Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of compensation, career devlopment and work specifications partially and simultaneously on the employees work motivation in the Kantor Wilayah DJP Sumatera Utara I. The study was conducted at the Kantor Wilayah DJP Sumatera Utara I Jalan Sukamulia No. 17A Medan, with a population of 146 people, and a study sample. of 59 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using the IMB Statistics computer program for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 24. Based on the analysis results obtained compensation have a positive and significant effect on the employees work motivation of the Kantor Wilayah DJP Sumatera Utara I, this is supported by the results of t count analysis > t-table (2,867 > 2,004) at n = 59 at 95% significance level. Career devlopment has a not effect on the employees work motivation of the Primary Tax Service Office of Medan Timur, this is supported by an analysis of t count > t-table (3,331 > 2,004) at n = 59 at 95% significance level. Work specifications has a effect on the employees work motivation of the Kantor Wilayah DJP Sumatera Utara I, this is supported by an analysis of t count >-table (3,778 > 2,004) at n = 59 with a significant level of 95%. Value of F-count> F table (49,000 > 2,78) This states that together (multiple) there are positive and significant effects of compensation, career devlopment and work specifications on the employees work motivation of employees of the Kantor Wilayah DJP Sumatera Utara I. Thus the hypothesis proposed is accepted by the truth.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work training, compensation and organizational climate partially and simultaneously on the employee job satisfaction in the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Belawan. The study was conducted at the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Belawan Jalan KL Yos Sudarso Km 8,2 Nomor 27 Medan, with a population of 98 people, and a study sample. of 96 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using the IMB Statistics computer program for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 24. Organizational climate has a not effect on the employee job satisfaction of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Belawan, this is supported by an analysis of t count <-table (0,096 < 2,011) at n = 96 with a significant level of 95%.Value of F-count> F table (18,716 > 2,70) This states that together (multiple) there are positive and significant effects of work training, compensation and organizational climate on the employee job satisfaction of employees of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Belawan. Thus the hypothesis proposed is accepted by the truth.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of job enrichment, loyalty and work pressure partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees work in the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Belawan. The study was conducted at the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Belawan Jalan KL Yos Sudarso Km 8,2 Nomor 27 Medan, with a population of 98 people, and a study sample. of 96 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using the IMB Statistics computer program for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 24. Work pressure has a not effect on the performance of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Belawan, this is supported by an analysis of t count <-table (1,614 < 2,011) at n = 96 with a significant level of 95%.Value of F-count> F table (62,449 > 2,70) This states that together (multiple) there are positive and significant effects of job enrichment, loyalty and work pressure on the performance of employees work of employees of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Belawan. Thus the hypothesis proposed is accepted by the truth.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of employee maturity, work environment and work stress partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees work in the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Barat. The study was conducted at the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Barat Jalan Asrama Nomor 7A Medan, with a population of 115 people, and a study sample. of 54 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using the IMB Statistics computer program for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 24. Based on the analysis results obtained employee maturity has a effect on the performance of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Barat, this is supported by the results of t count analysis > t-table (3,324 > 2,009) at n = 54 at 95% significance level. Work environment has a effect on the performance of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Barat, this is supported by an analysis of t count > t-table (8,397 > 2,009) at n = 54 at 95% significance level. Work stress has a negatif effect on the performance of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Barat, this is supported by an analysis of t count < -table (3,821 < 2,009) at n = 54 with a significant level of 95%.Value of F-count > F table (62,584 > 2,79) This states that together (multiple) there are positive and significant effects of employee maturity, work environment and work stress on the performance of employees work of employees of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Barat. Abstract

