Abstract

Memasuki revoulusi industry 4.0 yang menggabungkan teknologi otomatisasi, internet dan teknologi konvensional, sektor keuangan mengembangkan teknologi finansial atau Financial Thechnology (Fintech). Hal ini dilakukan untuk memberikan kemudahan dalam bertransaksi sehingga menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Terlebih pada saat pandemic Covid-19 hal perkembangan teknologi finansial semakin pesat, karena anjuran dari WHO untuk bertransaksi secara nontunai (Cashless). Generasi Z adalah generasi yang tumbuh bersamaan dengan perkembangan teknologi pada indutri 4.0. Mereka sudah terbiasa menggunakan teknologi finansial karena lebih praktis, sesuai dengan karakteristik dari generasi Z yang lebih menyukai kemudahan dan efisiensi. Teknologi finansial sudah mencapai berbagai lini transaksi dari payment system, pendanaan bahkan investasi. Generasi Z memiliki tingkat literasi keuangan yang kurang, sehingga teknologi finansial yang tersedia mempengaruhi saving behavior.

Abstract

Whether or not performance is successful is influenced by several factors, namely motivation, discipline, and interpersonal skills both individually and in groups. Based on this description, the authors are interested in conducting research with the title: "The Effect of Interpersonal Skills, Emotional Intelligence and Extrinsic Motivation on Employee Performance of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk. Medan Branch". This study aimed to determine and analyze the effect of interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and extrinsic motivation on the performance of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk employees. Medan Branch both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study was 67 people and the sample was 67 respondents using the saturated sample method. The test used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that interpersonal skills have a significant effect on employee performance, emotional intelligence has a significant effect on employee performance and extrinsic motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, the variables of interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and extrinsic motivation significantly affect employee performance at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk. Medan Branch.

Abstract

Kunggulan kompetitif telah menjadi fokus utama bagi banyak organisasi yang ingin bertahan dan berkembang di lingkungan bisnis yang semakin kompetitif. Sementara itu, MSDM memainkan peran kunci sebagai pengelola tenaga kerja perusahaan dan memastikan bahwa sumber daya manusia digunakan secara efektif. Studi ini bermaksud untuk memriksa pengaruh antara kunggulan kompetitif dan manajemen sumber daya manusia (MSDM) dengan kinerja perusahaan. Metodologi penelitian ini melibatkan desain kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan dari 90 karyawan sektor publik dan swasta di Kota Surabaya. Desain purposive sampling sebagai pengukuran pada teknik pengambilan sampel di studi ini. Analisis statistik dipergunakan sebagai evaluasi pengaruh diantara variabel-variabel ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kunggulan kompetitif dan kinerja perusahaan. Kunggulan kompetitif, yang mencakup strategi bisnis, inovasi, dan pelayanan pelanggan, memiliki kemampuan untuk memberikan keunggulan yang bersaing kepada perusahaan dalam lingkungan pasar yang penuh persaingan. Kemudian hasil antara MSDM yang efektif dan kinerja perusahaan yang baik memberikan pengaruh secara signifikan. Keefisienan MSDM memberikan dukungan strategi bisnis terhadap kinerja perusahaan yang baik.

Abstract

Kewirausahaan telah dipandang sebagai kontributor penting dan mesin ekonomi agar terciptanya lapangan kerja baru dan sangat penting bagi kalangan anak muda untuk mengubah pola pikir mereka untuk menjadi wirausaha. Adapun studi ini memiliki maksud untuk memberikan penjelasan dari adanya dampak persepsi risiko, modal psikologi, dan pengalaman kerja dalam membentuk intensi berwirausaha. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang diisi oleh 100 responden, yaitu anak muda yang memiliki pengalaman bekerja sebelumnya dengan domisili di Kota Surabaya. Untuk itu, teknik pengambilan sampelnya adalah purposive sampling karena terdapat ukuran tertentu bagi pengisi kuesioner studi ini. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda untuk mengidentifikasi dampak antara variabel bebas (persepsi risiko; modal psikologi; dan pengalaman bekerja) dan variabel terikat (pembentukan intensi berwirausaha). Hasil studi menyiratkan persepsi risiko dapat memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap pembentukan intensi berwirausaha, dengan responden yang memiliki persepsi risiko yang lebih rendah cenderung memiliki intensi berwirausaha yang lebih tinggi. Kemudian untuk hasil berikutnya pada modal psikologi berperan positif yang signifikan terhadap pembentukan intensi berwirausaha, menunjukkan bahwa faktor psikologis seperti motivasi, kepercayaan diri, dan ketahanan mental memberikan pemahaman yang mendukung dalam membentuk intensi berwirausaha. Pengalaman kerja juga berkontribusi positif terhadap pembentukan intensi berwirausaha dengan indikasi pengalaman praktis pada dunia kerja dapat meningkatkan minat seseorang untuk berwirausaha.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of promotions and prices on the decision to visit the Tangkahan tourist attraction. This research was conducted at the Tangkahan tourist attraction located on Jalan Kwala Sawit, Namu Sialang Village, Batang Serangan District, Langkat Regency, North Sumatra Province, Indonesia, from January 2021 to March 2021. The variables observed in this research consisted of promotions, prices and the decision to visit. Data was collected through interviews and distributing questionnaires. The population of this study was 1200 visitors to the Tangkahan tourist attraction in March 2021. The sampling technique used was incidental sampling, with a population of 1,200 people and an error rate of 10%, a sample size of 92 people was obtained. Data analysis used a quantitative descriptive method, with the analysis model used being multiple linear regression. The data was processed using the SPSS program, then the research data was tested using validity and reliability tests. Hypothesis testing with coefficient of determination test, simultaneous test and partial test.

