Abstract

In Indonesia, the paradigm towards people with disabilities is still considered a negative stigma for the majority of society and social discrimination unconsciously arises in society. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to empower people with disabilities so that they are no longer a group of social discrimination in society. The lack of information about disability, disability therapy, appropriate therapists, and the credibility check of therapists are also obstacles faced by people with disabilities and their relatives. Therefore, in an effort to support disability empowerment measures, a user interface (User Interface/User Experience) was designed for a disability consultation application called "disABLEd!".  With an application that summarizes all information about disability, it is hoped that it can help people with disabilities in obtaining information on therapy centers, therapists, and social support they need. The design method in this research is the design thinking method which is known to be user-centered. The results of user interface design testing show that user interface design using the design thinking method is proven to be suitable to meet the problems according to user needs.  Keywords: Disability, User Interface, Design Thinking.

Abstract

Technological developments, especially mobile-based software, have brought major changes to the lives of modern society. One of them is easy access to information in property sales. The “Huniku” application allows users to obtain information about properties, including mortgage calculation simulations and visualization of furniture in real rooms using AR technology. The user interface of this application plays an important role in ensuring that interactions between buyers and sellers in buying and selling property take place efficiently and reliably. This research was carried out using a design thinking approach that focuses on users which includes the empathize, define, ideate, prototype and testing stages. Testing of this design was carried out by usability testing on 6 respondents with the System Usability Scale (SUS) method obtaining a result of 5.2 out of 10 and Single Ease Question (SEQ) obtaining a result of 76 out of 100. The test results showed a significant improvement in the user experience when using the application, this can confirm the success of the UI/UX design that has been implemented. Abstract

Mobile applications have become an important platform in everyday life, including in the dynamics of interpersonal relationships, especially in romantic relationships. However, unhealthy conditions often arise in these relationships, or better known as toxic relationships, which can have a negative impact on a person's mental health. Statistical data shows an increase in cases of dating violence, domestic violence (KDRT), and divorce in Indonesia. This data indicates the couple's lack of readiness to establish a good relationship. Lack of information regarding the basics of marriage is one of the main causes of this problem. Therefore, CouPal is here as an innovative solution by providing the first relationship psychoeducation application in Indonesia. Through integrated UI/UX design, CouPal aims to help couples understand and improve the quality of relationships, resolve conflicts, understand the role of family education in reducing violence or conflict in the household, and reduce divorce rates. This application also provides online consultation services with couple psychologists and family psychologists. CouPal UI/UX design test results show a high level of user satisfaction, which was achieved through the application of the design thinking method. Abstract

As time goes by, advances in technology also make it easier for people to communicate. One of the most common things to do is use computers to communicate, while computer networks are needed to transmit data or information. When collecting data, security and privacy are two very important aspects of data communication, whether for personal purposes or for group data security. One of the most effective ways to ensure data security and integrity is to use cryptographic techniques using the Vigenere Cipher method. Vigenere Cipher is a technique that can be used to encrypt text so that information cannot be read or misused by those who are not asked to receive the text. The aim of this research is to simplify the encryption process and description of the vigenere cipher method using websate. This research uses a literature study method based on various journals and experiments, including system implementation and design techniques. Test results on websites created using manual mapping show the same results. Both produce appropriate encryption and plaintext.  Keywords: Vignere Cipher, Cryptography, Security

Abstract

The sophistication of technology has a major impact on company strategy. The rapid exchange of information results in a set of data. Data, if processed, will benefit the business. As a result, there is a need for data analysts to evaluate data sets in order to provide insight and assist firms in making business decisions. This study approach employs the VDM (Visual Data Mining) method, which is a process for comprehending and analysing a pattern or trend of abstract data presented visually. The findings of such an analysis generate a dashboard that can assist the organisation in measuring its business performance based on the data history that it has.  Keywords: VDM, Data, Data Visualization

Abstract

Libraries are oriented towards increasing user interest and reading culture as a source of information and inspiration. The library's main activity is borrowing books, so one measure of a library's success is the number of books borrowed. Library managers need to know which books users are interested in to predict book titles so that book data is more up-to-date. The prediction system currently implemented by libraries only relies on traditional predictions for frequently borrowed books, by setting the same number from month to month without any prior calculations, making it difficult to predict book titles accurately. This research aims to apply the Moving Average Forecasting Method to predict book titles in libraries based on borrowing logs. An estimated value for each book was obtained from experiments on data on borrowing 10 books in 14 months. This calculation is taken from the highest estimated value for each book based on the number of books borrowed each month. The higher estimated value of the resulting book indicates that the book is in great demand by users. If the resulting estimated value is low then the book is less popular with users.