The problems in this research are how is the influence of career development, communication and organizational culture partially and concurrently on the employee performance in the Kantor Wilayah DJP Sumatera Utara I? Research objectives: To determine the effect of career development, communication and organizational culture partially and simultaneously on the employee performance in the Kantor Wilayah DJP Sumatera Utara I. The hypothesis proposed is: There is a significant effect of career development, communication and organizational culture partially and jointly on the employee performance in the Kantor Wilayah DJP Sumatera Utara I. The study was conducted at the Kantor Wilayah DJP Sumatera Utara I Jalan Sukamulia No. 17A Medan, with a population of 146 people, and a study sample of 59 people. Based on the analysis results obtained career development has a effect on the employee performance of the Kantor Wilayah DJP Sumatera Utara I, this is supported by the results of t count analysis > t-table (6,644 > 2,004) at n = 59 at 95% significance level. Communication has a positif and significant effect on the employee performance of the Kantor Wilayah DJP Sumatera Utara I, this is supported by an analysis of t count > t-table (2,705 > 2,004) at n = 59 at 95% significance level. Organizational culture has a not effect on the employee performance of the Kantor Wilayah DJP Sumatera Utara I, this is supported by an analysis of t count < -table (0,740 < 2,004) at n = 59 with a significant level of 95%. Value of F-count> F table (42,435 > 2,77) This states that together (multiple) there are positive and significant effects of career development, communication and organizational culture on the employee performance of employees of the Kantor Wilayah DJP Sumatera Utara I. Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of school principals' leadership, internal quality assurance systems, and school culture on the quality of teacher competence at SD Negeri 1 Kota Langsa. The population consists of 32 teachers at SD Negeri 1 Kota Langsa, and a total sampling technique was employed, involving the entire population as the sample. Data was collected through non-test methods using questionnaires and library studies as research instruments. Data analysis was conducted using the SPSS software, which included descriptive and regression analyses. The research findings reveal the following: Firstly, the leadership of the school principal has a significant and positive influence on the quality of teacher competence at SD Negeri 1 Kota Langsa. This underscores the vital role of the school principal in shaping the quality of teacher competence. Secondly, the study did not find a significant positive influence from the internal quality assurance system on the quality of teacher competence at the school, indicating that the internal quality assurance system might not yet play a significant role in enhancing teacher competence in this context. Thirdly, no significant positive influence was found from school culture on the quality of teacher competence at SD Negeri 1 Kota Langsa. This suggests that school culture may not be a dominant factor in shaping teacher competence. Lastly, the simultaneous test indicates that together, the leadership of the school principal, the internal quality assurance system, and school culture have a significant influence on teacher competence at this school. The primary conclusion is that the school principal's leadership plays a pivotal role in improving teacher competence, while the internal quality assurance system and school culture have not yet demonstrated a significant impact in this context.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of workload, stress coping and motivation on teacher productivity at SMP Negeri 1 Idi, East Aceh Regency. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach, while the research respondents were 67 teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Idi, East Aceh Regency. The conclusions of the research conducted include: 1) There is a positive and significant influence between workload on teacher productivity at SMP Negeri 1 Idi, East Aceh Regency. This is proven by the coefficient value tcount < ttable, namely 3.126 > 1.668 with a significance of 0.002 < 0.05. This means that the research hypothesis H₀ is rejected and H1 is accepted. 2) There is a positive but not significant influence between stress coping on teacher productivity at SMP Negeri 1 Idi, East Aceh Regency. This is proven by the coefficient value tcount > ttable, namely 0.050 < 1.668 with a significance of 0.960 > 0.05. This means that the research hypothesis H0 is accepted and H2 is rejected. 3) There is a positive and significant influence between motivation and teacher productivity at SMP Negeri 1 Idi, East Aceh Regency. This is proven by the coefficient value tcount < ttable, namely 6.982 > 1.669 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. This means that the research hypothesis H₀ is rejected and H1 is accepted. 4) There is a positive influence between workload, stress coping and motivation on teacher productivity at SMP Negeri 1 Idi, East Aceh Regency. This is based on the results of research conducted using the F test (simultaneous test) that the variables consisting of workload (X1), coping stress (X2), motivation (X3) have a significant value of α 0.000 < 0.05 and the value of Fcount > Ftable ( 136,452 > 3.13). Thus, the decision is obtained that H0 is rejected and H4 is accepted. The coefficient of determination (R Square) is R Square 0.860 or equal to 86%. This figure means that the variables Workload (X1), Coping Stress (X2), Motivation (X3) simultaneously (together) influence the Teacher Productivity variable (Y) by 86%. While the remainder is 100% - 86% = 14%. This means that 14% is influenced by other variables outside the regression equation or the variables studied.

