Penyajian laporan-laporan informasi persediaan barang disajikan dalam bentuk tabel akan lebih jelas dan akurat bila dibandingkan dengan laporan yang sebelumnya hanya dibuat dengan cara manual yang mempunyai tingkat kesalahan yang tinggi. agar dapat sekiranya mempermudah dalam penyediaan informasi yang berhubungan dengan data-data persediaan barang-barang. perancangan aplikasinya, digunakan bahasa pemrograman visual basic 6.0 yang bertujuan agar lebih mudah dimengerti oleh pemakai (User).

Abstract

Advertising and public relations is one of the student new admissions marketing strategy at campus STIKI Malang. Both strategies are used to be on target with increasingly changing technological changes and developments that are balanced by the increasing level of competition among educational institutions. Media marketing is expected to contribute to the institution's image and selection decisions for students. This study is intended to address the following issues: (1) How does advertising influence the institutional image? (2) What is the influence of public relations on the institution's image? (3) How does advertising influence student decisions in choosing where to study? (4) How is the influence of the PR on the decision of the student in choosing the place of further study? (5) How does the institution's image influence the student's decision in choosing the place of further study? The research method used is descriptive quantitative by using questionnaires and interview instruments. Respondents in this study are all students STIKI Malang force 2016 as many as 250 people in four courses namely Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Information Management and Visual Communication Design.

Abstract

Dalam penyajian informasi yang efektif dan efisien, diperlukan sebuah media yang dapat menampilkan informasi dengan ringkas sehingga dapat dengan mudah untuk dimengerti. Informasi hasil penilaian ujian pada Perguruan Tinggi Raharja kini dapat dengan mudah diakses oleh dosen pengampu mata kuliah, kepala jurusan dan mahasiswa melalui Pen+ (Penilaian Plus). Namun proses penyajian informasi dengan Pen+ (Penilaian Plus) masih menggunakan tabel, sehingga kurang sesuai dengan kemajuan teknologi saat ini. Dalam karya ilmiah ini, akan dijelaskan mengenai metode dengan 7 (tujuh) langkah yang digunakan untuk mengatasi 5 (lima) permasalahan, serta 2 (dua) solusi yaitu diterapkannya grafik Highcharts dan Google Charts. Keunggulan dari Pen+ (Penilaian Plus) adalah dapat diakses melalui website ataupun mobile, serta terdapat juga keunggulan lainnya yaitu mengurangi penggunaan kertas sehingga dapat membantu pekerjaan dosen dalam melakukan penilaian. Dengan diterapkannya grafik sebagai media penyaji informasi pada Pen+ (Penilaian Plus), mengakibatkan dosen pengampu mata kuliah, kepala jurusan dan mahasiswa dapat mengetahui perihal nilai perkuliahan dengan lebih mudah. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan grafik Highcharts dan Google Charts mampu meningkatkan mutu dan mengatasi permasalahan yang terdapat dalam Pen+ (Penilaian Plus).

Abstract

The Consumer Price Index (CPI) is an index number that measures the average price of goods and services consumed by households. CPI is often used to measure the inflation rate of a country and also as a consideration for the adjustment of salaries, wages, pensions, and other contracts. The purpose of this research is to provide a future picture to the government in providing a policy that will come. The data used in this final project is the Consumer Price Index (CPI) in Indonesia from January 2010 to December 2016. From the CPI data from January 2010 to December 2016, a continuous improvement process in the latest forecasting object emphasizing on the decline of Priority exponential on the older object experiences. From the data plot, including the type of data trend, the more suitable method is using double exponential smoothing. To do the forecasting test is done by calculating the percentage error and the mean absolute percentage error. After going through the process of forecasting using double exponential smoothing method, the result of forecasting Consumer Price Index (CPI) in Indonesia in January 2017 is 127.24 at alpha 0.9 with MAPE(Mean Absolute Percentage Error) 1.24. The smallest MAPE between alpha will be used as a forecast.

