Abstract

The MSME activity carried out by Indo Global Mandiri University students, entitled "Exploring Eneka Rasa Cilok Snacks," is a creative initiative that supports the Student Based Internship Program (MBKM). This activity aims to generate profits through variations in taste in making cilok snacks, which are not only a unique culinary product but also make a positive contribution to the student economy. In developing cilok snacks, students are actively involved in various aspects of the business, including production planning, stock management, marketing, and interaction with local traders to obtain raw materials. Apart from creating additional income opportunities for students, this activity also supports the empowerment of local MSMEs and the preservation of traditional culinary delights. Involvement in MBKM activities provides students with in-depth practical experience in managing small and medium enterprises. Exploration of cilok snacks not only creates a positive economic impact, but also promotes innovation, creativity and understanding of the importance of local economic empowerment. Through this initiative, students not only develop their entrepreneurial skills but also contribute to the formation of community networks around campus. Thus, "Exploring Cilok Eneka Rasa Snacks" is a real example of how student MSME activities can be agents of positive change in supporting local economic growth and providing rich practical experience for participants

Abstract

In facing the ever-growing digital era, Indo Global Mandiri University (UIGM) students, as agents of change, are expected to be able to utilize e-commerce to support the Student-Based Internship Program (MBKM) with a focus on Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This activity, entitled "Exploring E-Commerce MBKM UIGM Students in Supporting the MSME Program," aims to respond to digital business trends and make a positive contribution to local economic development through MSMEs. During the e-commerce exploration process, students actively participate in developing digital solutions and strategies to support MSMEs. The existence of an e-commerce platform is expected to provide added value for MSMEs, increase competitiveness, and expand market reach. The concrete steps involved in this exploration include strategic planning for e-commerce implementation, the development of a website or online trading platform, digital marketing, and performance measurement through data analysis. The application of the MBKM concept helps integrate theoretical learning with practical application, giving students real experience in entrepreneurship. The success of this program is measured through the growth of the MSMEs involved, increased income, and economic empowerment of local communities. Additionally, exploring e-commerce is also an opportunity for students to develop managerial, marketing, and information technology skills that are highly relevant to current market demands.

Abstract

Pancong Cake is a traditional cake originating from Betawi, and the name "Pancong" is derived from the Betawi language. It holds a distinct identity as a traditional Betawi cake. Over time, the Pancong Cake, once only adorned with granulated sugar, now boasts a variety of toppings to stay current with contemporary tastes. Kekinian Pancong Cake is a food establishment with a booth concept that integrates with other modified and innovated traditional food stands. Situated in the Kambang Iwak area of Palembang, South Sumatra, Pancong Kekinian Cake addresses a community service activity. This initiative presents a two-fold solution. The first solution imparts knowledge to Pancong Cake proprietors on how to create a product with the ability to capture a large market through outreach. The second solution provides examples of product strategies as reference material, presented in a relaxed discussion format while enjoying Pancong Cake. The proposed solution involves fostering collaboration between two or more third-party brands (co-branding) to enhance the product image. This, in turn, aims to bolster consumer confidence, potentially resulting in increased profits or added value to products or services resulting from the co-branding. The outcomes of this community service activity will be disseminated in an accredited national journal article. It is hoped that the concept of this activity can be implemented more broadly by Pancong Cake owners to boost sales through effective product strategies.

Abstract

Socialization of the PKM SIA program to Bank Mandiri customers through the MBKM program provides a positive contribution in increasing customer understanding of SIA and its benefits in the banking context. Students who took part in the internship program reported an increase in their understanding of the importance of AIS in supporting sound banking decisions. Several challenges related to the effectiveness of SIA socialization through PKM were also identified, such as time constraints and varying levels of understanding among customers. Therefore, it is recommended that PKM continue to improve their outreach methods, including the use of information and communication technology, as well as holding additional training sessions to ensure that customers can make maximum use of AIS.

Abstract

Effective time management is essential for ensuring project implementation aligns with the planned schedule, and one way to achieve this is through the use of Earned Value Analysis (EVA). EVA is employed to estimate the extent to which a project is progressing according to its work plan. This research aims to analyze the timeline of a road construction project using the Earned Value Analysis Method to estimate the final project completion time on a monthly basis. The methodology employed in this study involves the application of the Earned Value Method over a project duration of 18 months. The importance of the Earned Value Analysis Method lies in its ability to assist both the project owner and implementer in more easily analyzing the project's performance, thereby providing significant benefits for both parties. The study found that the project completion time did not align with the initial project schedule. Specifically, the calculation of the cumulative project completion time was 9 months, whereas the planned duration was 18 months. This indicates a delay of 7 months beyond the planned schedule.

Abstract

In a construction project, preparation work typically includes tasks related to setting up work facilities, conducting field investigations, obtaining permits, and non-structural activities. The Jakarta Sewerage Development Project Zone 1, Package 2, which involves the construction of sewers in Area 1-1, is currently in the preparation phase and is experiencing challenges due to a complex permit process. This has led to minimal progress as the initial project planning did not consider the time needed to secure the necessary permits for implementation. The author is therefore evaluating the project timeline to gauge performance during the preparation phase before actual construction begins. This study utilizes the Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling technique in Microsoft Project to pinpoint critical activities. Upon analysis, it was found that the budget plan for Package 2 of the Jakarta Sewerage Development Project (Zone 1) was detailed and included various work descriptions, with a total budget of IDR 862,292,086,196. However, delays have occurred, resulting in a 17-day setback in the project schedule, necessitating work acceleration. To bring the project duration back in line with the original schedule as per the contract, acceleration was required. This was carried out on the Shaft Construction C-8.1, which was initially set to take 80 days but was shortened to 63 days through time acceleration, incurring a cost of IDR 23,279,288.

Abstract

Provision of Sports Prasarana is an attempt to fulfill the basic rights of the public to obtain services in sports activities, as listed in Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 11 of 2022 concerning Sports 2022. The growing automotive industry is one important sector that significantly contributes to Indonesian economic growth. Based on the Surabaya City for 2021-2026 calls for the creation of an integrated area, with the Gelora Bung Tomo area serving as an international sports center and integrating with the growth of trade and service functions in Surabaya's surrounding areas. The aim of this study is to measure the amount of investment income and revenue limits in an effort to reduce the risks associated with the investment in the circuit. We carry out flow calculations using the Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), and Payback Period (PP) methods, and then analyze the sensitivity. We reviewed the sensitivity analysis based on several parameters, including commercial rent income and circuit management costs. The development of Tomo's Gelora Circuit is sensitive to a loss of income from the rental of business or commercial premises of 8%, which will affect a decline in profit, resulting in a negative net present value (NPV) and prolonging the rate of return. Additionally, it is sensitive to an increase in management costs by 12%.