Abstract

Kegiatan program kartu prakerja dari mulai pendaftaran hingga pelaksanaan dilakukan dalam website prakerja. Demi menjaga efektivitas website maka perlu dilakukan proses pemeliharaan berdasarkan persepsi pengguna agar memperoleh website yang baik dan proses perkembangan yang selalu update. Ada beberapa hal yang menjadi hambatan dalam pelaksanaan program kartu prakerja yaitu salah satunya ada pada situs website kartu prakerja yang sering terjadi error, Hambatan tersebut yang berakibat hilangnya kesempatan pendaftaran karena waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk akses terlalu lama. Maka dari itu perlu adanya penelitian untuk mengukur kualitas website prakerja.go.id yang memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui adanya kualitas website prakerja terhadap pengguna dan mengetahui adanya hubungan kualitas penggunaan, kualitas informasi, kualitas interaksi layanan terhadap kepuasan pengguna website prakerja. Model yang digunakan yaitu webqual 4.0 dengan menggunakan teknik sampel non probality sampling, sampling purposive, analisis data menggunakan Smart Partial Least Square (SmartPLS). Berdasarkan perhitungan sampel dengan rumus cochran, jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 100 responden. Hasil dari pengujian yaitu, dari 3 hipotesis yang telah diajukan, semua hipotesis memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna.

Abstract

Perusahaan menghadapi tantangan besar dalam industri ritel yang sangat kompetitif untuk memahami perilaku pelanggan dan mengoptimalkan profitabilitas. Salah satu masalah utama adalah ketidakmampuan untuk mengelompokkan pelanggan menurut karakteristik yang relevan. Ketidakmampuan ini menyebabkan strategi pemasaran yang tidak tepat sasaran dan alokasi sumber daya yang tidak efektif. Untuk segmentasi pelanggan, penelitian ini menawarkan solusi dengan menggunakan metode data mining, khususnya metode K-Means Clustering. Dengan menggunakan metode ini, penelitian bertujuan untuk menemukan berbagai segmen pelanggan berdasarkan perilaku pembelian, frekuensi transaksi, dan kontribusi mereka terhadap pendapatan bisnis. Pelanggan dibagi menjadi beberapa segmen berdasarkan data transaksi historis. Kemudian, setiap segmen dianalisis untuk menunjukkan pola pembelian dan nilai ekonomi yang dibawa oleh masing-masing segmen kepada perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa clustering K-Means membantu perusahaan mengatur alokasi sumber daya dan strategi pemasaran lebih tepat sasaran, meningkatkan profitabilitas secara keseluruhan. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa segmentasi pelanggan yang berbasis data sangat penting untuk pengambilan keputusan strategis di industri ritel. Perusahaan ritel dapat meningkatkan kinerja finansial mereka dengan menyasar segmen yang paling menguntungkan melalui penerapan hasil penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem pakar berbasis web yang mampu mendeteksi kerusakan pada neraca digital menggunakan metode forward chaining di PT Sharma Indotama. Sistem ini dikembangkan untuk memfasilitasi teknisi dalam mendiagnosa masalah pada neraca digital dengan lebih cepat dan tepat. Melalui analisis data kerusakan sebelumnya dan konsultasi dengan pakar, sistem ini dapat memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan berdasarkan gejala yang teridentifikasi. Metode forward chaining diterapkan untuk memproses aturan yang ada, dimulai dari fakta awal hingga mencapai kesimpulan akhir. Hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu memberikan diagnosa yang sesuai dengan kondisi aktual, serta mempercepat proses identifikasi kerusakan. Implementasi sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dalam perawatan neraca digital di perusahaan, mengurangi waktu tidak beroperasi, dan menekan biaya perbaikan. Kata Kunci: Sistem Pakar, Deteksi Kerusakan, Neraca Digital, Forward Chaining, Berbasis Web, PT Sharma Indotama Indonesia. This research aims to design a web-based expert system that is able to detect damage to digital balance sheets using the forward chaining method at PT Sharma Indotama. This system was developed to facilitate technicians in diagnosing problems with digital balances more quickly and precisely. Through analysis of previous damage data and consultation with experts, this system can provide recommendations for improvements based on identified symptoms. The forward chaining method is applied to process existing rules, starting from the initial facts until reaching the final conclusion. Test results show that this system is able to provide a diagnosis that is appropriate to actual conditions, as well as speeding up the damage identification process. The implementation of this system is expected to increase efficiency in maintaining digital balance sheets in companies, reduce downtime and reduce repair costs. Abstract

Sistem pakar merupakan salah satu aplikasi dari kecerdasan buatan. Kemampuan sistem pakar untuk menyelesaikan berbagai tugas yang biasa dikerjakan oleh para ahli menjadi daya tarik tersendiri bagi sistem tersebut. Sistem pakar telah digunakan sebagai alat bantu dalam berbagai bidang kehidupan. Salah satu contoh aplikasi yang dapat dibuat yaitu Sistem Pakar Perawatan Wajah (Facial Care) dengan menggunakan metode forward chaining dan bahasa pemograman PHP. Dengan diterapkannya sistem pakar perawatan wajah berbasis web ini dapat memudahkan seseorang untuk berkonsultasi tanpa harus dating lamgsung ke klinik kecantikan. Dan diharapkan dalam proses analisa hasil menjadi lebih cepat dan kesalahan manusia dapat dikurangi. Hasil analisa sistem pakar facial care ini dapat diketahui secara langsung dapat membantu dalam mengetahui tatacara perawatan wajah.
