Abstract

The development of artificial intelligence technology has given birth to various applications that support the learning process, one of which is ChatGPT. The presence of ChatGPT makes it easier for students to find references, understand materials, and complete assignments. However, excessive use has the potential to create dependency, thus weakening students' learning independence. This study aims to analyze the level of student dependency on ChatGPT and its relationship to learning independence using a machine learning approach. The study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 58 students covering seven categories of statements, including personal data, frequency of ChatGPT use, purpose of use, behavior towards ChatGPT answers, learning independence, attitudes towards dependency, and student dependency labels. The collected data were analyzed using the Naive Bayes algorithm with preprocessing processes such as data cleaning, coding categorical variables, and dividing the data into a training set (80%) and a testing set (20%). The results showed that the majority of students were in the medium dependency category (72%), followed by the low (13%) and high (15%) categories. The Naive Bayes model was able to classify the level of dependency with 83.3% accuracy on the test data. Further analysis revealed that the dominant factor influencing dependency was not only frequency of use, but also attitudinal aspects, such as a lack of confidence without ChatGPT and a tendency to use ChatGPT as a primary learning resource. It can be concluded that ChatGPT is an effective tool, but if not used wisely, it has the potential to undermine students' learning independence. Therefore, AI literacy and the cultivation of critical learning habits are needed so that this technology can support, not replace, the independent learning process.

Abstract

The development of information technology encourages business owners to utilize web-based systems to improve business effectiveness. Elluffi Home Bakery previously relied on conventional ordering methods through WhatsApp, which caused several issues such as unstructured order data and limitations in transaction management. This study aims to design and develop a web-based online cake sales system using the Feature Driven Development (FDD) method. The FDD method consists of five stages, namely Develop an Overall Model, Build a Feature List, Plan by Feature, Design by Feature, and Build by Feature. The system was developed with key features such as product management, shopping cart, ordering, transaction history, sales reports, and user authentication. Testing was carried out using User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Based on the results, it can be concluded that the developed web-based online cake sales system is able to simplify the transaction process, document order data in a more structured manner, and improve business management efficiency. Therefore, this system can assist Elluffi Home Bakery in expanding marketing reach and increasing competitiveness in the digital era.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology in the healthcare sector has encouraged clinics and healthcare facilities to improve service quality through application-based innovations. Klinik Muhammadiyah, as one of the healthcare providers, seeks to adopt a patient-centric healthcare application designed to facilitate patients in accessing information, registering for services, and interacting with medical professionals. This study aims to design the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) of a patient-centric healthcare application by applying the User-Centered Design (UCD) method. The UCD approach was chosen because it emphasizes active user involvement at every stage of the development process, from needs analysis, design, to evaluation. Data collection was conducted through interviews, questionnaires, and observations involving patients, medical staff, and administrative personnel. The design results were visualized in the form of wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes, which were then evaluated using usability testing with parameters of effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction. The evaluation results show that the developed UI/UX design meets user needs and provides a more intuitive, faster, and satisfactory user experience. Therefore, the application of the UCD method proves to be effective in designing a patient-centric healthcare application that can enhance service quality at Klinik Muhammadiyah.
