Journal of Muhammadiyah’s Application Technology (JUMPTECH) Jumptech (Journal of Muhammadiyah’s Application Technology) is an online periodical journal of science that is published three times a year, in February, June and October by Faculty of Engineering, Muhammadiyah University of Makassar, Indonesia, with a registered number ISSN 3031-3082 (online). Abstract

ABSTRAK: PD. Terminal Makassar Metro merupakan salah satu terminal induk di Kota Makassar yang melayani 34 trayek (rute). Keberadaan  PD. Terminal Makassar Metro sangat diperlukan dalam mendukung mobilitas penduduk di dalam dan di luar Kota Makassar dan menciptakan ketertiban lalu lintas. Kondisi PD. Terminal Makassar Metro saat ini banyak memiliki permasalahan seperti fasilitas pelayanan terminal tidak memenui standar terminal tipe A, kondisi fasilitas kurang terawat, dan sirkulasi penumpan didalam terminal yang tidak terorganisir dengan baik. Tujuan redesain PD. Terminal Makassar Metro adalah mewujudkan PD. Terminal Makassar Metro sebagai terminal induk yang sesuai dengan standar terminal tipe A dengan menerapkan konsep arsitektur modern sebagai pendekatan atau upaya yang dilakukan untuk meminimalisasi permasalahan yang ada pada PD. Terminal Makassar Metro. Hasil redesain konsep tapak ini dengan luas 12 ha, tersedia fasilitas di dalam terminal penumpang yang dilengkapi ruang tunggu di lantai 1 dan 2, hall, loket tiket, restauran, ruang P3K, tempat bermain anak, mini market, foodcont, dan kantor pengelolah, untuk fasilitas pada site terdapat bagunan terminal, parkiran umum dan parkiran bus, musholla, area check-in kendaraan, tempat istirahat sopir, bengkel, taman, tempat cuci bus, dan peron. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan PD. Terminal Makassar Metro menjadi salah satu terminal induk yang berstandar tipe A dengan konsep arsitektur modern.KATA KUNCI : Arsitektur Modern, PD.
