Abstract

Obligation represent one of the monetary instrument which enough draw to investor circle in capital market and or to company in getting fund for the development of company. Growth of obligation product in Indonesia relative still compared to slowgoing growth of share product. Abstract

Justice of decision of law of problems that happened, have properly relied on theorem or nash of al-Qur’an, kitabullah which have been confessed its truth, as well as relying on rules of Rasulullah (as-Sunnah). Besides based on both theorem above, Islam also recognizestipulating of law by aqliyyah, which is [is] ordinary to be named with method of ijtihad birra’yi (with ratio), and one of the method named al-Mursalah al-Mashlahah, that is specifying an deed which not there are lasing base or its in and also al-Qur’an of Sunnah. In conception al-mursalah al-mashlahah told with different term. Some of moslem scholar use term of al-mashahah that al-mursalah with word of al-Munasib al-Mursal (Ibnu Hajib and of Baidhawi; al-Baidhawi al-Qadhi), there also using istihlah (al-Ghazali; al-mustasyfa) and some of other again mentioning of al-Istidlal al-Mursal (al-Syatibi; al-Muwafaqat). Difference of that name looked into from three facet. First, see mashlahah found on questioned case. Dalam kehidupan keseharian orang jawa pada umumnya menghendaki ketentraman batin lahir, menjauhkan diri dari perubahan pola hidup modern yang serba dinamis.Kebanyakan orang menterjemahkan dinamis sebagai hiruk pikuk penuh kebisingan yang tidak mengenal waktu dan tempat. Kebudayaan jawa ini tidak hanya menampilkan nilai-nilai estetika, namun budaya ini mengedepankan nilai-nilai toleransi, keselarasan, keserasian dan keseimbangan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, tidak hanya itu budaya jawa mengangkat tinggi nilai kesederhanaan dan kesopanan. Dari sekian banyak budaya yang ada di Indonesia, budaya jawa merupkan salah satu budaya yang digemari oleh orang luar negeri. Abstract

Dalam menerapkan akad pembiayaan mudharabah, Bank Muamalat Capem Jombang belum begitu diminati para nasabah. Sekitar 89% nasabah yang melakukan pembiayaan dengan menggunakan akad murabahah dan selainnya mengggunakan akad yang lain. Dengan demikian, produk yang didominsai nasabah adalah yang berbasis markup dari pada produk yang berbasis profit and loss sharing. Keterangan yang disampaikan bahwa, pembiayaan mudharabah itu harus mempertimbangkan hal yang sangat banyak untuk dapat diqabulkannya permintaan dari nasabah. Karena akad mudharabah mengandung resiko ketidakpastian. Ketidak siapan menanggung resiko ini terjadi karena kurangnya sumberdaya insani yang cakap. Oleh karena itu, untuk persyaratan yang harus dipenuhipun harus jelas dan syar’i.

Abstract

Islam therapeutic communication is interpersonal communication that happen between the patients with a nurse to help the healing or recovery of the patient by providing suggestions interaction to help cure patients and to resolve the problems faced by patients, based on the principles of Islam. Patients who are referred madrasah students who have psychological problems faced as a result of the pressures in education, whether it is minimum target to be met, standardization, diverse array of student background, the complexity of the subject matter, to the problem lack of resources (both competencies, potential, and cost education) causes stress and problems on psychological.The research explores how Islam therapeutic communication can overcome the problems faced by psychology students madrasah. Therapeutic communication will be more meaningful if an educator interacts directly with students, especially by providing suggestions to strengthen the spiritual elements that will bepositive suggestions for healing and psychological problems faced by students. In this case, the educators made himself atherapeutically through a variety of communication techniques optimally with the aim of changing the patient's behavior in apositive direction through the strengthening of Islamic values.

Abstract

Semakin lama perhatian berbagai lapisan masyarakat terhadap tasawuf semakin berkembang. Tasawuf yang semula merupakan bentuk pemaknaan terhadap hadits Rosulullah SAW tentang “al-Ihsan”, dalam perkembangan selanjutnya mengalami perluasan penafsiran. Dalam era sekarang ini apa yang diperlukan oleh dunia Islam adalah format tasawuf yang konsisten dengan nilai-nilai Islam dan kompatibel terhadap kecenderungan perubahan gaya hidup masyarakat. Apa yang diajarkan oleh tasawuf tidak lain adalah bagaimana menyembah Tuhan dalam suatu kesadaran penuh bahwa kita berada di dekat-Nya, sehingga kita “melihat-Nya” atau bahwa ia senantiasa mengawasi kita dan kita senantiasa berdiri di hadapan-Nya. Namun fenomena keagamaan yang terdapat di masyarakat, tasawuf sering dipahami sebagai praktik zuhud, yaitu sikap hidup asketis. Tasawuf adalah upaya melatih jiwa dengan berbagai kegiatan yang dapat membebaskan diri manusia dari pengaruh kehidupan duniawi, berpola hidup sederhana dan rela berkorban demi tujuan-tujuan yang lebih mulia disisi Allah, sehingga menjadikan selalu dekat dengan Allah dan jiwanya bersih bersih serta memancarkan akhlak mulia. Sikap demikian pada akhirnya membawa seorang berjiwa tangguh, memiliki daya tangkap yang kuat dan efektif terhadap berbagai godaan hidup yang menyesalkan. Tasawuf ini muncul karena adanya dekadensi moral yang bermula dari kotoran jiwa manusia yaitu jiwa yang jauh dari bimbingan Tuhan, yang disebabkan ia tidak pernah mencoba mendekatinya. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini tasawuflah yang memiliki potensi dan peranan penting. Dengan demikian pentingnya peranan tasawuf dalam kelangsungan hidup manusia. Maka tidak mengherankan apabila tasawuf akrab dengan masyarakat Islam, setelah masyarakat tersebut membina akidah dan ibadahnya, melalui ilmu tauhid dan fiqih. Dengan demikian terjadilah hubungan 3 serangkai yang amat harmonis yaitu akidah, syari’ah dan akhlak. Berkenaan dengan ini telah bermuncullah para peneliti yang mengkonsentrasikan kajiannya pada masalah tasawuf sehingga dapat memudahkan untuk memahaminya. Dalam Tasawuf terdapat berbagai aliaran dan ajaran yang berbeda dikarenakan berbagai prespektif disiplin keilmuan dan dimensi kerohanian yang mewarnainya. Tasawuf falsafi adalah tasawuf yang kaya dengan pemikiran-pemikiran filsafat. Tokoh-tokohnya antara lain Yazid al-Busthami, al-Hamaj, Ibnu Arabi, dan al-Jall. Adapun teori yang dilahirkan adalah fana’ dan baqa’, ittihad, hulul, wahdah al-wujud, insan kamil. Sedangkan tasawuf sunni adalah tasawuf yang didasarkan pada Al-Qur’an dan Hadits. Menurut aliran tasawuf ini, apabila seorang muslim ingin meningkatkan kualitas pendekatan dirinya kepada Allah maka terlebih dahulu harus memahami syari’at Islam dengan sebaik-baiknya. Sedikitnya ada dua bentuk tipe ajaran dalam tasawuf sunni yaitu, tasawuf akhlaqi dan tasawuf Amali.
