planning and control of global marketing operations in the context of Company (G), an information technology company with marketing operations in Indonesia. This research data illustrates how the company manages organizational planning and control of its global marketing operations. Using qualitative research methods, using a literature study approach. This research obtains an in-depth understanding of how Company (G) plans and controls its global marketing operations. The research results show that this company has a matrix organizational structure that allows coordination between global and local marketing teams, as well as policy adjustments to local marketing strategies according to local market needs and preferences. The use of integrated operational control systems and information technology is key in monitoring and managing the company's global marketing performance. However, Company (G) is also faced with various challenges, including coordination between global and local teams, adapting marketing strategies to different local needs, human resource management, compliance with local regulations, and risk management. Abstract

This entrepreneurship education is given to students as early as possible considering the economic problems faced in Indonesia. Entrepreneurship education is basically a process of internalizing Entrepreneurship values to students so that they have a character like an entrepreneur. The value of entrepreneurship is important for students to have to face life problems, the purpose of this study is to find out the goals and characteristics of entrepreneurship education. The research method used is library research with a descriptive approach. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study state that entrepreneurship education aims to develop attitudes, spirits and the ability to create something valuable for oneself and others. There are five main values in Entrepreneurship education, including the courage to take risks, be creative in facing problems and opportunities, have a leadership spirit, be task- and result-oriented, and have strong motivation and drive to succeed.

Abstract

This study has the goal of finding out how far the Information System functions as a tool to increase product sales in London Fashion Padangsidimpuan. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research methodology. The data sources applied to this study are primary and secondary data sources. The data collection strategy is implemented through the use of observation, interview, and documentation methodologies. The data study in this study includes the data reduction process, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the study show that the use of Information Systems for promotional media is very significant in boosting product sales (MSMEs) at the London Fashion Padangsidimpuan Store.
