Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine student perceptions of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) policy, which intends to create a superior generation with a high level of creativity, inovative ideas, and ready to learn under any conditions. The MBKM policy provides opportunities and freedom for students to choose programs and activities to gain knowledge and a different academic atmosphere, to enrich their knowledge and skills. This research is descriptive quantitative in nature. The respondents in this study were 257 active students of the Unikom Accounting Study Program. The results showed that most students had a good and positive understanding of MBKM policy and the benefit in the forms of improved hard and soft skills, regardless of the challenges. For future advancement, the university needs to continuously socialize and facilitate the University's MBKM policy implementation. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji persepsi mahasiswa atas kegiatan Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) untuk menciptakan generasi unggul dengan kreativitas, ide, inovasi dan siap belajar hal baru. Kebijakan MBKM ini memberikan peluang kepada mahasiswa untuk mengembangkan potensi diri, memilih lingkungan kampus untuk menimba ilmu sehingga untuk menemukan atmosfer akademik yang berbeda untuk memperkaya pengetahuan dan skills. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 257 mahasiswa aktif Program Studi Akuntansi Unikom. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar mahasiswa telah memahami kebijakan dan program MBKM serta manfaatnya dalam memberikan tantangan dan kesempatan bagi mahasiswa untuk pengembangan inovasi, kreativitas, kapasitas, kepribadian, serta terbentuknya hard skills dan soft skills mahasiswa. Untuk pelaksanaan ke depan universitas secara berkesinambungan perlu melakukan sosialisasi dan fasilitasi MBKM dengan lebih intens.

Abstract

The quality of the financial application is highly dependent on the organizational environment in which the information system is used. This concept is in line with the facts found in the field that until now the quality of accounting information system applications used by various companies is still relatively low because they often experience errors and are not well integrated which have an impact on the low quality of accounting information. This study aims to determine whether organizational environmental factors in this case represented by organizational structure and culture still have an influence on the quality of accounting information systems. This research uses the descriptive verification method. The sample size in this study was 30 employees of operational units who use accounting information system applications at state-owned banks with branch offices in Bandung, this study uses primary data collected by distributing questionnaires. Statistical testing used is PLS-SEM and hypothesis testing using PLS 3.0 smart software. The results of this study indicate that there is consistency with the results of previous studies that the increasing implementation of organizational culture has an impact on increasing the quality of accounting information systems, and the more effective organizational structure has an impact on the quality of accounting information systems.

Abstract

The process of making Jumputan cloth is unique. Jumputan is a handicraft made by picking (picking up with your fingers) certain parts of the cloth, then producing a pattern according to the pattern drawn from the process of dyeing natural dyes or textile dyes from tightly tied fabric tied pineapple waste which is useless for use by indigenous peoples As a natural dye to make the color of the cloth used, Pineapple waste is often thrown away immediately. In fact, if it is used as an interesting work, it will benefit the wider community. By making Pineapple waste a beautiful work of art, the price is high. Many people are interested in having it. In addition to being useful again, the results of used Pineapple Limah handicraft products can be a business opportunity. Pineapple is usually made as simple as food to eat with bread, this time pineapple waste is a light and easy to use material, even by using and playing with pineapple waste it can produce interesting works of expensive Jumputan. Not a few people still think that pineapples have a fragile character and are easily rotten, especially not for long, this time it is used for natural dyes for jumputan fabrics.

Abstract

Community empowerment is the existence of equality or equal position between the community and institutions that carry out community empowerment programs, both for men and women. The dynamics that are built are the relation of equality with the development of mechanisms from each other's knowledge, experience, and expertise. Each of them acknowledges each other's strengths and weaknesses so that there is a mutual learning process. Empowerment programs that can stimulate community independence are programs that are participatory, planned, carried out, supervised, and evaluated by the community. But getting to that level requires time and a mentoring process that includes facilitators who have a high commitment to community empowerment. The principle of self-reliance is to respect and prioritize community abilities compared to assistance from other parties. This concept does not view the poor as incapable objects (the save not), but as subjects who have little ability (the have litte). They have the ability to save in-depth knowledge about business problems, know about their environmental conditions, have the workforce and the will and have long-complied social norms. All of these must be explored and used as basic capital for the empowerment process. Assistance from other parties which is material in nature must be seen as a support, so that the provision of assistance does not weaken the level of self-reliance.

Abstract

Traditional culinary is culinary food that has been around for a long time and is difficult to find in other areas. Besides the taste and shape, not everyone can make it so that the taste is different. Lahat is a city located in the province of South Sumatra. The city named Bumi Seganti Setungguan has many special foods and culinary mainstays that are not inferior to other areas in South Sumatra. The Lumpang cake is a traditional cake made from rice flour. This delicious cake with a sweet taste has been around for 80 years and is still popular. This cake is sprinkled with coarsely grated coconut which adds a savory when eating it. This cake, which includes market snacks, is perfect for drinking tea.