Abstract

Nowadays, competition in the business world is becoming increasingly fierce. Including business competition in the business sector providing internet services. Warnet Power Comp is one of the service companies operating in this business field. Even though it has many competitors from the same field, the Amanah net cafe, which is also one of the pioneers of internet cafes in the Rantauprapat area, is still able to survive by implementing various strategies. This research was conducted based on the fact that there is a lot of interest from the public, especially students who need internet services in everyday life. The large number of internet service businesses that are booming in the Sragen area means that consumers can compare the quality of service offered by internet service businesses to satisfy customers. This research itself aims to determine the extent of consumer satisfaction with the services provided by Amanah net based on four product attribute dimensions, namely internet speed/bandwidth (X1), features (X2), price tariff (X3) and service quality (X4) on satisfaction (Y) at Amanah net Sragen internet cafe. The sample for this research was 100 respondents, using an accidental sampling method with a population of all Power Comp internet cafe consumers. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis which is an interpretation of the data obtained in the research as well as the results of data processing that has been carried out by providing information and explanations. Apart from that, quantitative analysis using the regression analysis method is also used, the testing stages are validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination. Based on the calculation results of the SPSS version 16.00 computer program, the following results were obtained: Y = 1.653 + 0.250 X1 + 0.248X2 + 0.218 service to the satisfaction of Power Comp Rantauprapat internet consumers "is proven to be true", proven by the calculation results which obtained an Fcount value of 26.174, this number means that Fcount is greater than Ftable so the decision is to reject Ho. Thus, simultaneously the variables of speed/bandwidth, cleanliness and facilities, price rates and service quality significantly influence Internet Power Comp Rantauprapat consumer satisfaction. Internet speed/bandwidth has the most dominant influence on Internet consumer satisfaction. Power Comp Rantauprapat "is proven to be true", proven by the calculation results which obtained a regression coefficient value of 0.250

Abstract

The tax collection system is a tax collection process in which taxpayers are required to pay taxes owed to the government. There are 3 recognized tax collection systems in Indonesia, namely the Withholding System, Self Assessment System, and the Official Assessment System. Indonesia has replaced the tax collection system from the Official Assessment system to the Self Assessment system. In the Self Assessment System system, taxpayers are entrusted with calculating, paying, and self-reporting the amount of tax that should be owed based on tax laws and regulations. This study aims to determine the factors that affect taxpayer compliance. The sample used in this study were all individual taxpayers who were registered as mandatory SPT at KPP Pratama Medan Timur as many as 100 respondents with the slovin method.The results of this study indicate that the E-Filling System has an effect on Taxpayer Compliance, the E-Billing System has an effect on Taxpayer Compliance, Understanding the Internet can moderate the effect of the E-Filling System on Taxpayer Compliance, Internet Understanding can moderate the effect of the E-Billing System on Compliance Taxpayer.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity, profitability, solvency and audit tenure on going concern audit opinions with firm size as a moderating variable in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 period. The type of research used in this research is associative with a quantitative approach method. The population in this study were all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 period which amounted by 181 companies, the sampling method used was purposive sample, with a total sample of 100 companies. The data analysis technique used is logistic regression analysis with statistical data processing using SPSS version 20.0 data processing application. The results of this study indicate that liquidity, profitability and audit tenure have no effect on going concern audit opinions. Firm size is able to moderate the relationship between the influence of liquidity on going concern audit opinions, but firm size is not able to moderate the relationship between the effect of profitability, audit tenure on going concern audit opinions on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the leader member exchange and work family conflict on employee performance with organizational commitment as an intervening variable at the office of the Sumatran II River Region Hall. Path analysis research design is used as an analytical tool used as an analytical tool to determine the direction of the variables studied and justify how significant the influence of the independent variable with the independent with the dependent is either directly or indirectly through the mediating variable. In this study, descriptive analytic method was used with a cross sectional approach. In this study, the entire population was sampled, namely 100 employees at the Sumatra II river area hall. The results of this study indicate that the leader member exchange variable has a significant effect on organizational commitment. Work family conflict has no significant effect on organizational commitment. Leader member exchange has a significant effect on employee performance. Work family conflict has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment cannot mediate the influence of leader member exchange on employee performance. Organizational commitment can mediate the effect of work family conflict on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on work performance through work motivation at the Sumatra Provincial General Bureau Office. The total population in this study amounted to 103 people, and by using a saturated sampling technique, a sample of 103 people was obtained. The analysis technique used is path analysis.The results showed that there was no influence of leadership style on work performance because the value of Sig.of 0.906 > 0.05.There is a significant influence of leadership style on work performance through work motivation because the value of Sig.of 0.000 < 0.05.
