Abstract

Educational autonomy grants schools greater authority to independently manage resources, policies, and operations as a result of post-reform education decentralization. This study aims to analyze the forms of autonomy within school leadership, the opportunities and challenges that arise, and their impact on educational quality. The method employed is a systematic literature review by examining studies from the last five years related to educational autonomy, school leadership autonomy, and education decentralization. The findings indicate that autonomy enables schools to be more adaptive to local needs through flexible curriculum management, human resource management, and financial administration. The success of autonomy implementation is strongly influenced by the principal’s leadership competence, particularly transformational leadership that fosters innovation, participation, and collaboration among school members. However, obstacles such as resource disparities, limited managerial capacity, regional budget constraints, and low community involvement remain major challenges. Overall, educational autonomy has the potential to improve school quality when supported by strong leadership, clear regulations, and adequate resource readiness.

Abstract

Kopi Om, a coffee shop located in Surakarta, is a culinary business with significant market potential. Kopi Om has utilized social media for promotion and customer communication. However, its use of social media alone is considered suboptimal due to limitations in presenting comprehensive and structured information, such as a business profile, menu list, and integrated ordering access. Furthermore, the lack of an official website has resulted in the business's image being less than optimal as a professional brand in the digital age. To address these issues, an official website is needed to serve as a digital information and promotional tool for Kopi Om. This website is expected to display the coffee shop's profile, menu, and provide a direct ordering link to the online ordering service. With a website, customers can obtain information more clearly and quickly, and be directed directly to the ordering service without having to search for information through various separate platforms.

Abstract

Taman wisata Jantipark merupakan salah satu taman wisata yang ada di kecamatan Polanharjo, Klaten yang dikelola BUMDes. Taman wisata ini merupakan wisata wahana air yang menyediakan kolam renang anak dan seluncuran. Saat ini tingkat persaingan di lokasi wisata sangat pesat dikarenakan banyak tempat wisata sejenis yang letaknnya berdekata. Sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan dan mempertahankan pengunjung pihak managemen telah membentuk  tim digital marketing, namun dalam pelaksanaan tim ini hanya memposting materi marketing 1 kali dalam satu minggu. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka kegiatan pengabdian memberikan pelatihan perencanaan produksi konten marketing, melakukan promosi, dan mengevaluasi hasil dari penyebaram konten. Metode yang dipakai adalah ceramah, tanya jawab, diskusi. Sebagai alat ukur menggunakan pretest dan posttest. Hasil akhir menunjukan peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan peserta, serta jumlah konten proosi naik 3 kali perminggu

Abstract

Program Kompetisi Kampus Berdampak membawa kami untuk melakukan magang di SD Alternatif Muhammadiyah 1 di Kota Magelang. Selama magang ini, kami mempelajari tantangan yang dihadapi oleh lingkungan sekolah, khususnya perubahan iklim, yang membuat sekolah terasa gersang dan tidak nyaman. Kondisi ini disebabkan oleh lokasi sekolah yang berada di pusat kota dan kurangnya ruang hijau. Sebagai peserta magang, kami bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi terhadap masalah-masalah ini. Berkoordinasi dengan Kepala Sekolah, kami menerapkan inisiatif penghijauan dengan mengangkat isu pengendalian iklim dengan judul “Penghijauan dalam Kerangka Pengendalian Iklim dan Mewujudkan Sekolah Adiwiyata.” Program ini dilaksanakan melalui sosialisasi dengan Dinas Lingkungan Hidup setempat, pelatihan penanaman sebelum praktik lapangan, dan pendampingan rutin. Program ini menghasilkan tiga hasil utama: penghijauan melalui tanaman likuanyu, gambar mural sebagai sarana mengajak siswa untuk belajar bagaimana menjaga dan mengendalikan iklim, dan tindak lanjut program rumah kaca untuk mendukung ketahanan pangan mandiri. Hasilnya mendapat respons positif dari pihak sekolah, yang merasa didukung dalam meningkatkan iklim sekolah, dan dari Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup Republik Indonesia, yang mendukung keberlanjutan program ini.

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas anggota Himpunan Mahasiswa Sains dan Teknologi (UKM SAINTEK) melalui pelatihan eco-print berbasis pembelajaran partisipatif. Kegiatan ini dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yang melibatkan observasi, wawancara, lokakarya praktik, dan dokumentasi. Sebanyak 60 peserta mengikuti program ini, terdiri dari anggota UKM dan mahasiswa Pendidikan Matematika. Pelatihan mencakup pemahaman teoritis dan implementasi praktis teknik eco-print, termasuk persiapan kain, pencucian, mordan, penataan motif, penguapan, dan penyelesaian. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan peserta tentang prinsip pewarna alami, keterampilan teknis dalam produksi eco-print, dan kesadaran akan inovasi tekstil ramah lingkungan. Peserta berhasil memproduksi kain eco-print dengan motif alami dan memahami potensi ekonominya sebagai produk kreatif berkelanjutan. Program ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan eco-print secara efektif mengintegrasikan sains, seni, dan kesadaran lingkungan sekaligus memperkuat pemanfaatan sumber daya lokal dan kompetensi kewirausahaan berkelanjutan di kalangan mahasiswa.

