Ngajum Gunung Kawi Village Malang Regency East Java there are many home industries of bamboo cutting production. The expansion marketing is resulted the workers in over time to process of cutting bamboo. The process of cutting bamboo is done manually, so it takes a long production time, high risk of work accidents, and more labors. The training conducted in collaboration with Partners to solve problems that faced by Partners, among others, training the use of automatic bamboo cutting tools, training and assistance of automatic equipment maintenance in bamboo cutting, as well as training and management assistance in bamboo cutting production. Tools made include bamboo cutting tools as a substitute for the process of manual cutting and bamboo smoothing tool after bamboo cut in the final stage. The design of the two tools can provide renewal of science in terms of science and technology, the implementation of microcontroller as a tool controller, minimize work accidents during bamboo cutting production, and optimize the production results in terms of production time. Production results increased after using the automatic bamboo cutting and bamboo smoothing tool, which is 25 kg / day to 100kg / day.

STMIK STIKOM Indonesia is one of Information Technology University of Bachelor Degree's in Bali. It is concerned on providing the ultimate service for the students. The comfortable of students can be achieved through the information services of lecturing and student activities are provided by campus. Student activity is the most important activity in order to support student soft skills, and to fulfill graduation requirements of participation credit Score, it is shortened by SKP. Problems that occur at this time recording student activities and the use of space is still done manually by using the blackboard, when it is carried out during the lecturing schedules, so that there are constraints on the use of room activities. The results of this study is an application that can provide kemudahaan in managing activities and use of space and facilitate students to obtain information on student affairs activities on campus

Hospital facility booking application is an application that is expected to facilitate the patients for the process of booking facilities provided by the hospital. Making this application is based because of the many users of smartphones and tablets. Applications are made so that patients can access information or make reservations facilities wherever and whenever. In the application there are several features that can facilitate the user in getting the ease without having to go to the hospital in the order process. The process of designing web administrators and Applications using MVC Mechanisms is a separate application development system, the main Component that builds applications such as data manipulation (Model), user interface (View), and control sections (Controller) in web applications. Implementation MVC (Model View Controller) with CodeIgniter Framework, making the system on the application becomes easier to be developed by the next developer. Application creation on smartphones is created using Ionic Framework with basic PHP, JavaScript Framework AngularJS, and Node.js. After going through the testing process that has been done, the application is made to display information in the form of polyclinic schedule as well as the name of the doctor, make reservations at the clinic provided by the hospital, bookings for inpatient, and know the amount of bills to be paid, to communication features with the home sick to get the desired information and survey results to application users show the satisfaction level of 80.13%.

Artificial Neural Network and data time series can use for good forecasting method. Artificial Neural Network is a method whose working principle is adapted from mathematical models in humans or biological neural.Neural networks are characterized by; (1)pattern of connections between the neurons(called architecture), (2)determine the weight of the connection (called training or learning), and (3)activation function.The objective of this research is to get the best artificial neural network architecture, compare two method of Backpropagation Artificial Neural Network with Radial Basis Function Artificial Neural Network (RBF).This research is a research using actual data (true experimental). This research was conducted at Wijaya Putra University Surabaya, using secondary data obtained from 2012 to 2016.The result of the research shows that there is a difference between RBF ANN method and the method of Backpropagation ANN, obtained statistical index of RBF ANN, MAE = 0.0074, RMSE = 0.0096, error = 12.6532%. Statistical index of Backpropagation ANN, MAE = 0.2129, RMSE = 0, 2752, error = 13.3217%.

Increasing the waste volume is proportional to the increase in consumption and the increase of Malang residents who average of 0.73 percent every year. The data shows that there is a 150% increase in waste volume in 2015 in TPAS Talangagung. Zone 1 TPAS Talangagung as a landfill zone managed by sanitary landfill method with a capacity of 59,500 M3. Modeling and simulation are done by using system dynamics approach. The simulation results show that the accumulation of waste in 2015 and 2016 exceeds the capacity of zones by 7 percent that can be moved in other landfill zones. The predicted results in the development of validated models indicate that the results of accumulated waste in 2021 and 2022 have exceeded the zone capacity up to 201.9%. This suggests that waste management for the year requires two zones of 0.7 ha. Waste on landfill should be kept for about 4 to 7 months to degrade organic waste into compost. The composted waste can be used for agriculture and the zones can be filled with new organic waste.

