Abstract

This study aims to gain a deep understanding of the various aspects relevant to the halal nature of food products produced by small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The research method employed is a literature study, involving the collection of data or information from various sources such as books, journals, and websites. The findings suggest that the analysis of business feasibility studies in the development of SMEs food products must ensure the halal status of the products. SMEs in the food sector must implement various production practices that meet the applicable halal standards. Based on the research, it can be concluded that in the context of SMEs business in the food sector. Product halalness is a very important factor in determining business feasibility and sustainability. External factors such as regulations, access to halal certification, and internal factors such as production management have a major influence on the business viability of SMEs. Strict regulations related to product halalness require SMEs to comply with set standards, wich can affect production costs and overall operational processes. This research hopes to provide recommendations that can help SMEs overcome challenges and enhance their business viability in producing halal and high-quality food products.

Abstract

With the growing and sophisticated technology of the current technology supported by Pandemi Covid-19, people are accustomed to utilizing technology to help daily activities, one of which is in terms of payments commonly called digital wallets or e-wallet. Therefore, this study aims to find out, analyze and explain the factors that influence consumer interest in using e-wallet, especially UINSU students. The research used is descriptive data processing, namely recording the results of interviews or observations supported by secondary data, and qualitative analysis through analysis of 10 respondents. The results of this study found that comfort, safety, promotion, features, new technology experiences, and promotions have a positive and significant effect on the interest in the use of digital wallets among students.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of local economic policies on the growth of furniture MSMEs in Sampang Regency. As an important sector in the local economy, furniture MSMEs contribute to employment and community income. Through a qualitative descriptive method, data was collected from interviews, observations, and literature studies. The results show that local economic policies have significant positive impacts, such as increased access to financing, production capacity, and market expansion. However, challenges such as bureaucracy and dependence on subsidies were also found. Enabling factors such as infrastructure, raw materials, and financial support play an important role. The case studies point to innovation and technology as keys to success. This research recommends improved policies and collaboration between the government, private sector, and community to support the growth of furniture MSMEs.

Abstract

In the ever-growing digital era, companies face new challenges and opportunities in the field of marketing. Digital marketing transformation has become important to remain competitive and relevant in the global market. This article discusses various effective marketing transformation strategies in the digital era, including the use of social media, search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, and data analysis. Through case studies and literature analysis, it was found that the integration of digital technology not only improves operational efficiency but also allows companies to better understand and meet customer needs. The conclusion of this research shows that companies that are successful in digital marketing transformation are those that are able to adapt new technology, manage data effectively, and continuously innovate in their marketing approach. This article provides practical guidance for marketers to design and implement adaptive and sustainable digital strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effect of customer reviews, live video streaming, free shipping, and discounts on product purchasing decisions in Tiktok Shop, especially among teenagers in Palalang Village, Pakong District, Pamekasan Regency. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that positive reviews increased purchasing interest, while negative reviews reduce purchase interest. Live video streaming, free shipping, and discounts are proven to be a significant factor in increasing purchasing decisions. Customer satisfaction plays an important role in influencing purchasing decisions and customer loyalty. This study concluded that an effective marketing strategy at Tiktok Shop can increase customer satisfaction and purchasing decisions, which in turn supports the success of online business.