Abstract

Raharja Internet cafe (RIC) is a service place at Perguruan Tinggi Raharja which is dedicated to help the lecture activities of Perguruan Tinggi Raharja Students. Reports on the sale of goods on the RIC is information that is needed for smooth business. But RIC still uses Microsoft Excel to do input reporting, which report can not be saved automatically to enable the data being input is lost, then when will give sales report to the manager must be printed / printout first, of course this is not effective because it will lead to paper buildup. Therefore, it is necessary to use RinfoApps RinfoSheet, a number and data processing facility where users are able to create and share data on the web and can be accessed anywhere and anytime, either via computer, smartphone or tablet. In this research, found 2 (two) problems in the existing system and supported by 4 (four) research method that is observation method, analysis, literature study and implementation. The final result of the research is making the sales report can be done online and the report will be stored automatically, and can be shared so it does not need to print reports to be given to the manager.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find the best algorithm in making predictions of students' graduation from 4 algorithms: Naive Bayes Algorithm, Decision Tree (C4.5), k-Nearest Neighbor (kNN), Neural Network based Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) as references to make policies and academic acts (BAAK) in reducing students who graduated late and did not pass. The results show that PSO-k-Nearest Neighbor (k-NN) algorithm based on k-optimum = 19 has the best performance of 4 algorithms, with Accuracy = 74,08% and Area Under the Curve (AUC) = 0,788. The addition of the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) feature always increases the accuracy value, where the highest accuracy value lies in the Decision Tree Algorithm (C4.5) of 5.21%, the lowest on the Naive Bayes Algorithm of 2.13%.

Abstract

Tidak menentunya pola curah hujan mengakibatkan petani apel menjadi kesulitan dalam menentukan waktu pembungaan yang mengakibatkan hasil panen apel menjadi tidak maksimal. Banyak metode yang digunakan untuk memprediksi curah hujan, salah satunya adalah Fuzzy Inference System (FIS) Tsukamoto. Penelitian terdahulu yang menggunakan metode ini berhasil mendapatkan nilai Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) yang cukup kecil. Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode FIS Tsukamoto untuk membuat pemodelan prediksi curah hujan pada empat lokasi di daerah Batu, Jawa Timur dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan RMSE yang kecil pula. Metode FIS Tsukamoto digunakan untuk memprediksi curah hujan dengan data time series mulai tahun 2005 sampai tahun 2014. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah prototipe metode FIS Tsukamoto yang dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi curah hujan dengan nilai error RMSE pada daerah Junggo sebesar 9.196, pada daerah Pujon sebesar 9.407, pada daerah Tinjomulyo sebesar 8.798, pada daerah Ngujung sebesar 8.825.

Abstract

Watermarking merupakan teknik penyembunyian data/informasi kedalam suatu citra digital yang tidak kasat mata atau tidak dapat diketahui secara visual. Penyembunyian data/informasi kedalam citra tersebut bersifat rahasia. Karena tahan terhadap proses digitalisasi, teknik watermarking dapat digunakan untuk melindungi kepemilikan suatu citra digital. Ada tiga kriteria yang harus diperhatikan dalam watermarking pada citra digital, diantaranya adalah security, impreceptibily, dan robustness. Pada tugas Penulisan Karya Ilmiah (PI) ini dibuat suatu program watermarking menggunakan metode Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) dan Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) yang kemudian juga akan dipaparkan bagaimana cara menggunakan program watermarking yang telah dibuat. Keunggulan dari program ini citra yang digunakan dalam program watermarking ini dapat berupa citra berwarna maupun citra grayscale. Program watermarking ini dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman C++ melalui aplikasi Matlab Kata Kunci : Wateramarking , Singular Value Decomposition (SVD), Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT), Matlab, Bahasa Pemrograman C++.

Abstract

Malang city located in the highlands that is not spared from the flood disaster which the number of events is increasing every year. This is due to many factors, such as the high intensity of daily rainfall coupled with less optimal infrastructure development. In this case, to mitigate the number of flood events, an easy first step is to predict the daily rain intensity. So that the prediction result can be used by the stakeholders to mitigate flood incident in Malang City in the following years. This study aims to create a simple model in predicting rain intensity over a three year period of 2018-2020. Modeling and simulation are done by using a system dynamics approach that can model the system with complex dynamics. The developed model of rain intensity integrates influencing factors such as humidity and temperature. The rainfall intensity model has validated with the error of E1 value is 3.86% and E2 is 4.13% and with RMSE result indicates the number of 8.4452.

Abstract

ABSTRACT. Counterfeit money when viewed at a glance has the exact same physical with the original money issued by Bank Indonesia. To prevent unintentional transactions using counterfeit money, the government has socialized the 3D method (Visible, Feelable, and Endangered). In addition, in institutions directly related to finance such as banking, as well as on-site shopping have started using a counterfeit money scanner that utilizes ultraviolet light. The lack of this tool requires the accuracy of the human eye to determine genuine or fake money. Determination of authenticity of Rupiah banknotes can be done by using the pattern classification method one of which can be accommodated by artificial neural networks. LVQ (Learning Vector Quantization) performs supervised learning to classify a pattern. The feature of banknotes in HSV (Hue Saturation Value) color space is extracted in this proposed technique. The features that have been obtained are further classified using LVQ to determine the authenticity of the Rupiah banknotes. Keywords: counterfeit money; Rupiah banknotes; LVQ; HSV
