Kinerja pegawai merupakan faktor terpenting dalam mensukseskan kinerja instansi. Biasanya dikaitkan dengan budaya organisasi dan kompensasi. Yayasan Wakaf Selamat Rahayu (YWSR) merupakan sebuah payung lembaga pendidikan di Kendal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas budaya organisasi dan kompensasi dalam menjaga kinerja karyawan YWSR. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 74 karyawan Yayasan. Analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur, Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner melibatkan semua Karyawan Yayasan Wakaf Selamat Rahayu yang terdiri dari guru, dosen dan tenaga pendidikan. Dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan (secara parsial). Dan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kompensasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja (simultan).

THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THINK-PAIR-SHARE STRATEGY ON GRAMMAR SKILL OF SIMPLE PAST IN EIGHT GRADER STUDENTS JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL OF RAUDLATUL ULUM GONDANGLEGI Kholilur Rohman; Hanif Maulaniam Sholah

Effective strategy is very important to conduct by teacher in order to improve performance and quality of teaching and learning process. The investigation of using Think pair share technique to teach simple present tense has been conducted by some researchers. However, This research investigates teaching Simple Past using Think Pair Share Technique in eight grade of Junior High School of Raudlatul Ulum Gondanglegi. The aim is to know whether Think pair Share effects to the students score or not. This research uses a Quantitative Research, especially applies one group Pre-Experimental design. This research consists of pre-test and post-test for one group only. The effectiveness of the instructional treatment is measured by comparing average score of the pretest and the post test. The result found that based on the SPSS computation, the value of t- test is -793. It can be said that the null hypothesis is rejected. Then the significant difference found is 0,435 which means over than 0,05. So, the null hypothesis is rejected. Therefore, there is nothing difference between the students ability on before and after taught using TPS. So, it can be concluded that TPS is not effective yet in eight grader Junior High School students of Raudlatul Ulum Gondanglegi in writing skill especially for teaching Simple Past. This study aims to gain a deep understanding of the various aspects relevant to the halal nature of food products produced by small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The research method employed is a literature study, involving the collection of data or information from various sources such as books, journals, and websites. The findings suggest that the analysis of business feasibility studies in the development of SMEs food products must ensure the halal status of the products. SMEs in the food sector must implement various production practices that meet the applicable halal standards. Based on the research, it can be concluded that in the context of SMEs business in the food sector. Product halalness is a very important factor in determining business feasibility and sustainability. External factors such as regulations, access to halal certification, and internal factors such as production management have a major influence on the business viability of SMEs. Strict regulations related to product halalness require SMEs to comply with set standards, wich can affect production costs and overall operational processes. This research hopes to provide recommendations that can help SMEs overcome challenges and enhance their business viability in producing halal and high-quality food products.

Introduction: Smoking is very detrimental from an economic point of view, especially for smokers who do not have their own source of income, because they spend a lot of money just to consume it. Due to their resistance to harmful substances, smoking becomes more dangerous for people who are close to smokers, also known as passive smokers, who inhale their cigarette smoke without a filter. Objective: The aim of this study is to determine the knowledge of the dangers of smoking in student at the Madura State Polytechnic. Method: The type of research used in this research was descriptive research using a survey research design. The population in this study were students who smoked at the Madura State Polytechnic. The sampling technique in this study used simple random sampling of 89. This study used one variable, namely a description of the negative impact of smoking on students. This research was carried out on May 4 2024. Data collection in this research was carried out by giving a questionnaire in the form of a g-form, then data processing was carried out in the form of editing, scoring, coding, tabulating and interpreting. Data analysis in this study used descriptive (percentage). Results: The research results show that the majority of respondents have sufficient knowledge about the negative impact of smoking on Madura State Polytechnic students. Conclusion: Knowledge and attitudes can influence smoking habits in teenagers. Cigarettes are very dangerous for teenagers' health because smoking is the same as introducing dangerous substances that have negative effects into the body.

This research analyzes the strategic steps that Indonesia can take in facing foreign debt challenges from a political-economic perspective. Indonesia's foreign debt has become an important issue in recent decades, with its impact not only on economic stability, but also in the domestic and international political context. Using a political economy theory approach, this research seeks to explain the interaction between economic policy, political interests and global dynamics in debt management. This research finds that an effective debt management strategy requires a combination of disciplined fiscal policy, strong economic diplomacy, and diversification of financing sources. Through these steps, Indonesia can minimize the risk of dependence on foreign debt and increase economic independence.

This study aims to determine how the implementation of the Project Based Learning model can improve students' learning activities in the subject of Islamic Cultural History. The method used in this study is qualitative with a case study approach. The subjects of the study were grade X students. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed descriptively through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Project Based Learning model can significantly improve students' learning activities. This is indicated by the increasing involvement of students in various stages of learning, starting from project planning, group discussions, information searches, to presentations of work results. Students become more enthusiastic, actively ask questions, discuss, and are able to develop creative solutions to learning tasks. The implication of this study is the importance of the role of teachers as facilitators in creating active and meaningful learning. The implementation of the Project Based Learning model is able to create a fun learning environment and motivate students to be directly involved in the learning process. These results are expected to encourage educators to adopt a similar approach in improving the quality of learning in various other subjects.