Policy for Information Technology (IT) implementation on Higher Ed. Institution should be supported by an analysis about the impact of IT Implementation on Higher Ed. Institution Productivity. IT Implementation tends to be a trend for nowadays Institution, where almost all of them are doing IT Implementation without cares for the high cost and resources spent on it. Which result will be a failure in IT investment because of a rash policy and decision for IT Implementation made by institution board director.IT Productivity Paradox is a relatively new perspective in IT Governance which purpose is to identify the contribution of IT to productivity. The natures of IT Implementation are high cost and plenty of people involved in it, which raise a question for policymaker whether cost and resource allocated for IT Implementation, is a success or a failure investment. The purpose of this research is to develop a conceptual model that explain all variable which impacted IT Implementation on increasing Productivity of Higher Ed. Institution by using direct and indirect approaches. We hope by using this model, Institution board director will be able to avoid and minimized the failure of IT Implementation investment or prevent the happenings of IT Productivity Paradox.

The Selection of forums for students to find a quality forum and can answer their problems that they face about the theme of the lecture is not easy. Generally, students or users face confusion with the many variations of forums on the internet media. In this study, the decision support system designed the selection of student forums in providing the best forum selection solution. The method used in this case study is Weighted Product with the criteria used are the date of posting, the number of answers (answer), the number of people who see (views) and ranking from the Alexa site. Test results from the application are able to select the best alternative for forum selection. In this case, the alternative is the recommendation of the forum that will be recommended to the students based on the weighting of the criteria specified. In general, the results of the four tests wirh verification and validation testing can be concluded that the recommended forum is in accordance with the weighting that is done with the value of accuracy of 100%.

This research makes a method to represent in real time the duration of the wave of each cycle of the electrocardiograph record (hereinafter abbreviated EKG) discrete data. Wave data in the form of graphic results, processed through digital signal processing so that the wave results obtained in the form of discrete data and can be processed back into graph data. The duration of time between peak R to peak R is used as the time period of each cycle. The half-step backward shift of HR is the wave end of the previous cycle in the form of an app display so anyone can apply and view virgin medical records in real time with discrete data input data. Discrete data from MIT-BIH and self-measurement results are used as data to obtain the number of cycles in the ECG recording, the R position of each cycle, the duration of each cycle, and the heart rate by using the MATLAB software application. The result of research is the recording data of EKG result that is stored no longer in the form of picture but discrete data, which can be displayed in real time.

Pada akhir studi, setiap mahasiswa pada semua jenjang perguruan tinggi negeri maupun swasta diwajibkan untuk menyelesaikan tugas akhir sebagai syarat mahasiswa dinyatakan lulus. Dalam proses pengerjaan tugas akhir tidak jarang mahasiswa mengalami banyak kesulitan untuk menentukan topik dan judul penelitian. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sebuah metode yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu mahasiswa dalam memilih topik tugas akhir yang sesuai dengan nilai mata kuliah yang didapatkan. Fuzzy Inference System (FIS) Tsukamoto adalah salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk pengambilan keputusan dengan banyak atribut atau kriteria. Oleh karena itu, pada penelitian ini digunakan FIS Tsukamoto untuk menentukan topik judul tugas akhir mahasiswa. Atribut yang digunakan sebagai kriteria input adalah nilai matakuliah prasyarat tugas akhir yaitu nilai mata kuliah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Pengolahan Citra dan Pola (PCP), Computer Network 1, Computer Network 2, Keamanan Jaringan, Data Mining dan Sistem Pakar. Ada 4 output topik judul tugas akhir yang digunakan yaitu Sistem Cerdas, Jaringan Komputer, Bio Informatic dan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK). Dengan menggunakan data nilai tersebut akan dimodelkan metode untuk menentukan topik tugas akhir yang sesuai dengan nilai yang didapat. Pengujian yang dilakukan dengan membandingkan rangking hasil prediksi dengan rangking data aktual pada 100 data nilai mahasiswa menggunakan uji korelasi rank Spearman. Nilai korelasi rank Spearman dari hasil pengujian yaitu sebesar 0,998. Jika ditinjau dari tabel korelasi rank Spearman hasil tersebut masuk kategori sangat baik.

Mobile banking BRI merupakan salah satu layanan e-banking yang ditawarkan oleh Bank sehingga dapat mempermudah nasabah dalam bertransaksi kapanpun dan dimanapun selama 24 jam penuh dan dapat diakses melalui smartphone. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi minat seseorang dalam menggunakan layanan mobile banking BRI. Faktor-faktor tersebut dapat dipengaruhi oleh Facilitating Conditions, Performance Expectancy, Social Influence, Effort Expetancy, Perceived Credibility, Perceived Financial Cost, Perceived Self Efficacy. Model penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Tehcnology). Pengumpulan data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 120 responden yang menggunakan layanan mobile banking BRI. Teknik pengambilan sample yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah convenience sampling dan untuk pengolahan data menggunakan statistik deskriptif untuk mengetahui persebaran dan pemusatan jawaba responden dan Uji Korelasi Kendal Tau (t). Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa minat seseorang dalam menggunakan layanan mobile banking BRI dipengaruhi oleh Perceived Financial Cost, Facilitating Conditions, Performance Expectancy, Perceived Self Efficacy, Social Influence, Effort Expetancy.
