Abstract

Extruded snack are a product that produce from a tools call extruder by high temperature and short time. Standard quality of extruded snack which required on SNI 01-2886-2000 has not listed odor, taste and colour quantitatively. SNI 01-2886-2000 has not listed yet protein content, calcium content, zinc and total dietary fiber. Improving Indonesian standard for extruded snack advised then the quality of extruded snack will be better. In order to improve Indonesian standard of extruded snack, listing odor, taste and colour quantitatively, protein content, calcium content, zinc, and total dietary fiber as quality atribute on SNI of extruded snack needs others comprehensive researches.

Abstract

In order to prove the method of experiment Differential Scanning Calorimeter equipment from Setaram was valid , it a research about verification of the Setaram method used ASTM method No E-399-402/1992, E-1269-1990 and used standard material Certificate Reference Material Sn, Pb,Zn, and Al. Analysis of heat capacity has been performed using step and continuous method in temperature range 30 oC until 450oC with heating rate 3oC/minute.Result of analysis show that step and continuous method from Setaram was valid for analysis heat capacity of sample Pb, Zn, and Al because the deviation , precision and accuracy obtained can be accepted because the value is appropriate with ASTM, while analysis heat capacity of sample Sn hasn’t valid because the deviation, precision and accuracy obtained is in appropriate with ASTM. From the result of heat capacity and than calculated uncertainty to understand the value of uncertainty experiment of heat capacity sample standard Sn, Pb, Zn dan Al are 9,273;2,597; 4,54 ; 1,423 J/moloC

Abstract

Sebagai Laboratorium Metrologi Nasional, Puslit KIM-LIPI berkewajiban untuk memelihara salah satu besaran kelistrikan yaitu standar tegangan dc 10V. Proses pemeliharaan dilakukan berdasarkan ketertelusuran dan uji banding antar laboratorium metrologi nasional negara lain. Pada proses ketertelusuran dipenuhi dengan mengkalibrasi sel standar 10V ke laboratorium Nasional Australia (NMIA). Sedangkan proses uji banding dilakukan bekerjasama dengan laboratorium nasional Singapura (SPRING). Dari hasil uji banding diperoleh nilai validasi kompetensi berdasarkan nilai En yaitu sebesar –0.25.