The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using the IMB Statistics computer program for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 24. Based on the analysis results obtained work experience has a effect on the career development of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Pematang Siantar, this is supported by the results of t count analysis > t-table (3,668 > 2,011) at n = 52 at 95% significance level. Working climate has a not effect on the career development of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Pematang Siantar, this is supported by an analysis of t count < t-table (0,552 < 2,011) at n = 52 at 95% significance level. Work ability appraisal has a effect on the career development of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Pematang Siantar, this is supported by an analysis of t count > -table (2,170 > 2,011) at n = 52 with a significant level of 95%.Value of F-count> F table (25,500 > 2,80) This states that together (multiple) there are positive and significant effects of work experience, working climate and work ability appraisal on the career development of employees of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Pematang Siantar. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of teachers’ certification, professional competence, and career development on teachers’ performance at SMP Negeri 1 Peureulak. This study uses a quantitative approach, while the research technique is carried out by distributing questionnaires to research respondents, totaling 59 teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Peureulak. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect between teachers’ certification on teachers’ performance at SMP Negeri 1 Peureulak. This is evidenced by the value of the coefficient tcount < ttable, which is 2,951 > 1.672 at a significant value of 0.005 < 0.05. It is concluded that the research hypothesis H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. There is a positive but not significant effect among professional competence on teachers’ performance at SMP Negeri 1 Peureulak. This is evidenced by the value of the coefficient tcount > ttable, which is 0.206 < 1.672 at a significance level of 0.838 > 0.05. It is concluded that the research hypothesis H₀ is accepted and H2 is rejected. There is a positive and significant influence among career development on teachers’ performance at SMP Negeri 1 Peureulak. This is evidenced by the value of the coefficient tcount > ttable, which is 0.206 < 1.672 at a significance level of 0.838 > 0.05. It is concluded that the research hypothesis H₀ is rejected and H3 is accepted. There is a simultaneous positive influence between teachers’ certification, professional competence, and career development on teachers’ performance at SMP Negeri 1 Peureulak. Based on the results of the F test, it can be seen that the variables consisting of teachers’ certification (X1), professional competence (X2), career development (X3), have a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 and the value of Fcount > Ftable (48.869 > 3.15). Thus the decision is obtained that H0 is rejected and H4 is accepted. In addition, the multiple linear regression models in this study are feasible to use because it has a positive value. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination (R Square) is R Square 0.727 or equal to 72.7%. This figure means that the variables of teachers’ certification, professional competence, career development, simultaneously (together) affect teachers’ performance by 72.7%. While the rest is 100% - 72.7% = 27.3%. This means that 27.3% is influenced by other variables outside the regression equation or the variables studied.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture, communication and job satisfaction partially and simultaneously on employee performance at the Binjai Pratama Tax Service Office. The research was conducted at the Binjai Primary Tax Service Office Jalan Jambi No.1, West Rambung, South Binjai., Binjai City, North Sumatra Province, postal code 20722, with a population of 101 people, and a research sample of 50 people. Data collection was carried out by interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using the IMB Statistics for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) computer program version 24. Based on the results of the analysis, it is found that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Binjai Pratama Tax Service Office, this is supported by the results of the analysis t count > t-table (2.106 > 2.014) at n = 50 at the 95% significance level. Communication has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Binjai Pratama Tax Service Office employees, this is supported by the analysis of t count > t-table (8.186 > 2.014) at n = 50 at a significance level of 95%. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the Binjai Pratama Tax Service Office, this is supported by the analysis of t count > t-table (4.107 > 2.014) at n = 50 with a significance level of 95%. The F-count value > F table (50.249 > 2.81), this states that together (multiple) there is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture, communication and job satisfaction on the performance of the Binjai Pratama Tax Service Office employees. Thus the hypothesis proposed is accepted as true.