Abstract

Purpose: This community service aimed to train generations to preserve the traditional house. Limas is one of the most famous houses among the traditional houses found in Palembang, famous for the patterns, shapes, and density of the art of carving in them along with the sparkling gold perado paint, which means glory and arrangement. Methods: The methods applied were lectures, direct practice, and interviews. Result: The role of government, students and students is crucial in preserving the historical value of the customs of the local community. Conclusion: The community still faces many obstacles that make the value of cultural diversity rarely socialized, even though this historical value is vital and does not exist in provinces outside Palembang.

Abstract

Disclosure of carbon emissions (Carbon Emission Disclosure) is a voluntary disclosure of carbon emissions resulting from the company's production process. This research itself aims to obtain empirical evidence about competition, profit growth and environmental performance on the disclosure of carbon emissions of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2015-2018 period. The method applied to measure the extent of disclosure of carbon emissions adopted from the check list developed based on the request sheet obtained from the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP). The results of this study indicate that competition, profit growth and environmental performance have no effect on Carbon Emission Disclosure.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to facilitate village-owned enterprises in developing newly initiated businesses, one of which is the rental of a futsal field. From the business process built, members, plan to accelerate the system by utilizing information system technology and comply with financial accounting standards for micro, small, and medium enterprises. To support the manufacture of this system, the method used is the prototype method with the stages of communication, planning, modelling, development, and deployment. Based on the research results by futsal field operators, the level of accounting knowledge is still low, especially accounting knowledge for micro, small and medium entities. To assist and facilitate operators in making financial reports according to standards, the development of a web-based futsal field rental application helps accelerate the business processes of Village-Owned Enterprises, digitally documenting processes, and making financial reports according to financial accounting standards for micro, small and medium enterprises.DOI: https://doi.org/10.26905/afr.v4i2.5995

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat desa dalam mengolah limbah lingkungan dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya alam atau limbah-limbah yang disekitar. Serta memberikan pelatihan kepada masyarakat di Kecamatan Bayung Lencir, Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin, Sumatera Selatan dalam menciptakan ide kreatif dalam membuat produk inovatif pelepah pinang. Pada metode pelaksanan terdiri dari tahapan kegiatan sosialisasi, pengajaran, aplikasi, dan evaluasi. Pada tahapan sosialisasi diberikan Pelatihan di tanah lapangan penduduk setempat, pada tahapan pengajaran diberikan pengetahuan Pengolahan limbah Pelepah Pinang. Tahapan ketiga diberikan pelatihan inovasi produk kreatif atau menciptakan sebuah produk inovatif. tahap akhir adalah tahapan evaluasi, dimana diberikan pemahaman dan solusi pengembangan produk baru. Indikator pelaksanaan berupa Kuesioner pre-test dan post-test serta kemampuan dan tingkat pemahaman dalam menguasi pangsa pasar dan penghasilan dari pengolahan limbah. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menghasilkan sebuah pengetahuan dan keterampilan bagi masyarakat serta produk inovasi pengelolaan pelepah pinang yang merupakan hasil kreatifitas serta ide masyarakat Muba sebagai produk yang ramah lingkungan dan layak dipasarkan di dunia.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi di daerah pedesaan membutuhkan perhatian serius dan partisipasi holistik antara lembaga pemerintah desa, Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDES), bisnis industri rumah tangga (UMKM). Desa Pagerwangi adalah salah satu desa potensial di provinsi Jawa Barat, tetapi kondisi yang dihadapi saat ini, desa tersebut memiliki kendala dalam mengoptimalkan potensi desanya, yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya penggunaan teknologi informasi dan kurangnya sumber daya manusia yang kompeten dalam mengelola organisasi bisnisnya. Kondisi ini jika dibiarkan tidak terkendali tentu akan berdampak pada ekonomi desa yang tidak optimal dan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa. Salah satu upaya yang diambil adalah meningkatkan kompetensi sumber daya manusia melalui penggunaan informasi dan kemajuan teknologi. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat yang kami lakukan adalah salah satu solusi untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang dihadapi dalam mendukung kesuksesan bisnis di Desa Pagerwangi. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui sosialisasi dan konseling, demonstrasi dan pelatihan, serta pendampingan kepada mitra, yaitu: manajer Bumdes, pengusaha industri rumah tangga (UMKM), Pemberdayaan Kesejahteraan keluarga. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat yang dilakukan antara kegiatan sibuk masyarakat desa dan dilakukan dengan pendekatan persuasif sehingga interaksi dengan target lebih mudah dilakukan dan alih pengetahuan serta peningkatan kompetensi berjalan sesuai dengan harapan. Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan pengabdian serta pengamatan tim menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi SDM di Desa Pagerwangi telah meningkat dan penduduk desa umumnya antusias untuk berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan ini. Kegiatan PPMUPT ini terbukti dapat meningkatkan kompetensi SDM manajemen organisasi dan manajemen organisasi serta menunjukkan perbaikan organisasi bisnis menuju proses keberhasilan.