Abstract

The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education is accelerating rapidly. However, the increasingly accessible use of AI without adequate digital literacy risks encouraging instant learning patterns that can weaken students' critical thinking skills. This community service activity aims to improve the digital literacy and independent learning skills of students at SMPN 11 Samarinda through the utilization of Google NotebookLM as a grounded AI. The activity was implemented using participatory and learning-by-doing methods, which were divided into three main stages namely an introduction to basic AI concepts, education on the ethical use of AI, and hands-on practice in using NotebookLM. The evaluation of students' comprehension was measured using a post-test instrument at the end of the activity to obtain an accurate picture of their actual understanding post-training. The results of this activity indicate a positive response and an increase in students' understanding of basic AI concepts, their ability to operate NotebookLM, and the growth of digital ethics awareness. Furthermore, this activity successfully produced a digital learning module that can be used as an alternative guide for continuous learning at the school.

Abstract

UMKM Depot Air Embun Lawu Solo faced challenges in promoting its products and delivering comprehensive business information to the public. This community service activity aimed to improve the UMKM’s digital marketing through the development of a website and company profile video. The program was implemented using a participatory approach consisting of needs assessment, website development, video production, and user assistance. The resulting website provides information on business profiles, products, services, contact details, and location, while the profile video presents information in an attractive audiovisual format. The implementation of these digital media has expanded marketing reach, improved public access to information, and strengthened the competitiveness of the UMKM in the digital era.

Abstract

Abstract The low level of financial literacy in the community and the increasing use of online loans are challenges that can impact the economic well-being of families, particularly in rural areas. This condition is also experienced by the community of Padarama Village, Ciawigebang District, Kuningan Regency, who still have limitations in financial management, simple financial record-keeping, and understanding the risks of online loans. This community service activity aims to improve financial literacy and foster wiser financial behavior through the Smart Financial Village program. The methods used include outreach, education and training, implementation of simple digital-based financial record-keeping, mentoring, evaluation, and community formation as an effort to sustain the program. The innovation implemented utilizes a simple spreadsheet, a financial habit tracker, and WhatsApp as a means of education and mentoring. The expected results are increased community understanding of financial management, the development of household budgets, increased savings habits, and a reduced risk of unwise use of online loans. This program is expected to become a model for community empowerment capable of achieving sustainable financial independence.

Abstract

The rapid growth of the digital economy requires Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to adapt, yet many suburban traders face low digital financial literacy and high technology anxiety. This community service program aimed to accelerate digital transformation and financial inclusion for MSMEs in Mojoagung District, Jombang Regency, through the implementation of the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS). The program employed a participatory approach consisting of three systematic phases: preparation, implementation (mass socialization and on-the-spot technical assistance), and monitoring evaluation. A total of 58 MSME actors participated in this program, exceeding the initial estimation. The success of the program was measured quantitatively through pre-test and post-test instruments, alongside the physical deployment of merchant accounts. The evaluation results demonstrated a significant breakthrough, with the cumulative average score of digital financial literacy increasing from 28.25% to 87%. Furthermore, 49 participants successfully registered their official QRIS merchant accounts on-site and received physical acrylic barcode placards for immediate daily trade operations. While structural challenges such as cellular network fluctuations within the traditional market and administrative synchronization delays with the central civil registry occurred, they were effectively mitigated through manual mutation verification training. In conclusion, this intensive intervention successfully eliminated psychological resistance regarding transaction fees, enhanced cash management efficiency, and established a foundation for digital financial ecosystems among suburban traders.

Abstract

The community of Plosokerep Hamlet, Gondangrejo, Karanganyar, possesses a rich tradition of local performing arts but lacks a cohesive visual identity in the form of a signature village batik motif for ceremonial attire. This Community Service Program (PkM) aims to assist the community in designing a local visual icon based on native flora—specifically the leaves of the ploso tree (Butea monosperma)—leading to the creation of the "Ploso Joyo" batik motif. The methodology employed a participatory action approach involving sensing identification, visual stylization sketching, manual cap stamp crafting, and stamped batik production. The results demonstrate the establishment of a distinctive batik motif that has been successfully utilized for theatrical costumes, community event uniforms, and secured Copyright protection (HKI). This program effectively strengthens local empowerment and sustains community cultural identity.
